"This friendly bistronomy restaurant is part of a small hotel in the upper reaches of the town centre. Behind a façade still reminiscent of Aix-les-Bains's heyday as a spa resort, this stylish eatery, complete with a wine bar, has lost none of its period cachet. It is run by a vital chef who often puts in an appearance on the restaurant floor. His down-to-earth bistro-style cuisine with a twist uses seasonal and sometimes premium produce (Angus beef, Corsican meagre etc). Attentive service. The enclosed tree-lined terrace to the rear is charming." - Michelin Inspector

I recently dined at a lovely restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. She offered great recommendations and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Overall, it was a delightful outing, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and a satisfying meal!

Google
My partner found this restaurant for our visit to Paris. It is probably one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. 10/10. Our server was amazing attentive friendly and explained all the menu options to us. We tried snails for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised! These were flavoured exceptionally. For main we both had the confit duck. I cannot fault anything about our whole experience here and would definitely return

Google
This place is a total gem of a find. We often come to Paris which is our favorite city in the world and really love to dine at restaurants with great food. We were around Champs-Elysees which can be very touristy and the restaurants in this area aren't great. I went on Google Maps to see if there were any highly rated restaurants and the only one that had a high score was Le Sens Unique which had an average rating of 4.5 stars. We were very fortunate that it was early when we came in. It was about 5:15 PM and only one other table was there. It looked like they had just opened. They asked if we had a reservation and we did not. We thought this was just a cheesy line that many restaurants say but I could see the very nice hostess was checking the reservations and she looked concerned if she would be able to seat us but she sat my family of 5. My wife and I love French food but we were worried about our kids and the menu is very French. We ordered several dishes and my kids loved the food as much as we did. We ordered several French onion soups which was amongst the best I have had in Paris. We also got some mussels and a Shrimp linguine. We also ordered some French fries and potato gratin dish. Everything was super delicious! I commented to the waitress that the food was excellent and that they deserved their high reviews on Google Maps. She thanked me for mentioning it. I told her the flavor profiles were incredible and she mentioned that she really appreciated the kind words. She said there are only 3 of them working there and they really work hard to provide great food. As we were eating the place was filling up. It's a small place and fills VERY quickly. They were turning away several people by the time we finished our dinner. There were even people sitting outside in the cold to eat as they only had tables outside and people were willing to sit in the freezing cold to eat which is a testament to how delicious the food is. The waitress was so friendly. This is definitely a MUST visit if you're in the area or if you're not it's worth coming to eat. We will try to come again before we leave Paris. We rarely repeat restaurants during a trip as there are so many fine choices but this place is worth coming back to. This place is 5/5 stars. It's also a beautiful and unique spot. It's not right on a busy street so it takes some work to get all of these people. I assume that people are all finding it from Google reviews. There were a lot of Asian clientele that looked to all be foodies and probably technology savvy and found it from the great reviews. This is exactly how technology should work in the restaurant industry.

Google
Great food. Place is small but extremely crowded, so it is a must to make reservation. We had the duck confit and the beef tartare, as well as the escargot. Everything is good but the duck confit is very good. While seated, we saw at least 10 different groups tried getting in without reservation and failed. Visited in Jan 2025.

Google
Went here with a frontend Friend who's visiting! It was DELICIOUS! Everything was just so tasty! The best gratin potatoes I've ever had! I don't usually eat potatoes that much but I finished the whole thing! The honey sauce for the duck breast was also OH SO GOOD! My friend got the steak tartare, also very very good! We didn't take desserts because we were pretty full! The lady who works there was also very very nice! Overall just a good experience! The ambiance is also very cozy! And oh! I just love their wall decorations!!! (See photos)

Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Lady is good at recommending red wine choices. Every dish are excellent!! We have awesome dining experience here! Give it a shot when you are in Paris.🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵

Google
A delightful surprise! I expected the restaurants near tourist spots to be convenient but average. However, this place truly elevated its dishes. The staff were welcoming and gave fluent English descriptions of the day’s menu. We tried the mini pancakes with cod spread—no fishiness at all, just a rich flavor. The duck breast is a must-try—tender and springy, with a sweet sauce that’s not overwhelming, and a few peppercorns added a hint of spice, creating a symphony of flavors. The prawn pasta was perfectly cooked, with a rich, flavorful sauce.

