I recently dined at Le Mont Rouge restaurant and had an overall enjoyable experience. The highlight of the lunch was undoubtedly the degustation menu, which featured an array of exquisite dishes that were expertly prepared and bursting with flavour. The chef’s attention to detail and culinary prowess were evident in every bite, and I was thoroughly impressed by the creativity and quality of the food. Furthermore, I found the chef to be incredibly polite and friendly, taking the time to engage with diners. The atmosphere of the restaurant was enhanced by the spectacular views, providing a picturesque backdrop to the dining experience. However, I was disappointed by the service provided by our server, who came across as somewhat rude and dismissive. Despite the outstanding food and ambiance, the server’s attitude detracted from the overall enjoyment of the lunch. On a positive note, I found the prices to be reasonable considering the high quality of the food and the stunning location. Despite the minor setback with the server, I would still recommend Le Mont Rouge for its excellent cuisine, friendly chef, and breathtaking views.

A fantastic place for a special occasion, it is not cheap but great value for money. The chef is very well known and yet manages to keep a great atmosphere and simplicity in the restaurant. The menus are creative, the food delicious and the wines are completely affordable. Xmas lunch is exceptional and we have booked it a few times because of the quality and ambience.

Our 6th visit over last 8 years, this time with some friends from America. Food was very good although I felt a touch below previous experience. Main reason not to give 5 * was the service was too slow. We were the first in and nearly the last out and just short of 4 hrs end to end, it should have been an hour shorter and the waiting about took edge of the evening.

Food here is excellent, products are seasonal with lots of local flavors and delicious presentations. Ate there for a wedding reception as well as occasional meals, never deceived by food quality. A must for someone spending time in Haute-Nendaz!!

Excellent restaurant over all. The waitress was so helpful in selecting the food. The food was fresh and well served and presented. We had great time in relaxed environment.

Been there for lunch in summer. Food was good, but the service was embarrassing: waited for hours, even for chicken tenders for kids. Asked for a wine recommendation and was given no attention.
