Le Pré de la Cure - Hôtel Restaurant

This property is perfectly located in the beautiful midievil hamlet of Yvoire, on the French banks of Lake Geneva. We visited this hotel in the first week of September 2025.The hotel had a specious room with a wonderful view. Parking was provided free of charge. However no complimentary breakfast like much of their european competitors. Much to our dismay and surprise the service at the front desk was incredibly inadequate and quite rude. No information on the properties amenities were ever given. The front desk Manager looked annoyed whenever we asked a basic question about the property. We originally booked through Booking.com when the hotel suggested we could book directly through them at a cheaper rate. That turned out not to be true and their buffet breakfast was charged daily to our bill without anyone ever explaining anything about the cost. No mentioned by front desk Manager about their pool or spa offerings or given any material to read in regards to spa amenities or pricing. Quite simply the woman manager looked annoyed all three days we spent there. That is sad considering the property was very nice and inviting,just the staff wasn't. My wife and and I have stayed in similar properties all accross Europe and we have to say this hotel and their front desk staff was without question the rudest we've ever encountered in our travel adventures.I in good conscience could not and would not recommend this property solely based on the negative treatment by the staff. There are plenty of options available in this beautiful town that will meet or exceed expectations. Unfortunately Le Pre de Cure is not one of them. "Caveat Emptor"!!!!

Nice rooms, great facilities (pool, jacuzzi etc). Fine breakfast. Perfect location on the very edge of pretty (a tad twee but …), mediaeval Yvoire village. Only downside is reception staff appear to have lost the will or desire to be affable and welcoming.

Filet de perche is a must at yvoire and you cant find a joyfull nice and delicious place like this restaurant sometimes you need to do reservatio but it is a must

Perfect location to visit Yvoire with secure parking, great views and amazing restaurant. Lovely big indoor pool and jacuzzi to relax in.

This hotel is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served overlooking the garden on the terrace and dinner on the front terrace. The food here is exceptional And some of the ingredients are grown in their garden. We had a lake view room Which was wonderful with a lovely balcony. Fabulous to sit in bed and watch the boats on the lake. I can’t recommend this hotel enough just fantastic.

Great location, handy parking, super pool and fabulous food

We had the pleasure of bringing a bicycle group to this hotel, ending our tour in the Rhone Alpes. The setting is lovely, with both views of Lac Leman and the medieval town of Yvoire to the front and lovely gardens to the back. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well appointed. There is a very lovely indoor pool and spa in a newer addition. Breakfast is a buffet with typically French fare - all good and fresh. There is a large car parking area, and also very nice outdoor areas for sitting and relaxing. It is easy to "get away from it all" here. ||The restaurant is excellent. The food is not only delicious but a delight for the eye. It is difficult to serve a large group (38 people) and have everything arrive hot and the kitchen did a terrific job. The wait staff was helpful (their English, while limited, was way better than my French) and wanted to ensure that we were all happy. And we were - very happy.

Review for the restaurant (as I have not stayed at the hotel) Most delicious food and very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful attention to detail in every way - service and meal! Plus it is a stunning setting with a wonderful view. Thank you to the team for a wonderful experience every time!
