"First a mill, then a primary school, this stone - built village house draws you in with its lovely bucolic atmosphere... not to mention its cuisine, which meticulously fosters classicism. The terrace, shaded by old plane trees, exudes the essence of Provence. The house offers guestrooms that are as pretty as they are comfortable." - Michelin Inspector

Diner is very good for the price. Service in restaurant not top and a bit slow and not attentive. Food itself really nice. Rooms are also Ok for one overnight. Breakfast is nice and sympha, but missing ham/cheese/egg and contain mainly from bread and pastry and again service far from top. Manager lady is very polite and friendly.

I was glad to find a hotel of this quality in a small town. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was very nice with a big shower. Our room had a nice outdoor space just outside, and it was a great place to relax. Dinner at the hotel was really good, with wonderful flavors and great service, and breakfast was very good also. Serignan-du-Comtat is a pretty little town, which we visited to see the home of the french entomologist JHC Fabre. This hotel made it a memorable visit!

A perfect Provence experience. The restaurant is located a little outside of Orange, with the option to dine in the most beautiful courtyard. The card offers 3 pre set menus ranging from approx. EUR 40 to 80. We had the menu at 60 EUR. Starting out with little tasters, followed by fois gras, main, choice of cheese and dessert. Everything was excellent. Usually I am full after main course, but everything was so good that I even finished the fantastic raspberry croustillant for dessert. We will for sure be back.

We stayed 3 nights with 2 young children and the housekeeping was brilliant. Our room and sheets and towels were spotless every time we returned from a day out. Beds good, staff attentive and prompt. The restaurant was excellent, priced generously for the quality of the cooking and flavour on the plate and set in a beautiful courtyard setting.

We have been going to this restaurant for many years and in the summer it is always delightful as we can eat outside under magnificent plane trees. We had dinner there recently and as is often the case before the Easter holiday period, there were very few diners. We both ordered the "Temptation" menu with a bottle or red Sancerre. ||It was a truly superb meal. Perfect St. Jacques, half a grilled lobster that was just right followed by a fine but light meat dish and the regular souflee to finish. A real feast served efficiently with the charming Caroline and her fine team.

We just left this morning after 1 night with a feeling of rip-off, the prices are extremely overrated, value for money totally out of balance. €18 pp for a véry basic breakfast (see below), €15 added at checkout for our puppy (came as a very unpleasant surprise) and got charged €12 for 2 glasses of basic house wine. Come on… that’s insane! The room was older than the pics, and smelled like there is no good ventilation. The door was right at the restaurant which makes it noisy, it woke us up before 8AM. (A big plus were the open doors at the room directly at the garden: perfect for our puppy!) Breakfast: we got 1 croissant + 1 piece of bread + 1 small cup of jam + 1 coffee/tea + 1 small prepacked cup of plain yoghurt. (To be honest, we waited 5min because we thought the rest was still going to be served..) No fruit, water, egg, cereals, cheese or anything to top the bread. Which is not a problem - but how can you charge €18 for this..?! The night was fine, but value for money is wayyy out of balance. We felt very unpleasantly surprised with the bill at checkout after the disappointing breakfast.

Had a great meal for New Year’s Day. Foie Gras pate was lovely and main course of veal and ravioli was really good. Best veal ever from one of us. Deserts also very good and normally a range if menus from around €27.... and nice looking hotel if you need a room.

If you are staying anywhere near Orange, this hotel is wonderful, very small and understated with a lovely terrace under plain trees, which give shade in the day during breakfast and lunch and welcome cover in the evening, there is also an indoor dining room for when the weather is cooler! The terrace overlooks a small lawn beyond which is a good sized pool with sun chairs and large umbrellas.||The food is fantastic and the staff are charming and most helpful.
