Le Relais de Sillery

We visited here on 30 November for my birthday. We chose the €66 7 course menu gourmet, and had a bottle of the Lombard Extra Brut Premier Cru Champagne. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the waiting staff were never hovering around but always knew when they needed to top up the drinks or bread rolls etc. All food was cooked to perfection. It was difficult choosing a favourite course as they were all very good. I think it would have to be the beef fillet for me. Beautifully cooked on the inside ( lovely pink for medium rare) with a fantastic crust on the outside. The surprise was the palate cleanser of grapefruit with frozen, crushed Champagne. An unexpected delight. I’d definitely like to visit again.

Very good escape from Paris, location is great inside a forest and also the food quality. Service is a bit slow but if you just want to relax and have no rush it is a very good options.

Michelin Star very well deserved!! Excellent service and food. It's one of the best restaurants out there!

I have reservated by phone on the 17th of November for 20 guests on the 18th of January. My order got confirmed by the phone, I gave all my credentials and they told me I was going to get an Confimation e-mail. I never got this conformation mail. So today I called back and the man on the line told me there is no such reservation and my name is nowhere to been seen. The first impression is the most important one, and I have no even been able to make one. Disappointed

The potimarron soup was very good but everything else was sub par. The restaurant was able to accommodate allergies but failed on taste.

We had a wonderful dinner here on our honeymoon. The food was exquisitely prepared, service impeccable and the wine very well priced. We ate at a lot of places on this trip, and this was our favorite of all of them. A memorable evening in a peaceful location. Update: two European trips after we first visited here, and this restaurant still stands out as the best. We have been blessed to travel and eat a lot of good food but this is the one we remember both for the quality of the food and service, and the ambience.

Formal dining with lots of lovely touches. Relaxed atmosphere but staff were delightful and attentive. Food was as good as we could've hoped for and we enjoyed the occasion completely.

Came across this restaurant by accident as Reims was too busy. But how lucky were we. Service was amazing, food was very tasty and good quality we went for 52Euro menu. If you are in the area I would recommend you seek it out

This restaurant was a tip from one of the local champagne makers and it was really good. Classic styled interior, nice service for us and our then 3 month old son (who was gracing us with a bit of a temper as well). They did have a high hair for kids but I must say the feeling was more romantic and thank heavens we came before all the lovely twosomes arrived. We all had fish and it was delicious! Cooking fish is not easy and a good fish should be highly recommended. I'm sticking to 4 stars for two reasons. The menu was a bit pretentious and lacked a feel of genuinety. Also, for being located in Champange there were few original champagnes to choose from.
