It’s a casual but finer dining restaurant that serves “Taiwanese” cuisine, most ingredients are sourced locally, but implemented with various techniques that you don’t normally find in the Taiwanese kitchens.
Chef creates dishes that are authentic and familiar to the locals’ tastes, but also not too foreign or strange for visiting guests from other parts of the world. They have quite an interesting wine list, or if you prefer to bring your own, they only charge 50nt/glass per person.
