"If you’re looking for a romantic getaway venue in the picture postcard perfect city of Bruges, book a table in the restaurant of the Relais & Chateaux Heritage Hotel, whose opulent interior oozes authentic historic details. It is truly the epitome of stylish elegance! The chef avows a preference for French and Mediterranean ingredients, which he delicately crafts into spot-on dishes. Examples include a marinated fillet of mullet paired with sweet-sour fennel, labneh and radish pickles. Each dish is a master class of subtlety and originality. A date night kinda place with which you will immediately fall head over heels." - Michelin Inspector

Five stars all the way. Amazing attentive staff, food was delicious. We went with the wine pairings, every paired well. Cant speak higher of the staff and food, just excellent. Would recommend to anyone who loves fine dining.

Very good restaurant with interesting approach. We were pre advised that there will be only menu set available, we chose 5 course with paring wine and it was very good. The wine matched the food very well, thank you for the selection. The presentation was incredible. The food was nicely and carefully prepared with great taste. The service was up to the level - very professional. We spent almost 4 hours (you should be prepared) - one of the longest dinners, but it was very good, thank you! Small remark - it was possible to replace a desert with cheeses, but it was not clear we needed to choose it while ordering the food. When I asked it at the end of the dinner I was told it was too late.

We visited to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The restaurant’s timeless, elegant charm created the perfect setting for such a special occasion. We chose the five course menu, and every dish was extraordinary, beautifully prepared, delicious, and thoughtfully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, taking the time to explain each dish in detail, adding a personal touch to the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for outstanding food, impeccable service, and a truly memorable experience

Although the set menu appears unprepossessing (e.g. 'dogfish' or 'grapefruit'), the food was utterly delicious and surprising. The tarragon sorbet is worthy of praise here as was the grapefruit (extraordinary!) and the scallops. The service was wonderful and it was a pleasure to have been looked after by the young lady. Thanks to everyone at Le Mystique for a terrific evening.

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent dinner having selected the 5 course option with accompanying wines. The food was nicely presented with a helpful introduction by Julia our waitress who also gave thorough oral pairing notes for each of the wines. Dishes were varied and delicious. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and seating comfortable. There were three other tables of diners in the room which provided a discrete yet pleasant atmosphere. Only criticism, the room could have been a few degrees warmer. Relatively expensive but worth it for a special occasion.

We visited for Stacey’s birthday last night and enjoyed a drink and appetiser in the bar before being shown our table in the elegant and intimate dining room. From here we were expertly guided through our 5 course menu including wine pairings. The service here was sensational and everything what explains in detail for both the food and the wine. The dishes were all exceptional and paired perfectly with the wines. All round fantastic experience and the perfect way to celebrate another year of life for my wonderful wife ♥️

We had the gorgeous and generous 6 course menu in combination with an overnight stay at the hotel. The dishes were perfectly prepared and presented and served with a couple of lovely treats in between courses and very nice and good matching accompanying wines. Food and service are definitely on a star-level and the quality is excellent. Chapeau! We’ve had a wonderful and pleasurable evening. Thank you very much for this experience!

Fantastic experience here for my partners birthday meal. £255 for the both of us for the 4 course set menu with two glasses of rose champagne, two glasses of white wine and a double espresso. The first course was langoustine which was amazing, followed by brill, hare and then the cheese course. The cheeses were all local cheeses, apart from one which was from England. Sublimely curated selection of cheeses. Bloody delicious. All of the courses were presented beautifully, so they were a treat for the eyes as well as the taste buds. The standout feature of this place is the service. The staff looked after us extremely well and were very polite and accommodating. The setting is also beautiful and regency style. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Simply put, an amazing dinner. We did the 4 course meal with wine pairing and all we can say is the food and service was amazing. We had just did something similar at Spring restaurant in Paris, and that was also amazing, but this place was a couple notches above that. Although the wine pairing at Spring was much better. Back to Mystique, come pre pared to stay for a couple hours of amazing tastes. We will write more when we have time, but if you're in Brugge and looking for a memorable night, you want to come here. In our book this was one of the best dinners we ever had.

Yelp
Fantastic food, good service. The 5 course meny was divine with a perfect mix of food and matched wine. Considering the quality of the food and wine it was also fairly cheap! The restaurant itself had a very nice vibe and calm atmosphere. You could sit there for several hours without feeling tired because of all the noise.
