"Situated between Caen and Lisieux in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, Beuvron-en-Auge is picture postcard perfect with its 17-18C half-timbered houses, its manors and its gardens decked in flowers come summertime. The restaurant, which occupies the village’s former covered market, is fully in keeping with this olde worlde character. Chef Adrien Haye champions local producers in a bid to work with the best seasonal produce. The enticing culinary lineup allows diners to choose from oysters from Saint-Vaast, lobster from Carteret or John Dory, as well as foie gras, veal sweetbread, tripe and andouille sausage. The quintessence of Normandy!" - Michelin Inspector

This is fine dining done the way it should be. We ate the full tasting menu with wine pairings and it was all gorgeous. The service was impeccable. We don't speak very good French so the staff made a particular effort with us. The chef even came and spoke to us in English after our meal. The setting is incredible too. Beuvron-en-Auge is a beautiful village and this restaurant sits right in the heart of it. It's full of character.

Gastronomically Delicious truly lives up to its name. From start to finish, every bite was packed with flavor, creativity, and care. The menu offers something for everyone – including a kid-friendly selection that was a huge hit with our children. It’s rare to find a place where both adults and kids walk away equally impressed, but this restaurant nailed it. The food was exceptional. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was just as impressive – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and they treated our kids with the same care and attention, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Set in a beautiful village, this restaurant is a true gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone – whether you’re a foodie, a family, or just someone who loves great food and great service. ⭐ Rating: 5/5

Very solid restaurant. Really cute small town vibes. The food wasn’t to die for, but overall the level was more than solid. If the weather allows - sit outside as the town is very picturesque.

An amazing place! Wonderful food, charming service in a beautiful room! Truly great value. €115 per head for 4 courses, including a lovely bottle of red and a round of digestifs.

What a wonderful dining experience! This cozy restaurant is located on the central square of a beautiful old village. The food was excellent, creative yet not pretentious, well presented, with top notch service. Reasonably priced, including a broad range of wine prices on the wine list. This restaurant is a must try!

The best restaurant we have been to (so far) in the Pays d'Auge. Maybe not convinced by their selection of wines to accompany each dish: but drink and drive is a no-no in France also. Service, quality, quantity, flavour of all dishes: excellent.

Astonishing restaurant for thr quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the chef, and the caring service. Elegant ambience to celebrate a special occasion. French culinary tradition means innovation in this temple of stunning food. Many thanks to the chef and the full team for welcoming my wife and myself to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary
