LEAVES HOUSE (Montagne)

We had tried the smaller location on McGill, so we were excited to check this one out and it’s amazing! Would definitely recommend. The environment is very calm, beautiful and bright space, very quick and welcoming service, and the pastries are delicious. There’s not a lot of vegan/allergy friendly cafes that open early in Montreal so Leaves Cafe is perfect. Had the lemon bread and the chocolate super latte (no espresso) with hazelnut. There’s many other combinations that one can make - all vegan/dairy free (great and much more ethical alternative to Starbucks) New favourite place downtown.

Such a cute little café, and everything they have is vegan! Felt so nice to be able to pick anything on the menu! Came here several times during my trip to Montréal, it was the perfect breakfast spot. They open early and have a nice selection of pastries and drinks. Everything my friend and I tried was delicious! The location is also excellent if you are staying/doing things downtown. I will absolutely come back here if I ever find myself in Montréal again!

What a cute little gem! This is a beautiful spot to have coffee and some sweets. I love the inside deco, it’s very unique. The staff are friendly and helpful. I tried the mocha and my friends tried tea. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that it’s a little too crowded to sit on the group tables next to each other but if people are nice and not too loud it’s okay. I would definitely go back try another drink.

Its the kind of cafe everyone wants in their neighborhood. Great drinks, snacks, exceptional music, and friendly baristas. I was in Montreal for couple of days and was hooked to this location of Leaves House for my morning coffee. The other location appears more commercial. I had cappuccino, matcha latte, crossaints and lentil patties. Everything was superb.

Café for vegans, but guess what?? It’s straight up good for everyone, why let the vegan have all the great coffee and treats?? The chocolate chip cookie was yummy!! The iced caramel salè coffee was yummy as well

I’ve been coming to this little café for years and it never disappoints. I order either an oat latte or an oat matcha latte and it’s always delicious. They also have friendly staff and great service. Just fyi the place is really small so having a table is a hit or miss. I wouldn’t rely on it if you have work to do unless you arrive when it opens. Overall, a great coffee shop!

I love trying vegan croissants wherever I go and this was definitely one of the better ones I've tried! Good layers and look. Service was really nice and cute cafe with a nice range of vegan pastries. The Jamaican style patty is very much worth trying!

Vegan friendly and a cozy cafe in the heart of Montreal. There are cacti pots for sale there which is a unique and a beautiful touch given to the cafe. Good varieties of coffee and very friendly barista. Definitely recommended
