I want to thank your employee at Lecce station who found and returned my mobile phone. I wish you good health and always be this good.

This station has the customer service counter (which apparently not in all puglia towns) and shout-out to Francesca from Cust. Service team indeed, she managed to sort my Valle d’Itria itinerary with the best train & bus ticket schedule possible. Really really helpful as its still quite hard to find the fixed schedule on your own. Happy with the service! :)

Personnel are available for questions and there's a ticket counter. You can also buy tickets from machines, but they can be hard to use. No air conditioning in the lobby and no elevator. You have to carry your luggage down and up the stairs to reach you platform and that is one heck of a hassle. No handicap access or elevator.

Lots of stairs and no elevators, which is extremely unfriendly towards people with luggage, and more over to those with limited abilities or strollers. Though, the personal is friendly and helpful.

Great Service Desk!

It doesn't seem to have an elevator or escalater from the platform to the exit despite of numerous tourists with luggage. Even a slope would make life much easier.

Toilet is expressive and doesn't work.

Station is under construction. It will be beautiful when finished. ♥️
