We could not believe how busy this place was; definitely a demand for good gluten free goodies! After trying the croissants and crepes it became obvious why it is so busy!
We drove 10 hours from Michigan after hearing about the flaky layer croissants and they did not disappoint. As a group we have 3 with celiac, 1 that eats gluten free without celiac, and 2 “normal” people. Everyone was impressed, including the people that don’t need to eat gluten free.
We will be back for breakfast for the next few days, and are planning on stocking up before heading home.
This was worth the drive. 😀
