"You can't go to Paris and not eat soufflé. Le Soufflé is an old-world kind of place tucked away on the Rue du Mont Thabor, which is a great street for restaurants. I like to go at lunch, when they have a special of starter salad, savory soufflé, and dessert soufflé. Decadent and delicious!" - Elise Taylor

All positive reviews are well deserved. The satff is professional with friendly attitude. Atmosphere is very nice, tables are close to each other, but that brings to charm of such place. And souffles are exceptional! Fluffy, airy, delicious.

This is a very popular place and for good reason. You definitely need to make reservations a few weeks in advance and then you need to be flexible with the time. It is full every day for lunch and dinner. They turn scores away each day. The deco is a simple, but the food is very good and oh the souffles! A wide sections of both sweet and savory. This is a place to come sit, eat slowing and enjoy the food. Get the prix fixe menu for lunch (50 to 70 euros) and relax. The staff is friendly and professional. This is not fast food! Nor a place for you to customize. It is not a big place, not for large groups or unruly kids. There are both tourists and locals having a very social lunch. BTW this is Paris, sport shorts, flip flops and halter tops are not appropriate for dining.

Google
Perfect spot to try typical French food, but not your classic typical food. This is the place for soufflé! I loved it, such a different and unique food. They have all sort of soufflés, savory and sweet. We went for savory ones: Henry the 4th, with chicken and mushrooms, delicious. And chevre, with goat cheese and black olives. They're extremely good, and filling too!! We also had the onion soup, a French classic, and it was brilliant. 30€ per person, soup was 14€ and soufflés were 22-23€ each. Totally worth it for a special, different meal. Make sure to book your table, as it's usually full. You can do it easily on Google Maps, they have the option to book a table through the app.

Google
I was quite unhappy one day before my visit to know that I would have 1 hour 45 min for lunch and wrote review about it. Now I would like to update it after visiting the restaurant. Food is very good and unusual. Just cheese souffle was undercooked a bit in the center. Service is polite and kind in the restaurant. Atmosphere is really pleasant. But it is mandatory to book it several weeks in advance to get comfortable time slot. And if you write negative comments probably you will also receive some private emails from the staff saying that your review is similar to another "mean and rude people reviews" they used to read. Weird working style.

Google
This was the best meal I've had in a long time. The souffle - both savory and sweet - were incredible. I can't stop thinking about it. The service was friendly, patient, kind. The food was beyond anything I could imagine. I dined alone and had the ham and cheese souffle, and then the pistachio chocolate souffle. Both were beyond perfection. The price was so reasonable. I'm booking my next trip to Paris and bringing my family expressly to enjoy this meal again, with them. I hope to celebrate a big occasion there and enjoy the window table next time :).

Google
It used to be hard to get a reservation, so I couldn’t go often — which is why I was really pleased to finally book a table. The service wasn’t bad at all, but… perhaps my expectations were too high? It just didn’t quite live up to the memorable experience I had last time. The giblet, chicken and mushroom soufflé was much saltier than I remembered. The thin chips were still delicious and crispy, but the soufflé had a bit of an eggy smell this time, which I hadn’t noticed before. Even the French onion soup was overly salty. I gave a 5-star review before, but sadly, the meal I had a few days ago was disappointing — not quite something I’d confidently recommend to others. It’s still one of the few places I’ve ever rated five stars, so I’d really like to keep cheering them on.

Google
What a treat! Le Soufflé was everything we'd hoped. Reservation availability for this limited-seat venue changes; check back if the reservation you want isn't initially available. In our excitement to try many things, our party of three over ordered, but we enjoyed every bite. A party of two could easily share a couple of soufflés or order an entrée each and share a dessert and be satisfied. The prix fixe menus are another great option to share a few dishes. I'm guessing the ramekins for the full-size soufflés (savory and sweet) are about 15cm and the petit soufflés are about 10cm. Favorites from our order were the millefeuille, the soufflé bœuf bourguignon, and the soufflé pistache. Our order also included the petit soufflé tomate, the soufflé Henri IV, the soufflé framboise, and the soufflé chocolat. We would order any and all of them again. The service was impeccable, the food delicious, and the atmosphere a delight. I recommend Le Soufflé wholeheartedly.

