"Comfortably established in a characterful 1900s seaside villa, this elegant restaurant, depicted by a spruce colourful interior (plush upholstered seating, stripy carpet, portraits and paintings), has been treated to a revamp. It continues to serve appetising traditional cuisine, dotted with contemporary touches." - Michelin Inspector

Essentially a restaurant with rooms, and limited residents' lounge which is used a a family dining room at weekends. Bedroom somewhat small, but standard of housekeeping is good. Restaurant service could be sharper, but food quality is good, as is the wine list. Off street parking is limited but to be expected in this location

We were made welcome and everyone was very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and the location is close to the centre, but quiet. The restaurant is excellent. Would definitely return. Only minor point was the poor selection of fruit for breakfast

Comfortable, clean, pleasant, friendly, efficient - a slightly too fussy menu for me, though, as I wanted just a snack for lunch. I like the hotel's being made up of a number of houses around main house - the overall effect is quite charming.

Arriving in La Baule was already a pleasant surprise. Arriving at Le Saint-Christophe even more. This colorful place has a lot of atmospher and style, inside and in the garden. The room was lovely, spacious enough, with a little garden too. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant offers a great breakfast and a very good dinner. A perfect stay in a perfect place.

In a beautiful place, this hotel is a jewel all on its own. We spontaneously booked a night on a family trip and would have loved to stay several more. The house is simply spectacular from lay out and design. Our welcome was warm and highly personal. The sleep quality was excellent and breakfast was local, unique and delicious. Each staff member was friendly and helpful. As soon as we can, we will return for a few more days of relaxed, elegant enjoyment.

We stayed 3 nights for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The staff is really nice, our room on the top floor was so special and the breakfast is delicious. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here and loved it! The room was spacious and there was even a bath in the bathroom. The hotel is located in a quite residential part of La Baule, and less than 300 metres to the beach and approx. 5min walk to the main shopping street.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was excellent. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We rented bikes for several days and found the area very bikeable. The bike ride to Le Pouliguen and the more remote beaches nearby is not to be missed. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and dinner at the restaurant was among the best meals we’ve ever had (and this is coming from snobby new yorkers). The only potential downside is that the clientele skewed older, which could be due to our stay occurring in early September when the typical French vacation season is over. Nevertheless, as thirty somethings we were by far the youngest people there and sometimes felt a bit like an oddity to everyone else.
