Le Nord-Pinus

Beautiful, *quiet*, cool patio for a respite from all the crowds that time of year. We stopped to see the hotel, as it's quite famous. We stayed at a table in the outside patio for coffee and drinks whilst others in our party wandered about. The service was lovely and attentive, and it's a wonderful respite.

Fantastic restaurant! Warm and welcoming service paired with a cozy atmosphere. The food was outstanding—every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dessert was the perfect finale. Highly recommend for a delightful dining experience!

Our 3-day stay here has been the highlight of our six week trip. The hotel is in a wonderful location, and rooms are comfortable. The hot water and sparkling clean giant bathtub was a luxury. But what makes this historically significant hotel stand out are the staff and their warmth and kindness. Travel can be a challenge. Occasionally it's lovely to be welcomed and treated like family. Thank you from our hearts.

The warm, kind and competent staff made us feel like we were visiting family in Provence. The rooms have beautiful high ceilings, the lighting is cozy, and bathtub was sparkling clean with steaming hot water. Historically significant place. But above all, it's about the staff. Thank you to everyone--restaurant, housekeeping, reception, bar--top notch. Thank you!

We had an English breakfast at the nord pinus in Arles. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very polite , smily and welcoming. Specially the waitress Manon, very nice polite and efficient.We will for sure be back. The deco is really nice too.

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms are lovely and a decent size, with an exceptional bathroom, but the best part was the staff. Everyone was kind and extraordinarily helpful. We needed quite a bit of last minute help arranging an outing and the staff graciously helped out and we ended up having an amazing day. I would easily stay here again!

The service was outstanding. They arranged transportation, had bottle water waiting in lobby and sat down with us to check us in. The hotels furnishings were so eclectic. Rooms large. Bar fun food great .So very helpful. They even arranged activities and gave us excellent dinner recommendations

We stayed in historical hotel Le Nord Pinus just for one night but were very happy with our choice. Hotel is very clean, comfortable; staff members were really nice and friendly, they gave us restaurants recommendations and booked tables for us for lunch and dinner. Hotel is charming, just in centre of Arles with easy walking access to majority of sightseeings. Bed is very comfortable and bed lining so delicate and soft. Highly recommend to book for stay in Arles

The hotel where Picasso, Gogan, an Vincent stayed. The woman I reception was very helpful and refused to take a tip. I can't be more happy.

We had a wonderful stay here in September. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice with a modern bathroom. In the evenings we sat outside on their terrace with a drink and watched the people stroll by. Only downside is that a simple breakfast is not included in the proud room fee.
