Le Mirador Resort & Spa

Me and my husband spent the day at the hotel spa, we had a couples massage and had dinner at the Le Patio restaurant. I have no words to describe the view of the hotel, we had never been to a hotel with such breathtaking views to the lake and mountains. The spa is amazing, the receptionist and masseusses were so lovely and caring. They were always checking in on us to ensure we were having a great experience at all times. The pool and jacuzzi of the hotel are incredible! We had dinner at the restaurant Le Patio and that was the cherry on top of the cake: delicious food, wonderful service and they even surprised us at the end of the meal with ice cream and a candle!. The whole experience at the hotel was 10 starts! We will be coming back for sure for an extended stay - super super super recommend it!

The location of this truly 5-star hotel high above Vevey with its spectacular view on the alps is a dream! The reception is welcoming and 5-star, without feeling stiff or formal. It was my wife‘s birthday and we found a delicious little cake and best wishes in our room. We had booked a junior suite with view on the lake - highly recommended!|Overall a great experience (also the nice spa with the breathtaking view!). Happy to come back.

5/5 - Amazing experience ! Our stay at the Mirador Resort & Spa was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by both the concierge and front desk team, who greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness throughout our visit. Their hospitality immediately set the tone for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Our children were delighted to find a thoughtful little surprise waiting for them in the room—an extra touch that made the experience even more special for our family. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and offered a breathtaking view of the Alps that we’ll never forget. The entire hotel was spotless and elegantly maintained, reflecting the high standards of a true five-star establishment. It’s rare these days to find a hotel that delivers this level of service and attention to detail. In every way, the Mirador exceeded our expectations. A flawless stay we would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived at Le Mirador Resort & Spa, we were captivated by its unparalleled beauty and serenity. Perched atop Mont-Pèlerin, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the majestic Swiss Alps—a sight that feels like a living masterpiece.  ||Our suite was the epitome of luxury and comfort, featuring a spacious layout, elegant decor, and a private terrace that allowed us to soak in the stunning vistas at any time of day. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities.||The spa and wellness facilities provided a sanctuary of relaxation. We indulged in the serene ambiance of the pool, all while gazing out at the picturesque landscape. 

This was a beautiful resort on the shores of Lake Geneva - very high up on a hill - had lovely balcony - our weather wasn’t cooperating, but the hotel proved it’s worth as 5 star! Big room, lovely bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in closet. Because of the rain, we opted to eat 2 of the 3 nights at their Le Patio Restaurant - (they were experimenting with a new concept - customers would get 15% off their meal if they let the staff lock their phones in a box during dinner.) We did this - very nice to not be bothered by phones ringing and people focusing on their screens versus talking to one another! Great food! Very happy with this hotel! Tip - splurge for a Junior Suite!

This is a lovely hotel that is so well placed - the view is just incredible. |We were well hosted, the staff were friendly and the room was splendid.|The spa was refreshing and breakfast was also lovely. We will plan to return.|Only pointer for improvement was a long delay at dinner where I think our order for main course was forgotten. This did u fortunately spoil the evening as we were first into the restaurant and ended up leaving before dessert because we were fed up!|So, look into this and find out what went wrong, but it’s still 5 stars, because it’s a lovely hotel, and the staff were lovely throughout.

This was easily the best hotel experience that we have ever had! The trip up to the resort was simple and provided an excellent view of the area. Check in was very pleasant and welcoming. When I booked online, the hotel asked if we had any special requests. I indicated that it was my wife's birthday, but did not think much of it. They contacted me immediately and offered ideas to make the stay extra special. Amazing communication and execution!|The pool and patio overlooking Lake Geneva is 10/10. Highly recommend.|Concierge is available 24/7 and did a wonderful job helping us with a 5:00am departure and logistics to the train station.|This was the best hotel experience that we have ever had. Thank you so very much.

Fantastic hotel! The staff are so friendly and can not do enough for you. The views are amazing overlooking Lake Geneva; it’s truly a gem! What we were really impressed with was how quiet the hotel was, no banging doors, no loud tvs from other rooms… this was the first and only hotel I have not had to use ear plugs!
