Le Mirador Resort & Spa

From the moment we arrived at Le Mirador Resort & Spa, we were treated with the purest attentiveness. Check-in was so pleasant and friendly that I almost wished I could check in every single day. Before we had even finished our welcome drinks while admiring the breathtaking view, our bags were already in the room and the car was parked—an effortless start to a wonderful stay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend including it with your room. Our server, Wilma, took exceptional care of us each morning and made the experience even more special. For dinner, we had the pleasure of being served by Clément, who was an absolute delight—attentive, professional, and warm. The resort itself is stunning, with so many highlights. The spa is a must for relaxation, the fondue dinner was unforgettable, and the gym offered one of the most spectacular workout views overlooking the lake. This stay was nothing short of amazing, and we will most definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This hotel is such an amazing hidden gem! The most spectacular views and beautiful hotel decor complete with interesting sculptures outside, lovely food and very nice area and location. But what really made this stay exceptional is the staff: hands down the best service I ever experienced in Switzerland (which I have often found to be surly, unhelpful and inflexible but I experienced completely the opposite at Mirador!). The staff throughout the hotel is exceptional: very well trained, helpful and eager to solve any problems. Highly recommended hotel and I’ll definitely be back!

The view of the lake and mountains is breath taking. Truly exceptional. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is dated and some key elements did not work. Not 5 star. For example, the shower door wouldn’t close properly and flooded the bathroom floor (otherwise a great shower). Also several of the electrical appliances were not functioning. We had a few meals in the restaurant that were subpar. So eventually we took our meals in town. Being steps to the funicular made it easy. Vevey is a charming town.

The location of this truly 5-star hotel high above Vevey with its spectacular view on the alps is a dream! The reception is welcoming and 5-star, without feeling stiff or formal. It was my wife‘s birthday and we found a delicious little cake and best wishes in our room. We had booked a junior suite with view on the lake - highly recommended!|Overall a great experience (also the nice spa with the breathtaking view!). Happy to come back.

5/5 - Amazing experience ! Our stay at the Mirador Resort & Spa was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by both the concierge and front desk team, who greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness throughout our visit. Their hospitality immediately set the tone for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Our children were delighted to find a thoughtful little surprise waiting for them in the room—an extra touch that made the experience even more special for our family. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and offered a breathtaking view of the Alps that we’ll never forget. The entire hotel was spotless and elegantly maintained, reflecting the high standards of a true five-star establishment. It’s rare these days to find a hotel that delivers this level of service and attention to detail. In every way, the Mirador exceeded our expectations. A flawless stay we would highly recommend.

Me and my husband spent the day at the hotel spa, we had a couples massage and had dinner at the Le Patio restaurant. I have no words to describe the view of the hotel, we had never been to a hotel with such breathtaking views to the lake and mountains. The spa is amazing, the receptionist and masseusses were so lovely and caring. They were always checking in on us to ensure we were having a great experience at all times. The pool and jacuzzi of the hotel are incredible! We had dinner at the restaurant Le Patio and that was the cherry on top of the cake: delicious food, wonderful service and they even surprised us at the end of the meal with ice cream and a candle!. The whole experience at the hotel was 10 starts! We will be coming back for sure for an extended stay - super super super recommend it!

Perched atop Mont-Pèlerin, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the majestic Swiss Alps—a sight that feels like a living masterpiece.  ||Our suite was the epitome of luxury and comfort, featuring a spacious layout, elegant decor, and a private terrace that allowed us to soak in the stunning vistas at any time of day. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities.||The spa and wellness facilities provided a sanctuary of relaxation. We indulged in the serene ambiance of the pool, all while gazing out at the picturesque landscape. 

The Mirador is a fantastic hotel with a view like no other — it’s a mystery to me how this place hasn’t already become an Instagram sensation. Living in the region, it has truly become our happy place. The service is outstanding (special shout-out to Rade, the concierge). The food and buffets are good, with plenty of options, and we’ve always had a great experience. The whole property has a touch of 90s–00s vibe, which only adds to its charm. We can’t wait to be back!