Google
Such a lovely restaurant. The staff is incredible attentive. The souffle was the best I have ever had. The ham and cheese souffle felt like eating a delicious cloud. We had the grand Garnier souffle and chocolate one for dessert. We will definitely be eating here again on our next trip.

Yelp
Amazing soufflés - pistachio and chocolate is a must try! Foi gras and fig jam mini souffle was quite nice. Subtle richness from the foie gras and really tasty fig jam paired with it. Chicken and mushroom souffle was very fun with the chicken and mushroom gravy to pour in. My partner got the beef bourgignon souffle and it was hard to decide which we liked more. Finally, we ended with a raspberry souffle and pistachio & chocolate souffle. The pistachio and chocolate was by far my favorite of the meal. Something about the textures and form factor of a souffle just lends itself to sweet flavors so perfectly. I don't eat a lot of souffles so I thought it was a great experience to try such a variety. The texture is light and moist but maybe not something everyone will enjoy. If I were to visit again, I'd probably only get the pistachio & choc as eating 3 courses of these was filling and got repetitive in terms of texture. Service was friendly and it is a good idea to get a reservation as it was pretty crowded when we went. I'd recommend for anyone who likes souffles or wants to try.

Yelp
So many people had recommended this place for my Paris trip so I was so excited to try. The restaurant was clean though very crowded. Service was a little slow. It took forever for us to order. The french onion soup had good flavor but was far too salty. The escargot though was great! I got the Henri IV souffle and the chicken mushroom sauce was delicious. I loved it! I wish I was able to try a dessert souffle though I was too full!

Yelp
This place was recommended by Les Frenchies and they were so on target how delicious the Souffles are here! The restaurant is well kept and tastefully decorated. The downside was the Service. Though it wasn't bad by any means but it was nothing great either, he did his job. We didn't have reservations, we just took a chance. They sat us in a small room in the back with about 5 tables. There was no music or anything playing so everyone could hear everyone's conversation which made us a bit uncomfortable. We absolutely recommend this place though because the Souffle were fantastic!

Yelp
I have never had a soufflé, and had always wanted to try one. Where better to try one than France!?! After spending the morning in the Louvre, we had reservations for lunch at Le Soufflé. We had delicious cheese soufflés with a salad as an entrée, and a delicious raspberry soufflé with rhubarb compote that we shared for dessert. The restaurant is small inside, and they really pack them in, but that is not unusual for Paris. The service was attentive, and we really enjoyed our meal. I would highly recommend!

Yelp
If you love Soufflé, you should certainly try Le Soufflé! It's a nice small restaurant with a very nice and helpful staff. As you could imagine, 90% of the menu is different types of soufflé. I thought it would be a fun idea to have three course soufflé dinner, but it's not for me! I did enjoy the starter of French onion soup and a cheese soufflé. Luckily I did choose the duck as my entree which was very good. The meal ended with a chocolate soufflé, which was tasty as well. My boyfriend had a soufflé for his entree and he was still hungry by the end of the meal. So if you aren't soufflé obsessed, maybe not the place for you!

Richard G.

Yelp
Excellent food, fine service. Not a Michelin star place, but sometimes a free man in Paris just needs a souffle. BTW, they let you add extra liquor to the boozy dessert soufflés (try the Calvados and apple souffle!)

Yelp
Wanted to love this place. It's definitely a smaller restaurant and without reservations it's dicey for a walk-in dinner. Being American, we made the earliest rsvp which was 7p. It was empty when we came save two tables but after our first course came, the restaurant was packed. They have good pre-fixed menus but three courses of soufflé might be too much of one texture. Highly suggest getting a non soufflé main or starter for variety and enjoyment. Of note you order your dessert soufflé early. The normal size is good for sharing between 2-4 people. The mini ones are good for one or two people to share. The blue cheese pear starter came recommended based on previous Yelp reviews so we tried it. It was definitely a strong blue cheese flavor so please note. The tart on the side was nice with pears but the blue cheese seemed to overwhelm the pears. We found what we thought was hair at the bottom of the soufflé dish but on closer inspection it was a fallen bristle from the pastry brush. Escargot starter was decent but the snails themselves were the tiny ones. It was nice to have them already removed from the shell but it came at the expense of not being able to slurp the herb butter sauce from the shell. French onion soup was divine. Salty but just right with the melted cheese and large crouton. Main dish of duck was good. Duck was cooked perfectly and the sides were a good complement. Dessert was shared between two of us and we went for the rum raisin soufflé. They left the bottom of rum at our table and that was a highlight because if you want an alcoholic soufflé, you're definitely getting it. Strong and delicious. Wish we had tried the chocolate one too or even the vanilla. Honestly we loved the dessert soufflé the best. The preceding dishes were mediocre at best minus the great French onion soup. It was pricey for what we got. In retrospect, more of a tourist trap. Would suggest for a good lunch or upscale snack spot to get the dessert soufflés. Service was good and it was easy to find.

