Le Royal Hotel & Resorts Amman

A Wedding venue NIGHTMARE An Absolute horrible hotel for hosting a wedding at. On the day of the wedding, they forced our wedding planners to take away multiple things that they previously accepted. They didn’t coordinate with the wedding planners with anything. They then blamed the wedding planners for not communicating when THEY were the ones ignoring the calls and texts. They then forced last minute switches on everything we planned. Then the event coordinator was complete trash. His attitude was trash. This hotel, in general, with everything that happened, was trash. This hotel acted like a 2 star hotel AT MOST. ‏فندق زبالة DO NOT HOST ANY EVENTS IN THE HOTEL DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Hotel is charming on entry. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our initial room was a smoking room but the staff worked to assist us in changing rooms and provided us an experience to remember with a beautiful ensuite view of Amman. Breakfast was a delight. BLK coffee not too far from the hotel was our espresso of choice!

The stay is very comfortable. Room service was excellent and rapid. Reception and restaurant staff were nice and cooperative, but I have an objection about the value for money. I think that the hotel stay is relatively expensive. However, nothing to complaint of except for this point

I stayed at this hotel several times when I started going to Amman for business, and my last visit was in 2018. A nice hotel, except for their lobby and the horrible smoke smell in the rooms. My company always booked the non-smoking suite. Every time, I had to request the replacement of pillows and bed sheets and covers; they reeked of pungent smoke smell. After a couple visits, I changed hotel and never returned

We use their service through civil engineering conferences, unfortunately the service its not matching the name or the category of 5 star hotels, in coffee break you are not able to get any thing (yes its crowded but for 5 star hotel shall be normal!! if hotel are not able to arrange this type of conference,really it’s disappointing,lunch time it’s disaster, coffee machine which shall be working in all times, they disconnected the electricity to use only in coffee break time , and only two machines!! Waiters is rude in dealing or replying for any questions. The hall area is big with good presentations equipment. No chairs outside the hall area , so the lobby is full and crowded.

Worst treatment ever. Valet took my car and bumped into a colomn in B6 parking. Then didn't repair. They underestimated the repair cost down to quarter the original value.In addition mode if dealing with me as a doctor attending a conference there was not polite. I strongly do not recommend this place

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at [Le Royal Hotels &Resorts , I had high expectations based on the reputation of your hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I anticipated. The Room i stayed in didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom, i had to wait for half an hour to get an Iron and that made me late for my dinner and the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable I stayed in Room on the 18th floor the window was making so much noise as the weather was windy instead of changing my room and apologies they sent me two people to sort out the problem by putting a screw in the window which made the window not open at all after that I wasn’t able to charge my phone as the socket in the Room was so old and didn’t have a USB socket so i had to ask the reception who couldn’t help at all claiming that they don’t have a plug to give to me to charge my in 5 stars hotel and they were absolutely unhelpful in anyway Before my check out in the morning i raised my complain to the person on the reception and made me write my complain on a note and promised that someone will contact me and that never happened I stayed in hotels in Amman were much better and genuine 5 stars hotels like the Four Seasons and the Ritz-Carlton and i thought Le Royal Hotels Resorts will hit their standards but through my personal experience i won’t recommend this hotel to anyone whos looking to stay in 5 stars hotel in the beautiful city Amman .
