"Located in the heart of the city’s old quarter, just a few metres from the Plaza de la Gavidia, this restaurant exudes a passion for food, for craftsmanship and for what they describe here as “food for thought” and takes its from a word that refers to a meeting place for different Andalucian trades and skills. The focus of the young team at the helm is on a single tasting menu that showcases the flavours of Southern Spain as well as locally sourced ingredients and products (Iberian ham from Cumbres Mayores, white prawns from Isla Cristina, honey from Aznalcóllar etc). At the same time it respects the essence of tradition albeit from a more contemporary perspective, and always with an interesting play of textures and highly delicate sauces and broths." - Michelin Inspector

We had an amazing lunch with tasting menu of 12 dishes. Every bite and dish was delicious. The service was amazing with much attention to our table and explanation of each dish. We will probably return to taste the autumn menu as they change according to the season. Don’t miss out.

We visited Learté with high expectations, as the concept is exciting and quite unique in Seville. The space is small but cozy, although the lack of privacy makes the atmosphere feel a bit tense at times. The crew is whispering and you start to feel uncomfortable. The meal began wonderfully with a beautifully executed olive consommé and lupins, but from there the experience became uneven. Some dishes were creative and well prepared, while others felt overly experimental for our taste. They should clean the prawns better and open an expense bottle of wine on the table. No sorry for parts of the cork that was in the wine. Dishes we sent back because of a bad strong taste. And nothing in return. When we left my wife almost had her coat thrown to her instead of helping her putting her coat on. Not service you expect for a restaurant like this. We would never go here again.

We found Learta in the Michelin guide as a recommendation for a lady Chef 10 seats restaurant. This was a very good beginning. It turned out it was a great, often amazing, tasting meal. It had all the hallmarks of Michelin starred restaurant: exquisite and complex tastes that mesh together to create memorable experiences (the Fennel soup with Tuna was just one). Try it. You will be amazed.

We tried the Degustation Menu (€78) at @learta.sevilla, a little-known restaurant in Seville, which has a @guiarepsol Sun and has found a place on the @michelinguide 2025 list. In addition, we decided to try the Long Wine (€78) pairing menu consisting of 12 wines. We’ll not list all the plates one by one, we will share our favorites: Shrimp flavored with orange blossom and juice, Morani and Snails, and White Asparagus-Honey-Pine Nuts from the desserts. Now let's come to the negatives: the service quality is below the level they aim for. We experienced a very pushy and rushed service. Apart from the plates above, many plates deviated from the balance of flavors in order to be "different". In addition, wrong pairings were made for 4-5 of the 12 wines.

Fantastic meal and great price to quality ratio. Venue is intimate and cozy with warm, welcoming and professional service. Creative and unusual dishes while keeping it minimalistic. Very good presentations and explanations. Highlights: Burned cabbage, pig lard & tomato, baby squid, chestnut cream& mushroom. Not completely convinced by the desserts, but they were novel tastes which I appreciate. Can recommend.

ten dishes. A small restaurant with service you will enjoy. Nice wines, I found the orange drink refreshing and rounded up with a tasty pour over coffee.

Wonderful tasting menu. Something completely different. Go with an open mind and experience great ingredients lifted to new levels. Don't expect big portions or lumps of meat. This restaurant gives layer after layer of flavour and texture. It's an adventure in food. We especially loved the steamed Iberian pork with bitter almond sauce, the green beans and the regana sweet three ways. Stunning and worth every penny.

In a pleasant atmosphere, attentive to the small details...a unique meal! The important thing in this restaurant, essential to visit if you like "good food", is the enjoyment of the palate. The taste, color, and texture of the food prepared by 2 pairs of creative hands is an experience of excellence!!! A mandatory visit, only for palates prepared for good delicacies. Thank you very much for all the love you put into the service. We will surely repeat the visit. Remember, 10 different courses...a true culinary tale to live to the fullest.
