One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years, better than many restaurants with a Michelin star. Restaurant has only 24 covers - so booking is essential and it books over 2 weeks forward. Service is provided by the ultra attentive Agnes working solo, who glides efficiently around. The a la carte menu is narrow - only 3 choices for each of starter, main and dessert, with a tasting menu also offered being a 4 course combination of the 9 a la carte dishes. The cooking is sublime, an innovative fusion of flavours, and the mains’ portion sizes were generous. Very extensive wine list with bottles from EUR35 upwards and Agnes knows her wine. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
