"NAPERVILLE— Belgian bakery Le Pain Quotidien has opened its sixth Chicago-area location, this time in suburban Naperville. There’s seating for 86 indoors with room for another 16 on the sidewalk. LPQ fans know the drill: breakfast, lunch, and dinner European style." - Ashok Selvam

We had decided to try this place with the hope of sampling the Dutch mini donuts after seeing reviews online, however upon our arrival we were informed they were out of supply. The staff was very good about making up for our first choice by preparing a delicious Warm Belgian Waffle and a Baker's Breakfast with Smoked Salmon. We also ordered a cappuccino and latte both super good and served in unique cups that didn't have handles, I loved these. We got the small sizes but they also have larger versions for when you want the LARGE cappuccino. Our food came out within 5-10 minutes, tasted excellent and filled us up. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the place, lots of modern loft design blended with warm, smooth woods, metals and lovely succulents and additions resting on tables throughout. There is a seating place with soft chairs for a to-go cafe and bakery combined with the restaurant. It's lovely and clean. There were some logistical issues we noticed but they are minor and can be tweaked easily. We will be back to try those mini pancakes soon. Although it did seem on the higher end pricing wise , we felt the prices listed are not unreasonable for the quality.

Let’s talk FOOD and Service: Consider the Avocado Toast. Add Salmon and Egg! Next, order the Belgian waffle! I really shouldn’t have to explain this one. JUST DO IT! This one’s easy. Simple review. Le Pain tastes soo good! And the service is excellent. I’ll eat the bread here daily. Repeat customer! Need I say more?

By chance, we ended up at this wonderful restaurant. After eating here, I was surprised to see that their rating was under 4 stars. The service was super friendly, the food came out quickly, the food was delicious. My daughter said her waffle was the best she had ever had; she knows waffles. I posted some pictures; enjoy.

We had a male waiter and he was rude and unprofessional because first he threw the menu to us, then right after he dropped us check, he came back and asked if we are ready to pay, you can easily feel he has an attitude and doesn’t really care about customers but just want to flip the table ... the food definitely overpriced. A small croissant costs you almost 5 dollars and the service is definitely below average. The only good thing about this little bakery shop is it’s at a good location and the design is comfy. But overall, I will not consider to go back again unless I am out of choices in Downtown Naperville.

Great decor/atmosphere and and friendly staff! But the food and price leave something to be desired. I thought the food was a bit overpriced, the portions small, and the food didn't feel like anything special. I got the prosciutto, ricotta and fig tartine, a small open face finger sandwich. The portion was too small for dinner and not worth $15 to me. The taste was decent but it felt like I could go buy the ingredients myself and put them together at home. I also had an iced latte and it was pretty average as well. I felt like they were really going for the French bistro/hipster vibe but fell really short.

My husband took me to this French restaurant for my birthday. Cute place, the sort of cafe/restaurant you would expect in downtown Naperville. It was not busy at all for a Saturday evening. I ordered the chicken ratatouille and Hubby ordered the salmon. As much as I wanted to enjoy the food (love French cuisine and have been to Paris/France), the chicken was way too salty. It was inedible. The ratatouille was okay but again the salt was overwhelming. The waitress gave a free dessert (pain au chocolat), which was delicious.

A friend and I had a wonderful lunch recently. Service was excellent and the food was delicious and beautiful! Prices are on the higher side, but it was worth it for a great, organic meal.

Place was lovely. Food was delish. I had a hard time making up my mind. In the end, I had the smoked salmon omellete and my friend had the bacon and scallion skillet. I should have taken a picture of how clean our plates were. Going back so I can try the Tuna Nicoise.
