At Jip (home, in Korean), you’ll find a generous three-course menu for only €35, half of which is vegetarian. Fewer than eight people can fit at the marble counter, and only a handful more at tightly packed tables. But everyone can watch the chef turn out dishes like fish sashimi on radicchio leaves with a fermented plum gochujang sauce, dumplings filled with mushroom duxelle and sweet potato, and jjajangmyeon noodles, sweet and nutty with beef and anchovied spinach.
