How Rock Star Chef Eric Rivera Manages to Do It All | Eater Seattle

"I describe Lechoncito as Rivera’s Puerto Rican pop-up within Addo, a themed offering that reflects his self-taught approach to Puerto Rican cuisine — he says nobody taught him the cuisine, he 'just ate it and engineered it in my head' — and it’s part of the restaurant’s programming of focused, experiential dinners." - Jackie Varriano

Seattle’s 2018 Eater Award Winners | Eater Seattle

"Rivera’s Lechoncito channels the Puerto Rican magic of his heritage; it’s a take on those flavors that he plans to spin off into its own space eventually, and in the meantime it supports a pantry line that includes sazon and powdered kojis." - Adam H. Callaghan

I will trow a great review but still some points that should be fixed. The plate was great presentation the flavor was 7 the avocado was a bit to green some parts other parts was ok the yellow platain was a bit hard also when People ask for yellow platain we look for the soft and sweet on it the ice tea was delicious the mayo ketchup need garlic flavor the mofongo was good and soft. Recommend. But aware of prices are a bit high for one person

This was the absolute best Chuleta Kan Kan I’ve ever had! It was juicy all the way through and the skin was perfectly crispy!! 100% coming back and 1000% recommending to everyone that comes to PR

Whenever I visit a different culture I always try to eat local food. They did not disappoint. After eating our appetizers all of us were full. The food was delicious. They were great music. It definitely was a vibe.

Google
Great family atmosphere, great service by Carmen (manager), great food and most of all, great prices. Carmen took care of us as if we had contracted her as a personal caterer. She took her time explaining details about any menu we asked. She was overzealous making sure we felt like VIPs. My wife and kids will make this our regular restaurant.

Yelp
Walked here from our bnb. Waw the girls working here were super welcoming, very sweet and work efficiently as a team. We were seated immediatly, and ordered an appetizer with that was 10/10. The tostones, and the meat came out supee fresh. All of our meals were very tasty with amazing flavor. I am really glad we came here, and we would eat here again

Yelp
At first I thought this restaurant was going to be a miss. The floors were sticky. The restaurant was barely half full. It took awhile to get our food, but its island time, so no biggie. Our table order bistec encebollado, chuleta can can & morongo with chicharron. The winner was absolutely the mofongo! It was delicious. Chuleta can can was tasty also. Was not impressed with the bistec, typically that's a hit at most places but not here. We're considering returning just for the mofongo!

Yelp
Something about the very orange color of some of the food turned me off for some reason. Food was a little salty and things tasted just okay. We ordered from Uber eats so it took a bit but it was what else expected. The frozen slushie drink was good!