Google
Went to have dinner in the middle of December. The service was amazing and dish after dish was tasty and great. Started with deli meats and cheese boards which were super tasty. For mains we had the duck breast and tartar also great and ended with creme brulee. Definetly the best dinning experience from our 4 days in Paris.

Yelp
We made a reservation last minute and excited to try this place. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The service was laid back but attentive. Server told us about their specials today. We ordered spritz, Pellegrino, onion soups, mussels casserole, shrimp pasta, vanilla crème brûlée and a slice of cake. For mussels casserole, I thought it was pesto sauce but tasted Indian curry and it's delicious. Shrimp pasta and crème brûlée were wonderful too. Overall, we had great experience.

Yelp
Make reservations if you want to sit at a table. Otherwise, you will be seated at the bar. No matter where you sit the vibe, food, and drinks are perfect. We had the classic dishes, the duck confit skin was crispy and the meat so juicy and flavorful. The escargot cooked and bathed in a delicious garlic butter was heavenly. The onion soup was loaded with bread and cheese and hit all the right notes on that wet chilly day. I had the steak special cooked to a medium rare, though some parts were tough, the flavors were delicious The richness and depth of flavors mixed with different textures was pure joy. The staff were pleasant and made us feel warm and welcomed. Le sens unique is a delightful and indulgent culinary experience that is not to be missed. The wine and beer selection is pretty magnifique as well.

Yelp
Came here looking for steak based off review. After a long day of sightseeing nearby we went here to unWine ;) The service was nice, but the server was a one man army. So it took awhile to take our order while he was helping other guest or running food. It a small space so for the most part it works out with one person. I had the angus and fries. And strong red wine. My guest weren't into the more rare steak like I am, but the ribeye was cooked perfectly. The fries were addicting. The table bread was from earlier in the day, so had to really chew. I feel like I might be giving them a good review based off how kind the service was. And about 75 percent of the meal I'd say was good. So if you're in the area, I would recommend a try. They have many specials. Would not recommend for like the essential Paris experience . I would for casual dinner for one of the many nights tour visiting Paris. Overall a 3.9 out of 5 Hope to try the Salmon next time.

Yelp
The food was amazing!!! I really loved all the dishes. The steak was cooked to perfection, although it was definitely pricey for the amount given. My fiancé and I mostly enjoyed the duck page: Rillettes d'Oie à partager. The portion size of this was more than expected, but we loved every bit. The ambiance is very cozy and comfortable. Followed by that, the service was also charming. We came for dinner and were promptly seated without reservations. We were actually going to order more than we did, but the waiter asked us if we were sure! We really appreciate that. There are so many restaurants to explore, but I would definitely recommend giving Le Sens Unique a taste!

Yelp
If you visit no other restaurant in Paris, make this the one place you go!! Hands down the best French cuisine you'll have in Paris. I stumbled upon this restaurant because I didn't have a reservation for dinner and wanted to eat somewhere near my hotel. They gladly took us and we grabbed seats at the bar. For entrees, we grabbed the steak & potatoes and duck from the daily special menu. Then for dessert we got the crème brûlée. I'm still dreaming about this entire meal, it was insane! So good!! Once you come here, thank me later!

Yelp
We had a fabulous meal here, including duck confit and pasta. Our waitress was very kind and delivered an amazing experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something off the beaten path on their way to or from the Champs Elysees or Arc de Triomphe...very easy and short walk. Our one naive surprise was that charcuterie did not include any cheese--only meats, pickles, and bread. Fun learning experience though, and it was delicious!

Noelle S.

Yelp
By far, my best meal in Paris! Everything was perfection! Service, food, wine, ambiance! Had the escargot, mussels, duck confit, and sea bass. Absolutely loved the presentation and the dishes were executed with such care. I will definitely be back and give the highest recommendation. Servers were incredibly kind to a non-French speaker. Try to make a reservation because this place fills up, but it is totally worth it!

Yelp
Zero vegetarian options. Yelp says they have numerous options. There is not 1 on the menu. Staff not very friendly...go figure it's Paris.

Yelp
Lovely meal and great tasting. It does not have a lot of seating so reservations are recommended. I was not disappointed in the slightest.

Yelp
Another great restaurant for escargot! Shrimp noodles were also good! Service is not good though we waited atleast 30 minutes to get served, i think they were short staffed.

