I was blown away by the level of service in the hotel. We had a fabulous room in the tower which allowed us access to the lounge where you could have breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks/canapes in the evening which was all included. The quality of the food and drinks was excellent and it was a nice relaxed place to have breakfast. The hotel provide a good selection of coffee/tea in your room. The bed was super comfy and we had. a great shower. The hotel has 3 pools and there are lots of sun loungers. I would definitely return to this hotel but in the cooler months. The gym is pretty decent too.

The hotel is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Service is a service I’ve not experienced before. From the cleaners to pool staff to the buffet staff. I really appreciated the effort the staff put in to make your stay the best it can. The food is amazing the variety is great. I would like to mention Jaswanth B, he is an excellent member of Le meridian he always knew my orders and made everything as easy as possible. He is incredibly hard working and great to talk to, a positive person.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Dubai in our favorite hotel Le Royal Meridian. Everything is comfortable and relaxing here. The staff are wonderful in every department of the hotel and nothing is too much trouble. Always smiling faces and polite greetings. We had a few of our meals at the Grosvner which is the sister hotel to the Meridian in Sloane a buffet resturant. The food here was excellent. We are looking forward to our stay again in September and would like to say a special thanks to Abu,l Ranjan, Lepzuksangla, Richelle, Manjith, and Pam who all made our stay so lovely. Thank you Pam also for the Champagne and flowers very suprising and most appreiciated||Thank you again to all the amazing staff

We recently stayed at Le Royal Meridien in Dubai and had a truly wonderful experience, thanks in large part to Alissa. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile, genuine friendliness, and exceptional professionalism. Alissa went above and beyond by helping us with our check-in and even upgraded our room category and we had a perfect sea view. She took care of every detail quickly and efficiently, making us feel welcomed and valued from the very beginning. Her positive energy and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I sincerely hope that her talent and hard work will be recognized and rewarded within the hotel’s system — she certainly deserves it. To the management: please take a moment to acknowledge Alissa’s outstanding service. She truly made our stay memorable. Regards, iLia and Anna.

This hotel/resort really is second to none. ||The staff, the food, the rooms, just everything- amazing! ||The staff are so good with the kids, we want to say a special thanks to Hithesh (aka spider man😂) thank you for all your help and your kindness. ||Also a thank you to Aniket in the brassiere 2.0 for the baby chinos, the kids felt very special. ||We’ve been coming here for many years and due to the staff we will continue to come back time and time again.

My wife and I have stayed at the Royal Meridien many times for around 15 years.||We have always found it to be the best hotel around the walk and Palm Jumeriah, so much so that this June we decided to take our family including our two Grand Children. It was also a 35th Wedding anniversary and 60th Birthday Celebration||When booking the hotel nine months in advance we asked to have an adjoining or interconnecting room, so that our grand children (2.5yrs and 10 months) might sleep of an evening, with the adults next door.||A hotel has three opportunities when you arrive to put you in a positive frame of mind. Both the Arrival and the Concierge achieved this at LRM, but it was at check in that we encountered a "we can't be bothered" attitude. No welcome drink or cooled towels as in previous years||We were told that adjacent rooms were not available, the only thing we needed. This doesn't seem a big issue on the face of it but when you are travelling as a group of 8 which include two very young children it makes evenings difficult. The hotel provided 3 "room only" in the Royal Tower which was an upgrade to our standard room but the rooms were separated, and one room on a different floor. We reluctantly accepted these rooms and were taken to our rooms by a member of Concierge. The check in staff and manager really didn't seem bothered and simply wanted rid of us.||Despite the upgrade our rooms had issues. Two of the rooms did not have working phones and the TV in one room did not work. These issues were reported but the phones were never replaced at the TV (remote) took 48 hrs to be replaced despite chasing.||Cleaning of one of the rooms was sporadic, sometimes glasses were refreshed, at other times they were left dirty||This set the tone for the holiday, our room numbers were constantly queried by staff when asking questions as it had not been electronically communicated that our rooms had been changed. ||We had recommended this hotel to friends who arrived earlier than us and their stay overlapped with ours. It was interesting to hear that they had been very well looked after as "first time guests" and had nothing but praise for the hotel. It struck us that its seems that LRM goes that extra mile for new guests, but once you are "hooked" and return multiple times you are no longer worthy of good service rather average / poor service will suffice.||As usual the team running the pools were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help. Many thanks to Paul M and his team. The restaurants are great including Brassiere 2.0 providing a wide range of excellent dishes. One member of the front of house team that deserves credit is Dipak. He went above and beyond to help, thank you Dipak.||My wife and I are booked to return to LRM for two weeks in September. At present and unfortunately neither my wife or I are looking forward to it given this poor experience. ||Not the way we wanted to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and a big birthday.

The hotel exceeds the expected quality for the price. Francis warmly welcomed us with drinks and a teddy bear. We tried the breakfast and the Italian restaurant—both were very satisfying. The pools and sunbathing areas are spacious and enjoyable. For the sea, you need to walk a long distance under the sun, there are no umbrellas close to the coast and the sea is quite rough.

We stayed at Le Royal Meridien and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has huge grounds, which is great for parents with kids — lots of space, greenery, and plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped. The service from the staff was excellent, super attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to the fact that they were very generous with still water, which is often a small but annoying issue in other 5-star hotels — here, we never had to ask twice and were always well stocked. The resort has three big swimming pools, so whether you want a lively atmosphere or a quieter spot, you’ll find your place. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, but there are still calm areas for those who just want to relax. One thing we didn’t love was the so-called sea view room in the new tower. The view turned out to be more of the harbour, buildings, and some construction — not exactly the sea view we expected. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, modern, and very comfortable, and when we mentioned the view, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade, which we really appreciated. Breakfasts were great, with a wide variety, and there are plenty of restaurants on-site for those who don’t want to leave the resort. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-run hotel, perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxed getaway with great service.
