"This restaurant taken over by Marc Favier embodies the spirit of a convivial wine bar, with its counter and tables conducive to sharing. The "picorages" (the term coined by the chef for his dishes) evolve according to the chef's inspiration and the names alone will make your mouth water: veal sweetbread fricassee with button mushrooms and vin jaune; kabocha gnocchi, Vieille Mimolette cheese and curry; brioche perdu, salted butter caramel and cream. Cooked with top-notch ingredients, the comforting and generous dishes are mostly inspired by traditional fare. The already extensive wine list is constantly being expanded." - Michelin Inspector

Great level of cuisine featuring some French classics as mimosa eggs or magret canard with a modern twist. Their beurre is intense, so lactic it almost feels like a cheese. Great proposals for wine pairing. Great value for money. As a counter-back service was quite slow and inattentive several times during our meal. The tables feel too close one from each other.

We came in for lunch at 1pm on a weekday and were seated right away! We tried the onion soup, escargot, and beef bourguignon. Every dish we had was 10/10. And the service was fantastic. One of our six escargot was empty and they brought us another one which was very kind! Highly recommend this spot for a warm cozy environment and delicious food in Montmartre.

Traditional French food with a modern twist. Loved the combination of flavors and the broad variety of dishes available. Highly recommend!

5 stars for the food. Very interesting flavor combinations. Our favorite was the arancini of crustacean, scampi and rouille sauce, look at the pictures of the inside of the arancini ball to see how creamy, and the taste was lit! Then the tuna tartare with its wasabi ice cream, so refreshing for a summer day. Duck heart was also very tasty, such a simple dish executed to perfection. The sweetbread turned out to be the only dish we didn’t like because it’s a bit overcooked to our liking. Overall, the food was really from a star Michelin chef in the form of a wine bar, tapas bistro. We didn’t find the service and ambiance very warm or welcoming though. Hence the 4 stars overall. But if trying new food/flavors is your thing, this restaurant is worth a visit.

We were a bit disappointed. The menu displayed on the door was no longer up to date. I personally love gastronomy and there’s hardly any dish I don’t enjoy. The person I came with is a bit more selective, so we even went in the morning to check the menu and translate it into English, just to make sure there would be something suitable for them to eat. Unfortunately, we only found out later that the menu had changed — I admit, that’s more of a personal issue. After choosing from the current menu, when placing our order we were told that several dishes were unavailable. Of course, mistakes happen, but by that point we had already had to rethink our choices three times. I ordered bread and butter, but the bread never arrived — I ended up eating the leftover crust from my friend’s tartare, yet both of us were charged €4 for it on the bill. The waiter kindly helped me choose a wine, but I had to remind him about it, as our food had already been served by then. One of the unavailable dishes was replaced with a kebab, but its seasoning reminded me a bit of Christmas — a rather odd choice for a restaurant of this calibre. I sent it back, and it was removed from the bill. After that, we didn’t feel like ordering dessert — the service was a bit cumbersome overall. The waiter, however, was very kind, smiling, and made an effort to speak English, which we truly appreciated. It’s a nice, friendly place, but for us, overall, it wasn’t a memorable experience.

Hidden local bistro near Pigalle. No tourists, just full of locals and great small dishes. Think of it as French tapas! Excellent quality of food, fantastic wine list and friendly staff. Their butter is served in a cute mountain style. Must order their sausage! I strongly recommend! See you guys next time.

A truly great dinner. A place to share “tapas” style with many flavorful dishes. So many standouts - pissaladiere, sautéed mushrooms, tuna ceviche with wasabi ice cream, and a delicious and hearty plate of duck breast. chocolate mousse diffeeent from anyplace elseZ. loved it!

The food was honestly pretty good and my favourites personally were the duck hearts(got 2 orders of them) but I don’t understand why the first serving was with 8 hearts of varying sizes and the second serving we ordered was 9 hearts that were pretty evenly sized and honestly pretty big, not complaining but why was the amount different? Besides that I really enjoyed the Croquette de brandade de morue and the ris de veau. The truffle arancini honestly tasted nothing of truffle, like absolutely no taste of truffle whatsoever, the scrambled eggs with truffle was good but honestly why the salad on top? Escargot was alright, it seemed like multiple tiny escargot than one entire one, and lacked salt. The scallops were good. The duck presentation was nothing like what was shown online, and neither like this. I arranged it like this myself at the table, it was served just cut and skin side up, didn’t matter too much but the pepper sauce was good. What honestly bothered me was that some of the fries had green edges to them, even though solanine can be ridden off through frying, it wasn’t the most pleasant thing to see being served at a restaurant. Cheese is not my thing so I won’t comment on it but the desserts were pretty good, I liked the brioche and it was a good experience. Few things I didn’t like too much was that with the appetisers you’re honestly eating it with an awkwardly tiny fork, and the seatings are pretty low and throughout the meal I’m struggling to find a comfortable position for my feet. If I ever come back I would probably opt for the bar. But for being a wine bar, the food is great with a great wine menu but unfortunately I don’t drink so I was just there for the food. In short, it was a good experience and food was pretty good