Yelp
We walked in here looking for dinner on our last night during our trip to Paris. This little restaurant is located on a side street that you probably wouldn't venture out to but we found this on yelp and saw great reviews. The restaurant was busy and the dishes tasted great. We were seated at the bar which wasn't that comfortable but we we managed since we didn't have any reservations. Luckily we were seated - turns out they turn most people down if you didn't have any reservations. The food was good but definitely priced higher than other restaurants that would serve similar dishes, probably because it is located in a tourist central area in Champs-Élysées. I would probably not come back even though the food was great, but I think you can find other restaurants a little further out from Champs-Élysées and get the same meal for a portion of the cost. Definitely good for last minute dinner plans if you're in the area!

Yelp
We didn't have reservations but we had a late lunch past the busy time so getting a table was no problem. While the daily specials looked good, we opted for the steak tartare and the duck confit. Both were just delicious. I loved the crispy duck skin and just scraped off any fat that I didn't want to eat. The potatoes were amazing and the little bit of spring greens had a light mustard dressing. The steak tartare was probably one of the best ones that I've tasted. The menu was written in French on the chalkboard and you can scan an English menu. The servers were bilingual so it will be easy to find and order something that you will enjoy.

Yelp
Decided to spontaneously eat at a local restaurant on the last day of our week long stay in Paris and ended up here with no reservations. They took us in right away (2 people) and we were seated at the bar. We ordered the onion soup for starter and duck confit for entree and the duck confit was absolutely amazing. We got the crème brûlée for dessert. Turned out to be one of our best meals in Paris (even better than some restaurants that was popular and with hard reservations). It's definitely a smaller restaurant with not too many tables so if you have a larger group do make a reservation first! Our waiter was very friendly and spoke really good English. The only con I had was pricing. It is definitely overpriced but this restaurant is also located in a very touristy area.

Jen B.

Yelp
I'd say 4.5. Service was fantastic, very helpful. My steak was not the best piece of meat I've ever had (just more fat on it and some gristle), but it was perfectly cooked. The fries that came with it were beautiful and tasty. Our escargot was tender and the butter it was cooked in delivered garlicky goodness to sop up with the crusty bread. My husband's prawns on pasta were also perfectly cooked and flavorful. Would have loved to try the beautiful desserts but we were too full. If we had more time, I'd go back for the duck leg, which smelled amazing.

Yelp
***note their reviews are mainly over a year ago should have known then **** We came here based on reviews. We had high hopes. We were excited to eat here. We were seated pretty fast after 30 minutes our order was finally taken. There was not many people but we figured maybe they are busy. After another 30 minutes they brought out our onion soup. Despite everyone around us getting their food and desserts before us we still waited for our dinner. Keep in mind the people who received all their food were seated after us. After an hour we finally received our meal. The meat was not seasoned. However the potatoes were good. I don't like leaving negative reviews because I don't like to complain but I feel people should save their time and not come here. There are a lot of amazing restaurants in Paris I would definitely skip this one

Julie J.

Yelp
I highly recommend this place! It's a small restaurant but very cozy and friendly atmosphere. The waitress taught me how to eat snails (my first time) and they were very good. The duck breast was fantastic (we came two nights in a row). Make sure to make a reservation or come late in the evening as they get booked.

B T.

Yelp
duck confit is superb! in fact it's among the best duck i've ever had (different but up there with my favorite Beijing roast ducks). service is excellent in this charming, small restaurant. i came here because it was still open past 9pm and close to my hotel after arriving late in Paris. oh what a pleasant surprise! although there are an abundance of amazing restaurants in Paris, i'm definitely returning to this GEM!

Grace C.

Yelp
Great wine selection, high quality and delicious dishes! Charming hosts and the ambiance was warm! Figuratively and literally!

Yelp
Le Sens Unique is one of the best places I ate at during visit to Paris. It has all of the chic and vintage Paris vibes with delicious French classics. I got the chicken Caesar salad, and my husband got the duck special. We both got onion soup, which was the best onion soup we had in Paris by a long shot. Make a reservation if you can because the restaurant books up!
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
A very small venue frequented more by Parisians than tourists, this gem seems to be a bit of a local secret. While accommodating to walk-ins, I recommend making a reservation. Their duck confit was my favorite meal during our twelve day stay in Paris.

Regina B.

