LeCrans Hotel & Spa

"A chalet-like building of wood and stone, with terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows in nearly every room, LeCrans is by far the most exclusive spot from which to appreciate this posh ski resort’s dramatic views of the jagged Alps. These vistas are also found at the buzzing restaurant, a dining room with a roaring fireplace and gray cedar walls and beams, and the intimate Cinq Mondes spa, with a lap pool made from Vietnamese green stone and an outdoor Jacuzzi. The 15 guest rooms are richly furnished—it’s clear that the designer, Christophe Decarpentrie, didn’t cut any corners—and are named after mountains and ranges: The airy, light-filled Everest Junior Suite, for instance, is green and gold with high ceilings, a charming tropical-themed mural on the wall behind the bed, and a fireplace. It’s also clear from the eyepopping rates that the hotel expects its guests to appreciate such fine details, despite the fact that the deluxe and superior rooms are on the small side. You pay to be coddled in such a privileged location, just 300 feet from the slopes in a glitzy resort studded with Chanel and Hermès boutiques."

We truly enjoyed wonderful days at LeCrans! I would like to thank Stéphen at the reception, who made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. His attentiveness and care throughout our stay made a lasting impression. Additionally, I would also like to highlight Laureen at breakfast - she was exceptionally kind and professional, embodying service excellence in every gesture. The breakfast itself was also memorable. We especially loved the homemade jams and marmalade, the incredibly tasty homemade pastries, and the thoughtfully selected assortment of local cheeses and cold cuts. What a wonderful hideaway!

My 4th stay in awesome LeCrans Hotel & Spa. This time, I was staying in room 201 and enjoyed the 7 courses dinner in the 1 Star Michelin restaurant LeMontBlanc. I had the chance to be almost alone at all times in the spa, pools, sauna and hammam, this is a great time and opportunity to relax fully your body and brain.|As always, great staff, great services, great view and great food.|I'll be back !

A High-Level Wellness Experience From the moment I entered Wellness at Le Crans, a sense of quiet luxury took hold. The atmosphere was effortless yet meticulously curated — calm, composed, and flawlessly attentive. There was nothing to manage, nothing to consider. I simply let go, enveloped in an environment where every detail was as pure and rarefied as the alpine air. Discretion was seamless; care was exacting. The facial was exceptional — a sophisticated fusion of cutting-edge skincare technology and intuitively skilled hands. I emerged visibly renewed: glowing, weightless, and somehow restored to a younger, more vibrant version of myself.

We had a wonderful time in LeCrans, it's by far the best small hotel we have stayed in so far. The rooms are super cozy, providing a genuinely warm atmosphere with a lot of wood and other natural elements. The restaurant is an experience on its own, we were truly impressed with the food and the staff. The wellness area is also quite an experience, with a warm outdoor pool while the outside temperature was below zero. It's just perfect, and we will come back.

A Gem in the Alps – A Stay Worth Writing Home About||Where does one even begin? LeCrans is, quite simply, a slice of heaven perched high in the Swiss Alps. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as guests but as old friends, returning to a home we never knew we had.||Ryan—charming fellow, impeccable manners—welcomed us with the sort of warmth that makes you feel instantly at ease. Capucine and Ophélie, two absolute marvels, ensured that not a hair was out of place during our stay, while Renan and Diego added their own brand of polished hospitality, leaving us thoroughly spoiled.||The views? Simply amazing! Snow-dusted peaks, rolling clouds, and sunsets that would make even the most hardened cynic weep. The spa, I must say, is a masterpiece of indulgence—so relaxing, I feared I might never leave. And the food? A symphony of flavors that danced about the palate.||LeCrans isn’t merely a hotel, dear reader; it’s a triumph. A place where service, scenery, and savoir-faire collide in glorious harmony. Bravo to the team. And yes, we’ll be back. One can’t resist such perfection, after all!

The interior design of the hotel is exceptional, unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The service was at best a disappointment. Upon check-in, swearing could be heard from the back office, which set a very uncomfortable tone at the start of our stay. Even more unsettling was encountering staff visibly upset, crying in the hallway on another occasion as we walked back to our room. What should have been simple requests took days to be addressed, and the attitude of the staff felt cold and unhelpful. The work place culture the hotel clearly needs to be addressed.

A wonderful hotel with all the services that you can desire. Everything is awesome, staff, quality, equipment, The spa area and the team are astonished. So professional. Without thinking about the quality of silence so high in the crans Montana area. Excellent ratio quality/ Price. We have with my dear, every year our Christmas party 🥳🎉

The LeCrans hotel is the kind of place you dream of and never knew actually existed. It’s an experience you won’t quickly forget. The rooms are out of this world, with great care and attention to detail everywhere you look. And the most breathtaking views… feels like you’re seeing from the Matterhorn to the Montblanc!!! You can tell that the hotel team truly care about doing a perfect job making your stay that extra bit more special than it already would be. It’s an incredible place to spend a week skiing or hiking or simply enjoying the special spa and private pool. Truly energising and rejuvenating. J’adore!!!
