AMAZING! Definitely destined for a Michelin star (or two), I highly recommend the 6 course menu. You'll get a procession of small yet delightfully elaborate and delicious plates integrating a variety of flavors and textures. The plating is meticulous and beautiful, and the service is friendly. I agree with those who say it's the best in Avignon, and if the chef can maintain the quality and the variety, within a few years to be considered amongst the top 50 or 100 in the world. Here's only a few photos of the more than 10 plates we enjoyed.
