I always order cakes from here for every special occasion—birthdays, baby showers, even my wedding. Mrs. Nga is not only a talented baker but also an incredible artist. She can create anything from simple designs to extraordinary custom pieces. You’ll never be disappointed with her work. Bring her your idea and she’ll bring it to life—and even if you don’t have one, she’ll come up with something beautiful. Highly recommend ordering custom cakes from her!

Specifically ordered a cake with real flowers and paid a significant premium compared to fake flowers. We had a fairly thorough consultation over the phone where I submitted pictures and talked through all of the details. It was not communicated whatsoever during the consultation that the higher cost is for just the orchid, and that the other flowers may be fake depending on availability. I was very disappointed to find very cheap looking fake flowers on the cake with only one single real orchid. When I called to ask about it, they said they didn’t have the real flowers in those colors so they substituted them with fake ones. They never called ahead to let me know or give me a chance to change the design or maybe choose from other available fresh flowers. Had I known about any of this then I would not have ordered the cake. The store refused to refund any portion for the miscommunication on their part and only offered $20 store credit. For the premium I paid, I could have bought twice as many real flowers to decorate the cake. The cake tastes fine but it is surprising they don’t offer flavors for the exterior buttercream and don’t even put vanilla. The person who referred me to this bakery has been ordering from here for years and they were also shocked at the decline in quality. We will not be ordering from here again.

Highly recommend!! I came here for a vintage styled gender reveal cake and I’m so glad I did! I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. The cake itself wasn’t only beautiful- from the frosting to the batter- it was also delicious. I can tell they put thought into their cakes since the packaging was also very lovely and functional at keeping the cake secure. I requested a lightly sweet cake and that’s exactly what I got. My guests loved it, not one slice was left. The price was very reasonable too. I will absolutely come here again for other celebrations. Thank you, Le Swan!

Yesterday, I went to this elegant little shop in a rush to get a cake. Right away, the decorations outside — especially the teddy bears — felt so warm and welcoming. Inside, the lady at the counter was so gentle and sweet, and the displays were spectacular! I found a butterfly cake I really liked, but since the cake was for an elderly lady who can’t eat very sweet desserts, the staff kindly offered to custom-make it quickly. While waiting, I bought a few little treats — a brownie, a Nutella chocolate macaron, a cannoli, and a chocolate chip cookie — all of them so good! The cannoli was my favorite. Everything had just the right sweetness. When the cake was finished, it looked exactly how I hoped — and they even added Mandarin characters perfectly! The taste was wonderful, and the design details were so thoughtful and pretty. Le Swan truly puts heart and care into everything they do — from service to flavor to decoration. 💖

The cake tasting experience I had was really good and it was very fairly priced! My favorite cake flavor is pandan - it's not too sweet but just right. Customer service was super polite and easygoing. I had a great time and am thinking about using them for my wedding!

Le Swan did a great job with my daughter’s birthday cake, and it tasted great! Several guests mentioned how it tasted similar to a well known berry chantilly cake. The sweetness of the frosting can be adjusted to your preference - we chose Italian buttercream, and it is the perfect amount of light sweetness. They also made her cookies, and they all turned out so cute!

Stunning! I've never NOT wanted to cut into a cake sooo bad, it was so pretty. And the texture and flavor were to die for! The cake I got was a gift and my mom took the rest upstairs with her 😂 I'm about to order one for myself just because!

I recently had a last minute need for a fully customized cake which I've worked with bakers across the US and normally a turn around time is 2-weeks and all I had was 1-week so I stressed finding a baker in the area (ahead of a holiday weekend) and so HAPPY I came across Le Swan Bakery because they took on project and created such an amazing cake for our customer.