Yelp
- Locale Destination - It's on rue de Mont Thabor, nearby "Jeu de Paume", pretty light blue entrance. Ambiance: Fine dining with white clothes, though you can easily visit yourself casually for lunch service. It's small but seemed more areas in the back. Menu: both entree and dessert soufflé. Quite big options! Service: decent. English ok. Make a reservation for dinner service! Price: expensive! Dinner €50 ish, dessert €14 ish - Gluttony Expedition - Lemon coconut soufflé: light, fluffy but wet kind, which is great. Nice flavor, a bit too sweet but good with espresso. It's very big and for 2 people, too much for myself (many people are it by himself/herself. €14 is whopping price but worth it. - Conqueror's Deduction - 4.5 stars. It's a very special French dessert you should try in Paris. When you want to have a break during your daytime tourism or shopping, come for dessert. When you want to have more than "bistro" foods in Paris, come here for dinner soufflé!

Yelp
If you like soufflé this place is awesome, the onion soup was amazing, the cheese soufflé super good, the dessert soufflés were amazing. We started with some sprits then a sancerre red, which was very good. The place was super cute and busy, the servers very helpful. I would definitely go back!

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about this place. It came highly recommended and the food was delicious! However, the entire restaurant was filled with Americans, so it obviously caters to tourists. I got escargot, a savory souffle and a dessert. The prix fixed menu had an appetizer souffle, a savory main souffle and a dessert souffle. My friend was confused and thought that had to be incorrect, but it is a souffle restaurant! Come hungry and be prepared to eat a lot of souffles! I was immediately greeted as "mademoiselle" when I walked in, which I was really taken aback by. First because literally no one else in France has ever called me that, two because I'm almost 40, married and have 2 children (although spouse and children were not with me at the time) and thirdly, I thought that honorific was mostly eradicated. Although the food was delicious, we were rushed out and asked to leave right after our bill was paid. We had been in Paris for several days at this point and we were used to the leisurely meals and sitting around sipping our wine after dinner. We were very surprised we were asked to leave; it doesn't seem very Parisian. If you are in the area, you're hungry, you stop by and they have room, then this place is great! I would not go out of my way to make a reservation and venture here again.

Yelp
I really wanted to eat here while we were in Paris because my partner LOVES soufflé dessert, but he is not so keen on it for every course of his meal. After doing research, I determined he would be able to eat here and only have the dessert soufflé as they do have other items on the menu. Our reservation was at 7pm, which appeared to be the first seating of the night. We were seated in a quaint, yet bright dining room, and quickly ordered a glass of champagne to start. For starters, he had the green salad and I had the mini soufflé and salad. Mine was outstanding! We next moved onto the main course, where I ordered the fish and he had the scallops. Both were really good! The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was outstanding. We finished with soufflé desserts - mine chocolate and his Grand Marnier. This was the highlight of the meal. OMG - the best soufflé I've ever had. The guests were a mix between tourists and locals - families and couples. I wouldn't call this a romantic restaurant, as it is brightly lit and bustling, but it is quaint and nicely decorated. I would definitely put this on your list for dinner if you love soufflé!

Yelp
Oh we had an outstanding experience at this French restaurant. Great food, great service and hope to come again!! The restaurant is very charming and cozy. My appetizer consisted of a small crock of french onion soup and a small cheese souffle. I had the ham and cheese souffle for my main course and my wife had the cheese souffle. For dessert I had the creme brulee with white chocolate souffle. Simply Delicious! This is a must visit when you come to Paris, You will not regret it. Bon appetit.

