This location is beautiful and thoughtfully made! Upon entrance you can explore all fragrances and city exclusives! Jesse was pleasant and informed us on Le Labo ingredients and different products. Will definitely be visiting more often!

Stopped by to pick up some products. Immediately felt the disdain because I was in a work uniform and not dressed in some over-priced high end suit. This store needs to work on who they hire. Could have been the easiest sell, but I will not be treated like some second class citizen based on appearance. Not sure if this is a franchise, but management needs to start evaluating their staff and get rid of the bad apples

I have been purchasing La Labo cents for almost a decade now and always have about four or five fragrances that I just refill. I was talked into a new sent recently and should have walked out and let it set, but I didn’t. It’s one of their newest Lavande. It was definitely like nothing. I usually wear, but I give it to the sales people they sold me. Once I got home, I realize that it didn’t sit well And didn’t smell good at all on me. I called and asked whoever helped me if I could just come and exchange it for what I was gonna originally get. They said that was fine. I waited a couple weeks because of timing and not being able to get in and when I called back the store manager Let me do that. It put such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never go back. I guess I’ll just find new fragrances.

I want to start by saying that I love Le Labo products—the scents are not overwhelming and have a very fresh quality. I also have their candles and lotions, and Le Labo is definitely my go-to brand at the moment, so this review is not about the products themselves. Unfortunately, my recent in-store experience was disappointing. When we walked into the store, there was no acknowledgment from the attendant, despite us being the only customers for at least 10-15 minutes. The attendant remained at the register, keeping to himself, which made the situation a bit awkward. When I tried to ask about the products, he would give short answers without elaborating. As soon as another customer walked in, the attendant immediately greeted them and started providing detailed assistance, which left me feeling overlooked. I understand that retail can be hectic, but considering we were the only customers at the time, I don't understand why there was such a lack of engagement. If I were new to the Le Labo brand, I might have walked out without making a purchase. We got what we needed and left, but I hope the customer service can improve to match the quality of the products.

Le labo as a product, is great. The experience in this store was so bizarre. First they started off by saying how my friend and I could use “after pay” weird comment but ok. Second they asked “what do you do for a living, are you hair dressers” weird assumption but completely inappropriate to assume anyone’s profession. Not sure what they were trying to imply but the vibes were weird.

Great selection, but it took a while for the reps to turn on the customer service. We had to ask them a lot of questions. We usually order online from Saks but decided to go in to see if there is anything exclusive about the in store shopping experience. It left a bit to be desired, but we made a purchase for my husband’s birthday since we came from so far away.

I love this Le Labo location. All Le Labo stores are small, but this one is especially tiny. That is my only complaint, though, it still works well and has a great vibe. Jesse is always so helpful when it comes to helping me decide on products. The store feels welcoming and smells amazing - as it should! I do wish the city exclusives came in a travel size, and I miss when the fragrances were freshly blended like they used to be.

Oooph. Just went in this store and the guy at the register was so (SO) rude. Too bad he's having such a bad day, at 10am just two days before Christmas. Gonna be a long day for him and unfortunately probably a lot of unpleasant experiences for a customers.

WOW!!!! Phenomenal Customer Service by Jerime!!! I'm so sorry if I misspelled his name! I adore him!! I came to this particular location to grab more frags! Le Labo is so addictive! I LOVE their shower gels, especially Bergamot 22! Be sure to save your 50mL and your 100ml bottles for easy refills. This store smells so lovely! Hard to really choose a favorite in the whole line, but EVERY September is really my favorite time....City Exclusives Collection comes out only one month only, out of the whole year! I've been obsessed with Le Labo for over a decade! Unique, effortless, sexy, and delicious!!! Certain fragrances are sold exclusively in their boutiques, and this location is one of them. Le Labo Dallas is an Absolutely beautiful shop and perfumery. All of the Le Labo scents I have had the pleasure of trying were well blended, just beautifully crafted. Another 13 has been my signature since 2018 or 2019. But Bergamote22, Lys41, Ambrette9, the'noir29, santal33, are exceptionally blended fragrances and will always be in my collection. See my collection picture. The store manager Jesse is truly a great human! Customer service is quality. Dare I say exceptional by high standards. Recently I mailed my empty Another 13 100ml perfume bottle for their refill service. To my disappointment the refill of Another 13 (refilled in HP Los Angeles) was not well done and the quality I have grown accustomed. I reached out to Le Labo Dallas (highland park) with my concern with the less than quality refill. Store Manager Jesse promptly responded and agreed to reformulate by Another 13 100ml bottle at no additional cost. Yes, I will always shop this location. Thanks Jesse and your Le Labo team. Excellent customer care.

Unique fresh cologne that stays with you through the day. Fragrances are distinct. I've never had so many people comment on the cologne I'm wearing. Check them out when at highland park village. Something fresh and different than the regular names at department stores.

Lovely shop with extremely helpful staff. The scents are heavenly and appeal to a wide variety of tastes.

Everything smells amazing. You're winning at life if you wear any of these scents daily.

As a long time fan of Le Labo, I've visited many of their boutiques in various cities, and this one stands up to the best of them. Beautiful, intimate space, and the team here is super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You'll leave with a beautiful fragrance creation, and you'll have fun in the process!
