"All your senses are awakened as you dine at this restaurant. Eat outside on the terrace facing the amphitheatres of Nîmes, and as night falls see the monument light up. On the menu enjoy sun - soaked regional cuisine that is generous and meticulously prepared. There is a nice selection of wines." - Michelin Inspector

Adorable little restaurant in front of the Arenas. Very cozy and classy at the same time with reasonable prices considering the quantity and quality of the meals. The foie gras was a delight, the cheese of very good quality too. I particularly recommend the menu that was exceptional in term of variety, balance and once again quality. Glasses of regional wines are also very good.

Absolutely dreadful, a horrible advert for Nines. Waited 30 minutes without anyone coming. Owner came by and smiled.. he said "you will be served soon, I love it when it is busy, we make lots of money!" All in English... the waiter for our area didn't exist. I went in and was told they were all busy and said they weren't responsible for our table. I spoke in English and French. Made no difference. They simply didn't care. We walked out.

The food was soo disappointing. The item was not at all as described, the fish stringy and the sauce too sweet to eat. Instead of the seasonal legumes listed on the menu, the dish came with a pile of overcooked, soggy courgette, also soaked in the overly sweet sauce. It was really quite inedible, sad to say. Quite an anomaly in a town where excellent food is the norm. The food and the location were lovely, however.

We had the 3 course lunch for €32 each, and the main course was spectacular. Appetizer was decent, and dessert was good. Cute spot with a direct view of the arena. Service wasn't great, and the dishes took a long time to arrive.

I went there quite late at night (09.00pm, which is late for France) , the place was almost empty, so I didn't have any problem with waiting. The waiter was fast , the food was tasty (a beef tartare), the wine very good, the price OK. The only problem was a group of noisy, uncivilized americans (this seems to be the rule) who behaved as if the place belonged to them. But this of course has nothing to do with the establishment itself.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good atmosphere. Tasty and well presented food. Saturday night very lively with a live Dj, we had a good time. For us non speaking French everyone made an effort to communicate with us. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Food is fresh, staff is helpful and friendly! Of course it's right downtown in a touristy area, so expect a wait. But it's a locally owned business and the terrace is lovely!

Good food, awesome view, good wine. But only menus in French and slow service. I still recommend it, especially if the weather is good and you can sit outside with an awesome view of the arena.
