Drew and his team designed our draft system at Black & Gray Brewing Co. and have been maintaining it ever since. We have had zero issues. The service levels are unbelievable. Multiple team members from Leaders were at our soft opening, just to make sure everything was working right and to make adjustments as needed. As a small nanobrewery, receiving that amount of attention and care really stood out to us why choosing Leaders was one of the best decisions we made.

I ordered draft parts online and had some questions about installation. Drew contacted me almost immediately and walked me through it with DIY photos, to boot! Customer service was A+ to say the least. Beyond that, I found the website easy to navigate and the prices very competitive, a bit cheaper than other online outlets. We had Leaders come in a add a 3rd draft tower at our place and correct some major issues on our other 2 towers that were installed by Bobby Burke of Burke Beverage (we'd give Burke a minus 5 star review if possible). Anyway, Drew, Jay and the guys at Leaders did a great job on the install and we couldn't be happier. These guys didn't miss a single thing and took a lot of pride in making sure that we are pouring cold beer at a consistent level.

I got in touch with Leaders last minute for a kegerator repair and line change before Christmas Eve. Wes came out and within an hour, replaced my line and repaired my co2 regulator that was not working. He gave it a thorough cleaning and the kegerator is dispensing fresh beer like it did years ago. I highly recommend Leaders for anything beer or wine related. The service was excellent, the price was fair and Wes knows beer and kegerators more than anyone.
