Fabulous hotel. I was a solo female traveller from Ireland ... I couldn't have felt safer. The staff in the bar on the 7th floor were just so kind and welcoming. They were amazing people and I loved spending my evenings there. What a view too!!! Omg !! Highly highly recommend. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Not a pleasant experience, we asked for a special room for newly married but we got nothing, the rooms are so old and the room service were so rude, always had to call for missing towels and bath supplies, the breakfast was tasteless and the reception staff needs improvement. This the first time a request for late check out was strongly rejected.I never imagined that a hotel like Le royal feels like one star hotel. Never come back again.

I didn’t plan to stay here, but my flight luggage got all messed up and I needed a place to crash for the night. Ended up booking The Royal Hotel, and I’m really glad I did. When I got to the reception, I asked Emad if I could get a room with a nice view up high. He was super nice and made sure I got what I wanted—he was really professional and friendly the whole time. The concierge was also awesome and really helpful. Everything at the hotel was quick and smooth, and the service was top-notch. I actually had a really nice stay, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Amman!

We celebrated a birthday here and it was magical. The team even surprised us with a dessert. Ramahi was so thoughtful and attentive.

Bad hotel in Amman. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. When I arrived and found one of the guests talking about the poor cleanliness and treatment and that they lost his clothes in the cleaning, it would have been better if I asked to cancel the reservation and go to a better hotel.
