Le Hittau

Called day before and was lucky to get a Saturday dinner reservation. Service was great from the warm welcome to the knowledge of the sommelier and servers. The food was simply outstanding. Each bite or spoonful was a complex combinations of flavours and textures. The recommended wines by the glass were the perfect accompaniment. Our evening was a wonderful experience.

If you like mosquitos this is your place. Lost 1 liter of blood in the garden 😂. Food is mixed. Not at one star level. Some dishes delicious others not very good. Service was mixed. Desserts ok. More à weak bib gourmand thén à 1 star 🌟. Missed opportunity. With small tweaks this could be better. Needs nice wine glasses and the margins on the wine are very very naughty. Great location definitely needs a polish. An opportunity missed. And supports the theory that in France 🇫🇷 often one star ratings are given away like confetti. The 2nd weakest one star this year and the worst one star to date in France 🇫🇷 in 2023 Always makes me sad to write reviews like this. Enjoyed lobster dish, foie gras eal, main dessert. Weak points. Amuse bouche in green, corn dish, petit fours.

Delicious. Very classy style. The waiter is adorable and very professional. I specially recommend the lobster in his sauce, and the home cocktail too!

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here, would recommended this restaurant to everybody that wants to treat themselves with a culinary journey. The service, the bienvenue, the drinks, the wine, the place, the garden and the food where all excellent. We visited many star rated restaurants but le Hittau will always be number one, thank you we will be back!