Yelp
Amazing food - escargot, mussels, duck with a gratin potatoes- chocolate molten cake- splendid! Crème brûlée was also wonderful! Some tables outside- beautiful all food is amazing! Wine menu is fantastic! ! You need to try this experience in Paris! I am trying to figure out how to come back tomorrow!

Yelp
Neighborhood restaurant, all dishes tasted great. Came on a busy night, very table taken and at the same time. Waitress was efficient, friendly enough but very hurried so politely suffered slightly. Food was really good. Camembert fried with honey was rich and decadent, linguini with gambas was savory. Solid meal.

Yelp
We loved the service and friendly welcome from the staff. The food was quite lovely. I had the entrecôte with haricots verts. The steak was quite plain and a bit grisly -which was a little disappointing, but the green beans were delicious. Hubs had the duck and he quite enjoyed it. It came with a frisée salad and some exceptionally good potatoes. My opener Soup a L'oignon was just okay. The broth wasn't as rich as I have had elsewhere. Overall absolutely lovely place for dinner and would eat there again to be sure.

Lili L.

Yelp
This place was amazing. My sister and I went back twice for dinner without reservations and were seated immediately. This was our first stop from the airport and so glad we stopped here. We had never had escargot nor the beef tartar so we decided to order it to get the true French experience. Best choice ever. Their escargot was amazing!!! The beef tartar was also amazing and the baked camembert cheese with salad was delicious as well. We ate about 4 baskets of their French baguette with our meals. Hands down the best baguette we had in Paris too. The waiters were very pleasant and extremely nice. Highly recommend you make a reservation as it does get very busy and you will get turned away, we just happen to always get there at the right time to get seated I guess. Lol.

Yelp
Wonderful atmosphere. Quaint restaurant off of Champs-Elysees with friendly staff and delicious food. Open late too! Mmmmm: c'est délicieux. Miam ! Je me régale. C'est vraiment très très bon !
google avatar

Nicole Q.

Yelp
This is a cozy little restaurant behind the Champs Elysees that is worth a slot in your itinerary when in Paris! I have to say service was a bit slow but considering only four total employees for the entire restaurant, actually very very efficient. I was impressed by our waitress who did the majority of the in house work - she was the main employee who handled hostessing, taking orders, advising wines, delivering dishes, bussing, and ticketing. The chef does an incredible job of both preparation and presentation. I very much enjoyed my entrecôte steak and potatoes. My husband's goose leg was phenomenal. Overall excellent food. A bit pricey in my opinion but well worth the experience.
google avatar

Cole K.

Yelp
This was one of my best/favorite meals in Paris over the last 10 trips. Great service, excellent food. It's not fancy just damn good all the way around.
google avatar

Alan A.

Yelp
Came here due to the good reviews, but was not very impressed with the food. Booking: you need a reservation, don't just show up. Many people were turned away. We booked 1he early and got it. Food: Foie gras in puff pastry: 2/5, the foie gras was actually cold, which was weird, the puff pastry was great. Duck: 3/5 cooked well in terms of doneness but was chewy. Lamb: 3/5 meat was really chewy, the ends are really dry and hard to eat Poached pear dessert: 2/5, not that delicious. Overall we had high expectations from the reviews but was a little disappointed for the quality for the price. Nothing was bad but they were just ok. Maybe we came during the holidays and the head chefs are not there

Yelp
This is my first international trip, and this was hands down the best meal I've had in France! I decided on the duck leg with roasted potatoes and it was absolutely delicious! I savored every bite. The duck was so succulent and the potatoes were perfectly seasoned. I only wish I could find a place in California that would make this dish exactly the same! And our desserts were yummy as well. I could eat a plate full of their crepes with cream. If you visit the Champ Elysees, I highly recommend this spot. It's a little off the beaten path - American wise. However, you'll find that in France that there are so many little shops and quaint restaurants down narrow roads and in little nooks, due to the charming old buildings and streets.
google avatar

Michele M.

Yelp
Best food I've had in Paris! Service is great, cozy atmosphere. A hidden gem! English speaking friendly. This is a must for places to eat traditional French cuisine and more!

Yelp
Flew into Paris at around 8:00 and decided to try this place out The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is AWESOME. Would definitely come back !