Yelp
Can't go to Paris without having some soufflé right? My friend had been to Paris recently and highly recommended Le Soufflé. Made a reservation two weeks before coming here, quite the easy process! Just so happened that we were already in Vendôme as well beforehand, so it worked out schedule wise! A note for people trying to walk in when the restaurant opens. Just because it LOOKS empty does not mean it will be empty. Our reservation was at 7 pm sharp when the restaurant opened. But within 30 minutes, I'm pretty sure every table was booked. It's not hard to book a reservation here, just plan it out ahead of time! Anywho, this is practically the epitome of French food. Had the French Onion Soup, Escargot, and Green Salad as starters. French Onion Soup was amazing as expected. Escargot was loaded with so much oil and pesto that you would really have no idea that it was snails. Wanted to try a few soufflés, so we ordered the Beef Bourguignon Soufflé and the Cheese Soufflé with Chicken and Mushroom Sauce. The Beef Bourguignon Soufflé was what I expected, you can definitely taste the red wine gravy here. But the Cheese Soufflé with Chicken and Mushroom Sauce was the one that really surprised me. It wasn't too heavy and a nice flavor to it. Was a huge fan of that one! Also wanted to try the Duck Breast with Peaches and Seasonal Vegetables because I'm a huge fan of duck. Definitely some of the best duck breast I've had. Very well cooked and had a nice glaze to it. Lastly, can't leave without a dessert soufflé right? Had the Crème Brûlée with White Chocolate Heart. Huge fan, although I wish there was a little more crème brûlée taste in it. Service is impeccable, as I would have expected from a nice French restaurant. They all speak English here, which is probably needed since there are so many foreigners that come here. Everyone here is really nice and we were well taken care of. Ambience is ok, but this isn't really a fine dining establishment. Very bright inside and the tables are pretty cramped together since the restaurant itself is not very big. Very happy to have tried Le Soufflé. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Paris.

Yelp
One of my all time favorite restaurants in Paris! Be sure to get a reservation if you are able to because they book up! And understandably so. They make one of the most delicate/delicious but highly advanced and difficult to execute consistently meal like a soufflé look effortless in their flawless presentation, EVERYTIME. Life changing.
google avatar

Sandy L.

Yelp
We are so lucky that we got our table due to someone canceled their reservation. ^^, We ordered two $40 set and one individual soufflé. The ham and cheese and seasonal for starters. The chicken with mushrooms, beef and crawfish for main dishes. The ham and cheese is pretty good. The chicken with mushroom sauce is light creamy and chicken is so tender. The beef and crawfish sauce are very salty. For me, I don't recommend both of them. For the desserts, we choose chocolate and cream brûlée with white chocolate. Both desserts flavor it's very delicious!!! If you let me pick only one best soufflé. I definitely will pick chocolate. Chocolate is the best!!!! One more thing, the guy that was helping us, he was so helpful. He provided us with excellent service!!! :)

Yelp
I came here specifically to try the pistachio soufflé for dessert. I've never had a soufflé, but I knew I wanted my first experience to be here. The restaurant is quite small. During peak times it would be best to make a reservation. My reservation was for 9pm - an hour before closing. The reservation most likely wasn't necessary since there were a couple of unoccupied tables. Service was fast and efficient. I received my soufflé 5-10 minutes after I ordered it. For my first soufflé it wasn't bad. The flavors were great, but I realized I didn't like the consistency under the crispy top. It was just mush and unappealing to me even though it tasted good. I'm glad I learned now instead of later that soufflés aren't for me. It was still a fun experience with an amazing staff that I will not soon forget.
google avatar

Yelp
The soufflés are light and airy and very delicious. They are very creative as they have many savory as well as sweet. The service was efficient and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Since 1961, this restaurant has been specializing in SAVORY and SWEET souffles in both classic and modern takes. After realizing the size of this restaurant, I got lucky as a walk-in. We came in an hour before their lunch hours were about to close, and by chance, there was an empty table for two available. What we ordered: LUNCH PRE-FIXE (Le Menu Tout Souffle) - Small Souffle with goat cheese, rosemary souffle with olive tapenade and green salad; Souffle boeuf bourguignon; Pistachio souffle - For anyone trying the Parisian souffle for the first time, their pre-fixe items are the way to go. All the items I selected were noteworthy, especially the PISTACHIO SOUFFLE. With chocolate drizzle on top, that was my favorite souffle selection. Souffle Henri IV (cheese souffle with chicken and mushrooms sauce) - This was a like a chicken pot pie with fluffy and jiggly baked egg-inflated goodness--another FANTASTIC entree on their menu. The staff was amicable. I appreciated the server helping me choose which souffles to try as I was overwhelmed with so many variations in their menu.

