Was in the Paris area and got invited to this wonderful place. It is a beautiful old villa in an amazing area with other old villas. The food was very amazingly prepared, and service was impeccable. We sat outside in the garden area in beautiful summer weather. We sat there for several hours, and it was just a wonderful evening. Thanks so much!

Beautiful house with gardens as you approach the Chateau. It's a very good classy restaurant. Opens at 7:30 for dinner. The menu includes appetizers, meat dishes, fish and vegetarian options. Also an extensive wine list. I think the book was about 30 pages long. Tried the following items. They were all very good. Foie gras -deep fried little balls of them. Beef steak - tender in a brown sauce with vegetables. Monk fish - with a bit of cabbage Desert - soufflé with grand marnier. This was delicious. A great way to spend date night - entire meal took about 2 hours.

The 22nd of May was our second lunch here in two weeks. We came back because it was so good the first time. 20 minutes outside of Paris on the RER line A, it's definitely worth the trip. Sophisticated use of seasonal products:asparagus, morilles; as well as delicious large gambas for an entre and raviolii of stewed beef cheeks so light they could have floated away. Wonderful fish (Barbue) and two stuffed quail as main courses. The presentations are minimal in content but maximal for the eye. It's almost a shame to disturb the presentation. Once you taste it you'll be glad you did! We highly recommend Le Tastevin., No,need to dress but there is a certain level of elegance in the room. Price quality ratio. as high as it gets