Yelp
Yesterday after traveling from the US to visit Europe for the first time we chose Le Sens Unique to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it ended abruptly shameful and embarrassing for us. We looked at 100's to dine at and chose Le Sens because of the reviews, proximity to our hotel and menu. We wanted steak and I wanted a classic French experience. After ordering our wine, it took me some time to decide what I wanted to start. First it was the Camembert cheese then I was going to have the snails and we both wanted the entrecôte steak. I ordered my steak medium rare and my husband ordered his well done to which our server said "no, I can't do that I can cook it medium" with a smile on her face she refused. I thought she was joking and I asked her if she was joking and she said "no, I can't cook it well done I can cook it medium." She offered him something different on the menu but he wanted steak. Within minutes I could here a buzz around the restaurant people talking about us and she came back and offered to bring the bill for our wine and I said yes. When she returned she once again said I'm sorry I can only cook it medium. We left feeling disgraced, our first experience in France and sadly it will leave a lasting impression. We found another restaurant who would prepare his steak the way he wanted and the service was perfect. Le Sens Unique May not want our business and I certainly do not want their food. I'll tell everyone about this. I expect this review will get buried quickly with other reviews but I feel compelled to explain our experience. I had the honor of working closely with Chef Michel Richard (RIP Michel) at our combined hotel and Restaurant Citronelle in Santa Barbara for nearly 6 years. It was a French restaurant rated by Condé Nast as "one of the 6 restaurants in the US with perfect food" and Michel would on occasion invite Julia Child, who lived locally at the end of her life, to cook with him in the kitchen. He liked working with me because I had a "typical American palate" which he utilized to help create inventive new dishes that customers would love. Rarely, we would get a guest dine with us who wanted a steak well done. Of course he preferred to cook the steak "his way" but his and our ultimate joy was seeing a guest lick their fingers at the end of a meal, leave happy and return. I am still a Hotel General Manager so I know what good service is and this was about as bad as it gets.

Marjorie T.

Yelp
Excellent food and wonderful owners. We had some laughs and enjoyed everything about it. Was perfect for our first night in Paris.
google avatar

Brion R.

Yelp
"A middle finger salute" Well I haven't had many bad meals in Paris, but this place out does them all. Barely alive service is only as bad as a condescending tone. But their service is great compared to the food here. What a joke how many stars on rated on here. Very suspect. I'm an idiot and went twice. Here are my lessons learned: What sucks: - Everything - service is slow and surly - I ordered a filet mignon that was over done and filled with a dish of literally about 5 lbs of carrots and grandma pearl onions - first time I went here, my I ordered a steak medium rare here it came back more rare than tartare. Looked like a period on my plate. I sent it back for a little more cooking and the chef diced it up and cooked solid dark all the way through. A solid FU. I would suggest going to McDonald's over this restaurant.
google avatar

Sarin P.

Yelp
We wanted to sneak away from the hustle and bustle of Champs-Élysées and instantly fell in love with Le Sens Unique. It is small, intimate restaurant, which serves up hearty Parisian meals. Their menu ranges from daily specials, seafood linguini, and delicious red meats. Come prepared to wait though because it takes about 30-40 minutes to eat post order. This just goes to show you the detail and precision used when preparing each meal. The staff is very friendly and speak some English. No reservations are needed but pop in early to assure you'll find a seat at the dining tables versus the bar.
google avatar

Peter N.

Yelp
Casual spot just a block off the main drag. Had the duck breast entree at the suggestion of Yelp. I still think they served a duck leg. A bit fatty, as duck is. Wish I had stuck with the steak, which is what our neighboring diners had suggested instead. Ravioli was great. All considered, worth avoiding the touristy places for sure.
google avatar

Nancy T.

Yelp
Wow! This place was delicious! Do yourself a favor and order the slow cooked duck leg with potatoes. I've never had better duck, and the potatoes are cooked in buttery goodness!
google avatar

Colin P.

Yelp
Group of three Americans who don't speak French coming in after a long, long day with lots of walking. Sat immediately without reservations. Treated extremely well by the staff. Given recommendations on food and wine. Everything was MARVELOUS! The duck and goose we're out of this world. The steak was undercooked for the taste of the person that ordered it, but she was warned about exactly how they prepare it when ordering. Wine recommendations were right on for both red and white. The desserts were stellar. We had a Creme Brûlée and a passion fruit dessert and each were excellent, with the passion fruit being the slight front runner. This place was one of the best restaurant meals we've ever had and the service was there to match or even exceed the taste of the meal. Will recommend to anyone visiting Paris.
google avatar

Jakob R.