Yelp
My lovely bride and I showed up at 7:00 pm without reservations, and we were very lucky to get a table for two. I ordered the steak frites with the au poivre sauce. My bride had a small soufflé with goat cheese and rosemary as an entree (and she also ate all of my shoestring fries). Service is prompt, pleasant, and professional. The Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert is to die for. Do not miss it - highly recommended!

Donna S.

Yelp
Amazing place! So many delicious soufflés to choose from! We loved the whole experience and will return!

Yelp
Le Soufflé is one our favorite, decadent treats when visiting Paris. We have been here a dozen times, over forty years and have never been disappointed. Yes, their soufflé are fantastic, whether it's their delicious Chocolate or my favorite, the Grand Marnier. However, do not underestimate the food, it is exceptional. We love their de Soupe à l'Onion and the Steak au Poivre (when it's on the Menu) and the Boeuf Bourguigon. It's all delicious, but save room for the Soufflé, which you order at the beginning of your meal. They have various fixed priced Prix Fixe Menu's at 39€ or 50€, or you can order Al La Carte. Five Plus Stars!

Yelp
Le Soufflé gave me a new perspective on soufflés! I never had one quite like this in the states before, so this was a new and positive experience for me. I made a reservation via email a month ago. Compliments to Le Soufflé's responsiveness because I heard back really quickly about my request for a reservation! I really appreciate it! I ordered the Tomato Burrata and Petite tomato basil soufflé. I loved freshness of the tomatoes and the pleasant basil flavor in my fluffy souffle. It was really lovely. The tomato burrata and the side salad complimented well was a nice complement to my souffle. It really fit into tomato theme. My husband got the beef bourguinoin souffle. I took a taste and found the meat to be very tender with the same fluffy souffle. My husband really enjoyed it! For dessert, my husband and I shared the Grand Marnier souffle. It was a classic dessert souffle topped with generous amount of Grand Marnier, which provided the perfect balance between of sweetness and bitterness with a nice hint of orange. If it was too sweet, they leave the bottle of Grand Marnier for you to add to your liking! This was the highlight of my meal. I highly recommend this! I had a great experience at Le Souffle and would come back next time.

Yelp
Hands down the best soufflé in Paris. This is a must have when visiting the city. Months later I still find myself thinking about how wonderful it was. I am plotting my next visit to this place. You might be thinking soufflé for a three course meal might be over kill, I'm here to tell you when in Paris eat like a Parisian and this is the place to do it!
google avatar

Daly D.

Yelp
My husband and I were there this Spring. It was recommended to us by friends. Well it did not disappoint. I agree with previous posters that there are many tourist there, but lets be real. Regular working people in Paris cannot afford this place? And many French people can make their own Suffle's, it's cultural staple. We did the pre fixe menu and it was perfectly timed. They allow plenty of time between dishes to enjoy conversation and your drinks. EVERYTHING was next level yummy. My husband and I are still talking about the Souffles we had. If you can taste heaven, well it would be one of these delish Souffles. Please don't listen to the haters, go and taste for yourself. They are always packed for a reason. I am going back to Paris next Spring and I will 100% be back.

Yelp
This restaurant serves the best souffle I've had! I stopped by for a savory lunch special (mini cheese souffle with onion soup and salad), and a Grand Marnier souffle. The lunch was good, but the dessert was great! I couldn't believe they left the huge grand Marnier bottle with us so we can add more alcohol as needed. Both souffle were just pillowy soft and perfectly moist. Make sure you make a reservation, they are a 10 minute walk from the Louvre so it became fully packed when we left at 1 pm, many walk ins were turned away!

Tania B.

Yelp
It's a small space. You need reservations but it's so very worth it. When France you do what the French do. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
I've recently watched Selena+Chef and had set out for an awesome souffle tasting in Paris and my wish was fulfilled. Other than the restaurant being warm, everything was delicious. My favorite was just the plain cheese souffle and the pistachio chocolate souffle. It looked and tasted amazing! Definitely recommend a visit.
google avatar

Cat N.

