Le Méridien Saigon is truly a five-star hotel. I really enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool, the gym which feels like a real fitness center, and the relaxation area with the sauna and baths. The staff was always attentive and spoke excellent English, which made the stay very easy and pleasant.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. At first, I was given a room at the end of the hallway next to the staff area, and there was a bit of noise from doors closing. I mentioned it to the reception and they immediately upgraded me to a quieter room. That kind of service really makes a difference, so thank you to the Le Méridien team for handling it so professionally.
I also tried the Sunday brunch, which was good, not mind-blowing but tasty and convenient if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. The breakfast and room service were both high quality, and the lobby team was quick and helpful every time.
If there’s one thing to note, it’s the price. At around 150 to 300 USD per night, it’s slightly above some of the competition. For the same price, you can find similar five-star options like Sofitel or MGallery, and with the Mandarin Oriental opening soon, the market is getting even more competitive.
Overall, I had a really pleasant stay. The service, comfort, and facilities make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-end experience in Ho Chi Minh City.
