Spontaneously we decided to stop for lunch at this marvelous place during a long-distance hike in northern Italy. We asked for the chef’s suggestions for a vegetarian tasting menu and received an awesome multi-course meal and excellent wine-pairing. Service has been attentive, friendly and professional throughout our stay and we are looking forward to returning to this fabulous restaurant in the not so far future.

Absolutely fabulous culinary experience! Beautiful restaurant situated in the Borgo of Toceno. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Friendly,but professional service. Incredible Piemontese cuisine served in a Michelin style fashion with flare and a unique approach to the diners palate. Exquisite in every detail, but not pretentious in it's presentation. Very relaxed atmosphere,but Highly attentive and organised management. Well in need of a star or two!! However the pricing is more realistic and the servings far richer!! Highly recommended for those who appreciate quality ingredients. 100% catered for Celiac and dietary intolerant people. I'm a Celiac and I was well cared for in my dining experience here. There is also an extensive wine list with the knowledge to go with it. Just lovely. Thank you Elizabetta and her team.

We had dinner at Le Vie del Borgo for my birthday and it was an awesome experience. Every course on the degustation menu was outstanding. Our server was excellent and explained every detail in English which was very appreciated. We have been to Italy many times and this was one of the best meals and service we have ever had.

It's a very local Airbnb type of hotel. People are very friendly, places very quaint and warm. It will take few steps to get to where you will be staying.