Yelp
The best soufflé ever! I highly recommend the pear and chocolate if it's in season! The chocolate is better than chocolate we have in the states. It actually taste like chocolate. The soufflé Henri was also delicious. The chicken was plenty but I wish I had more mushrooms. The chicken in France is all natural.
google avatar

Yelp
We saw this place in a couple of YouTube videos and wanted to try it. Nice room that filled up within 30 minutes of opening, so reservations are a must. Pleasant and helpful English speaking staff. We opted for a savory and sweet soufflé each: my wife the chicken and mushroom and chocolate; me the asparagus (of the moment selection) and the pistachio and chocolate. All excellent. Bottle of Moët and we were all set. Nice evening.

Yelp
On my last day in Paris, I decided to try this place. I got turned down for table for 1 without reservation around 630pm. I walked outside and a few second the server came back out to find me. He told me to come back in 30 mins and they will have a table for me so I did. The restaurant is small but the have two small dining room. I was seated in the inner dining room. It was very cozy, only a few tables and booth seats. They asked me to order everything at once, app, entree and dessert. The food was yummy but I would skipped the escargots. I had better elsewhere. It was definitely a place to try when in Paris.

Yelp
Nice restaurant, big, a reservation might be best if going at a busy hour. Would come again. Food was delicious!
google avatar

Arik C.

Yelp
The food was delicious, and the room they put us in was located at the back, which was perfect as it offered a quieter experience. There's no need to feel obligated to order expensive bottled water; Paris tap water is perfect. The only downside was the waiter's somewhat brusque attitude. Nevertheless, it's worth a try, as you'll feel like Julia Child dining there. Bon appétit!

Yelp
You'll need to make reservations for this establishment early. Probably a week at least to get the time of your choosing. Before we made our way over to Europe, I looked into several establishments and quickly learned that covid changed the way how we dine now. Good places like this will limit occupancy due to regulations. With that said, limited tables are available during peak house which is why walking in during dinner hours is truly tossing the dice in vegas where the odds are always against you. Anyhow... this place is awesome! They are known for "The Souffle", can't be any more straight forward. It has its rustic charm upon entering. You'll noticed some old paintings and light-yellow decor. Old fashion is a good way to put it. Food: Its delicious here! Keep in mind that your appetizer may come with a souffle and more than likely, your dessert will have a souffle as well. With that said, I would recommend you get something else for the entree instead of a three course souffle like how I did it. You kind of get souffle'd out. Needless to say, all of it is fantastic! The grand marnier over the souffle at the end is so worth the wait. I would recommend this to top of your meal. Fiancée ordered duck which was very flavorful and nicely balanced with the orange. There are other dishes here that I saw other tables ordered and it looked amazing. Its safe to say this place is earns its stripe around its dishes. Come on in and give it a try. It will be a memorable one.

Yelp
This is true French dining if you love soufflé's. The variety is extensive from appetizers to entrees to dessert. Come hungry because you will leave stuffed. The tomato basil is perfect to start and the bread is perfect to dip in the sauce or with butter. We followed it with beef bourguignon which is amazing and if you need additional beef for your souffle' all you need to do is ask but I doubt you will need it. Nicolas is the manager and is extremely friendly and accommodating. All the staff are wonderful and attentive. They also have items on the menu which are not souffle' and tonight I had the duck with peaches and it was delicious. We frequent this restaurant several times whenever we are in Paris and it never disappoints. This is a must if you are in Paris. Reservations are a must first lunch or dinner served at 7pm or 9pm.

Yelp
Wowsers! Offering nothing but soufflés, we knew we were in for a treat! Tomato & basil starter soufflé came with huge & flavorful tomatoes and fresh mozzarella so we got soufflé and caprese all in the same dish Then it was the chèvre and tapenade soufflé for the both of us as a main & these were huge & light & fluffy & packed full of flavor Ending the evening with the apple and whiskey soufflé for the Mr and chocolate for me, my only piece of advice would be to shard the dessert as it is just as large as the main and it was too much for us to fit in as much as we really wanted to A return spot for sure. This was as good as it got!

Yelp
Small space with great food! It's a unique experience that leaves you beyond full and satisfied with the concept of having a soufflé for a while. The service was very professional and attentive. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5/5 stars is because by the 3rd soufflé, the texture becomes so repetitive that it's not as appealing. Overall, I highly recommend! It's definitely a unique and very Parisian experience!

