Le Pré de la Cure - Hôtel Restaurant

This hotel is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served overlooking the garden on the terrace and dinner on the front terrace. The food here is exceptional And some of the ingredients are grown in their garden. We had a lake view room Which was wonderful with a lovely balcony. Fabulous to sit in bed and watch the boats on the lake. I can’t recommend this hotel enough just fantastic.

We had the pleasure of bringing a bicycle group to this hotel, ending our tour in the Rhone Alpes. The setting is lovely, with both views of Lac Leman and the medieval town of Yvoire to the front and lovely gardens to the back. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well appointed. There is a very lovely indoor pool and spa in a newer addition. Breakfast is a buffet with typically French fare - all good and fresh. There is a large car parking area, and also very nice outdoor areas for sitting and relaxing. It is easy to "get away from it all" here. ||The restaurant is excellent. The food is not only delicious but a delight for the eye. It is difficult to serve a large group (38 people) and have everything arrive hot and the kitchen did a terrific job. The wait staff was helpful (their English, while limited, was way better than my French) and wanted to ensure that we were all happy. And we were - very happy.

Excellent restaurant, with great food, impeccable service. Pretty high-end, still manage to create a mix of cosy and classy ambiance. I've brought the kids since they were small and it has always worked out nicely .

We expected the average hotel room,but found something better. We ordered room with a lake view. Our room not only had a lake view, but also a balcony with table and chairs. A good bed, a very nice bathroom, and plenty of storage space. It is conveniently located by an enterance to the old city. The breakfast, not included, is good and reasonably priced. Their restaurant is of the highest standards. We recommend it heartily.

1st layover in Yvoire, will not be last. Whilst high on tourism, this little pitoresque town is quite ok with crowds. Recommend this hotel, which implemends good covid- regulation whilst keeping a high level of customer service. Excellent rooms, view on the lake is worth the extra cost. Excellent accomodation, great pool in seperate building (corridor to connect) - would highly recommand the restaurant. With or without the view on the lake, food is marvelous, good price quality. Staying at the hotel, we got table eventhough it was full and with respecting the distance between tables. Just a wonderfull restaurant team. Breakfast is good, with good choice. Parking available at hotel. Would love to return

We spent two nights here and this review is about the hotel, I will cover the restaurant separately. Perhaps it was unfortunate that we arrived on a Sunday when the hotel was very busy and coincided with unusually hot weather. We had difficulty finding where to park as the hotel car park was full which meant a stressful start. There was no one on reception initially and the lady was clearly very busy with Sunday lunch. She was businesslike but not exactly welcoming. The rooms are said to have air conditioning but that may just be the ones overlooking the lake which actually don’t need it so much. Our view over the garden and pool was pleasant enough but the room was too hot- why not supply a fan? Typically French, no kettle or tea/ coffee facilities in the room.|However the swimming pool was good, quiet and very warm water. The room was a decent size and quiet and the breakfast was reasonable, yogurt ( but no fresh fruit), boiled eggs but no other hot food but I thank them for providing me with good quality gluten free rolls. |We enjoyed our stay, but a warmer and friendlier welcome plus aircon or a fan would have made it so much better.

Reasonable rates and great facilities. We stayed 3 nights. Our room had an extra bedroom and a small balcony. Great views out across the village and lake. Fabulous new swimming pool with spa and sauna (warm!!). Good breakfast with attentive staff and gluten free options. Delicious local specialty for dinner of local perche/frites/salade. Peaceful clean and very well appointed. Highly recommended.
