I stayed in Uchaux while I was traveling through France, as we passed through the Rhône valley. It was hands down the best gastronomic meal I had my entire 10 day trip in France. We visited Nice, St Tropez, Burgundy and Paris and still this was our favorite meal. The 4 course meal was delicious and so reasonably priced. If I could return one day I would. Until then, I will continue to dream about the foie gras, the goat cheese, the veal, the desserts, and even the complimentary fish dip at the beginning of our meal was amazing. All was perfectly paired with a local wine from Uchaux. The ambience in the beautiful restaurant was also ideal. Everything was perfection.