Yelp
Delicious soufflés of both the savory and sweet variety! We tried the beef, chicken, salmon, chocolate, and Grand Mariner soufflés. Our favorite was the classic chocolate soufflé. Overall yummy but we weren't use to a whole meal consisting of the fluffy soufflé texture.

Yelp
On recommendation from several people I made a reservation and overdosed on soufflé. I had the mushroom along with a lovely red wine that was so large I could only eat half. I did manage a whole chocolate soufflé- the best I've had. Please make a reservation- you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Came across this restaurant at the recommendation of a friend of a friend who is from Paris. The restaurant specializes in souffle and has a pretty focused menu. I wasn't too hungry so I only ordered an appetizer and a dessert. I got the small french onion soup and small cheese souffle for my meal. The soup was okay, wasn't too impressed with it. The cheese souffle it came with I felt was a little underdone because it was still runny. I wasn't sure how a souffle is supposed to be because I never had one, so I don't know how to compare it to previous experiences. It was pretty tasty, but I got bored of the texture quickly. For dessert I ordered the Grand Marnier Souffle. This was the highlight of my meal! I was quite surprised how different this dessert souffle was compared to the savory one. The dessert one was baked longer, it had a firmer top. Because it had powered sugar on top, when the grand marnier was poured over the piping hot souffle, it crystalized the sugar and created a crunchy texture in the souffle. I really enjoyed that! One of the waiters saw me eating my dessert and came by and offered to bring some chocolate sauce for the souffle. Poured some hot chocolate over some pieces and omg, it was delicious! Highly recommend asking for a side of chocolate sauce for the grand marnier souffle! Highly recommend this place! Make sure to book your reservations a few weeks in advance because the place is small and quite popular! I will definitely be going back to try other dishes on the menu!

Yelp
I figured that we need to get souffle in France so we came to Le Souffle and they did not disappoint. We tried a few savory souffle and sweet souffle, all are very good. We also got a duck breast and it was excellent. Service was attentive, fast and we are quite happy with everything. I would recommend reserving a table since the whole dining room is mostly full. Food, service and ambience are all excellent. I would recommend Le Souffle when you visit Paris.

Yelp
If you dream of every kind of soufflé, either savory or sweet, you will be a very happy camper. Beautiful setting in quite cove away from traffic noise in the 7th. Magnifique

Yelp
This was a wonderful all around experience for our group. We were there with a larger group (7 adults and 2 children), which the restaurant accommodated with no issue. We did make reservations well ahead of time. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout. Our lack of French was no issue. The service was probably the best I've had in France. We tried a wide range of souffles, as well as steak, escargots, and the kids ate off of the very appreciated childrens menu. The souffles were WONDERFUL. Do yourself a favor and make sure you dine with others so that everyone can get different things and share. My favorite was the beef bourguignon souffle. I will say that the absolute best were the dessert souffles. Everyone in the group was stunned by the raspberry-rhubarb dessert souffle. I would return to this restaurant just to eat that! One thing to note, they actually cook their steaks to temperature well. I've felt that steaks are often undercooked based on my requested temperature in France, but they give you what you ask for, so don't adjust your request based on an assumption that it will be over or under.

Yelp
I really want quite sure what to expect. Sure, I read the reviews but I guess I really didn't know what a true French made soufflé was. We'll, I do now. It can be the amazing beef soufflé or the chocolate dessert soufflé or mixing the gran marnier souffle with the chocolate one. It can be what you make it. I would return next time But.. BUT.. I'd do it different. It's a filling night after if you eat a LOT of souffle's here so Id do only dessert and split it with my date for the night. Less is best and will keep you coming back time and time again.

Yelp
I had dinner here and loved every bite from the savory to the desert soufflé. The restaurant is small but yet quaint and romantic. Service is excellent. The seafood savory soufflé is a perfect accompaniment to a glass Chardonnay.

Yelp
Soufflés and service were excellent! Make sure to make a reservation prior to going! The prices were reasonable and the quality of food was great. Every dish leaving the kitchen looked exceptional. I'm so glad we had our final dinner in Paris here.

Yelp
If you love soufflé this is where you should be. Ambience is very dated but authentic and the food is the best.

Yelp
Easily the best restaurant we dined at in Tahiti. Staff was amazing and eagerly answered any questions we had. We had the filet mignon and they were cooked perfectly. I would suggest making reservations as the restaurant is on the smaller size.
