Le Grill de Julia

Booked last minute and were lucky to get an outside table. Especially as it was market day. We had the salmon and burger. Both dishes were very tasty. Service was good and staff friendly. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend. Ensure you book as it gets very busy.

Le Grill de Julia in Cahors was recommended by our Airbnb host Stephanie as the place that she and her friends like best. This was a great recommendation. We went to Le Grill two nights in a row. The first night we had a fabulous burger since we arrived fairly late. The wine was, of course, a great local Malbec blend. The second night we feasted. I had the cote de veau with a porcini mushroom sauce and amazing dauphinois potatoes. My wife had the faux filet and loved it. Dinner was topped off with mousse au chocolat. The service was great. The already knew us on the second night and had our table and wine ready. I'm not one to praise restaurants without good reason but this one became an instant favorite. This is in the heart of beautiful Cahors near the cathedral. It's definitely an area worth a visit.

The steak was good and the foie gras was a very healthy portion. The meat seems to be of a high quality so go for the grill options. The environment was a bit noisy on a Friday night but that was the table next to us.

The food was good but was mostly sea food which is great if you like fish. However a lot of the dishes were very similar in content.

Absolutely amazing! The food is of high quality, the staff wonderful, the prices fair. When in Cahors, go there!

Nice place to eat in Cahors, be sure to make a reservation. Food is great, wine too ! I've been there twice and it's often crowded, the team is nice but they sometimes are overwhelmed

Lovely place and great choice of food. Only really bad thing is that the chairs inside are horrible. Planked so hurts your back and bottom. When one is somewhat older it is a real challenge to stay for more than a hour or so. We skipped because of the chairs, desert to get a ice-cream from Macdo. We will come back, but only to sit outside.

Mainly meat but also some fish specialities. Generous portions of well cooked steaks, brochettes, duck and more, served with your choice of sauce and fries. Good value considering the quality. Solicitous service and a relaxed atmosphere.