Yelp
Nice small and calm place, really nice presented food. Great menu and friendly staff. Maybe a tiny bit overpriced.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
Tiny little place, with 2 people in the small kitchen and often 1 server for the entire place - which consists of probably 30-40 seats inside and 10-20 outside. Service can be a bit slow if they're busy, but the food is done very well using great ingredients and treating them well. It's not Michelin Star dining, but who wants that all the time? In addition to well done food, they have a full bar and a small but okay wine list including an amazing bottle of Joseph Roty Bourgogne Cuvee Pressoniers for 48 Euros as I recall. If you're looking for a smaller, neighborhood place just a few steps from the Champs Elysee you've found it. I would definitely return.

Great wine selection and good starters. The main courses are pleasant, but nothing to write home about. Enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere.

Yelp
After spending 4 days in France, we had yet to enjoy authentic French cuisine. My husband asked our concierge for any recommendations and he advised that he visited this restaurant himself after work. We found out this place closed at 2am on a Friday! After walking around all day at the Museum d'Orsay and The Louvre, then coming back to the hotel around 9pm, we were glad to hear of the late closing time. The streets are still active at 9:30pm in Champs Elysees and from our hotel, The Marriott, it's simply 3 lefts to the restaurants - a mere 5 minute walk. It's pretty dark at night, so be vigilant in walking. The waitress was very nice and welcoming and the ambience was comfortable, close and cozy (by American standards). I ordered a red wine to go with my Duck breast and my husband ordered one of their specials, the veal loin. The duck breast tasted slightly sweet with a potato gratin. Both were excellent! My husband enjoyed his veal loin - very tender and went very well with the foie gras sauce and herbed potatoes. For dessert we asked the waiter who recommended the chocolate fondant with a red fruit sauce. It was the perfect dessert to end the night. The prices are also reasonable considering the area, averaging about 20 Euros per dish, 6 Euros for a glass of wine and 7,50 for our dessert. Great wine, excellent food, great atmosphere and friendly restaurant staff who understood my attempts to speak in French. Perfect French dinner! I only wished we visited on our first day!

Yelp
This place is the perfect example of....before you eat on the most touristy street in the world...just take a minute...take some effort to discover what is two blocks away This restaurant is local, quiet, wonderful service and good, focused, well done food prepared with care Small menu but thoughtful Small wine list but thoughtful Great specials Food was wonderful Support places like this! Take the quick walk off the main drag We will return here .

Yelp
Best goose leg ever had, crispy, delicious with unmatched flavour, even the side potato are so tasty. service was great too, especially for us can't speak French. Waiter come to check us on dish quite a few times, food came pretty quick. There are so many good things on their menu that I want to try.

Yelp
A rainy afternoon in Paris, a wonderful Camembert, an outstanding Caesar salad, a glass of an excellent Cote, and good company. It doesn't get better. Enjoy!

Yelp
They didn't disclose when their kitchen closed and also didn't want to give us the WiFi code to find another place so we could eat without ordering something. Pretty petty to me seeing as tho we could not be accommodated where we were. Disappointing.

Yelp
Taking a evening stroll down av des Champs-Elysees, we decided to go down one of the off streets to find a hidden gem. Walking down the quiet back street we were thinking that perhaps we took a wrong turn. And quickened our pace to hopefully go back on the Main Street when we stumbled upon this quaint restaurant, at first we walked bye thinking its probably booked, since we read online that most of the intimate restaurants are usually reservation only because there is limited seating, then when we checked yelp we saw it got a lot of great reviews and we felt more comfortable walking in. We were seated right away and the waiter spoke perfect English with us and was very pleasant. I ordered the mussels and they were divine! I have never tasted just delicious mussels and the sauce was very delicious also. For my entree I ordered the duck leg and wowza can they cook duck to perfection. If was perfectly cooked and the meat was juicy and fell right off the bone. My husband ordered a cheese platter, and the kidney entree and he enjoyed it very much as did I when I stole a taste. The cheese platter was also good and a very big portion, yet very delicious. To finish off our meal we had the Nutella crepes and they also were very good and reminded me of the ones my mom used to make. We left the restaurant very full and very happy!
