The 15 Best Restaurants In Little River

"Not only is Le Jardin one of the few Haitian restaurants open until midnight, but they make really good food too. They do an excellent griot with enough of a kick that you may think twice before dipping it into the pikliz, along with great legumes with white rice. The food shouldn’t take much longer than 15 minutes if you’re doing takeout, but there are a few tables where you can sit and throw back beers while you wait (if they’re not already taken by regulars doing the same). " - ryan pfeffer

"Not only is Le Jardin in Little River one of the few Haitian restaurants open late, but they make really good food too. They do an excellent griot with enough of a kick that you may think twice before dipping it into the pikliz, along with a great legim with perfectly cooked white rice and a sòs pwa seasoned with cloves. Le Jardin Haitian Restaurant - Review - Little River - Miami - The Infatuation

"Not only is Le Jardin one of the few Haitian restaurants open until midnight, but they make really good food too. They do an excellent version of griot with just enough of a kick you may think twice before dipping it into the pikliz, along with an excellent legim with perfectly cooked white rice and a sòs pwa seasoned with cloves. The food shouldn’t take much longer than 15 minutes if you’re doing to-go, but there are a few tables where you can sit and throw back some beers while you wait (if those tables aren't already taken by regulars doing the same). photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc" - Carlos C Olaechea

New Yorker Patio Bar Review - MiMo - Miami - The Infatuation

"MiMo doesn’t really have any bars, but there is a little outdoor spot in the back of the New Yorker Hotel. Don’t expect much more than beer and simple well drinks here, but it’s a casual place good for a sunset drink or catching up with a few friends." - Ryan Pfeffer

If I could leave zero 0️⃣ stars I would… I’m Haitian (born and raised) and this place is an embarrassment. I went to pick up my order (and I’ve ordered there before for delivery) and it was horror show. Smelled like latrine and the worst Akra I’ve ever had in my life. I had to spit it out and throw away the bag. Pas bon menm!

Small hole in the wall Haitian take-out food. Love it. Freshly made to order. Service was great. Beautiful young lady helped me out since I didn't know the plate names. Awww man I love griot. Next is the goat

The food is heavenly. Absolutely amazing. Great quality, good prices and I am always satisfied. I go there often when I am hungry and they never disappoint. I either order the griot plate for $9, I've also had their legume, the turkey tassot, and their chicken barbecue on select night for as low as $5. You would not believe how delicious it is. I live in South and Sometimes I get a craving and I drive an hour to buy the barbecue on Fridays and Saturday nights, that is how good it is to me. They serves it with a spicy sauce and boiled plantains and Oh my God. It is the best food I have ever had. I am absolutely in love.

The food and customer service was amazing. It was my first time there and they went above and beyond to meet my expectations based on recommendations of their food. The atmosphere could use a bit of help but it’s a neighborhood eatery after all.
