Unexpected airport gem! Ledo Pizza at BWI absolutely delivered. The cheese was perfectly melted with those signature caramelized edges that Ledo fans know and love. The crust was just the right thickness—crispy on the bottom, soft on the inside—and the sauce had that classic sweet kick. Honestly, it tasted just like the full Ledo dine-in experience, which is rare to find at an airport. Quick service, fresh out the oven, and totally satisfying before my flight. If you’re flying through BWI and need a solid bite, this is it.

📍Ledo Pizza – BWI Airport (B Terminal Food Court) Thin crust. Quick fix. Friendly faces. Tucked into the B Terminal food court at BWI, Ledo Pizza offers a square slice of airport survival—quick, easy, and friendly. Perfect for layover travelers needing sustenance faster than a Jedi can draw their saber. The pizza? Thin crust with a crisp outer edge and a saucy center. Not legendary, but solid. The cheese coverage was generous, and the tangy sauce gave it a decent flavor lift. If you're expecting wood-fired perfection, adjust your expectations—but for airport fare, it does the job. What really scored points: they had several pizzas already made and ready to grab, so I didn’t have to wait for one to cook. That’s a win when your boarding group is being summoned and you’ve only got a few parsecs to spare. 🧑‍🍳 Staff were friendly and efficient.

Our group of hungry high school students were thrilled to arrive at Ledo Pizza for hot pizzas after a morning of touring the airport! Kevin was super helpful in the ordering process which we did ahead of our field trip to BWI. He made wise suggestions as to the amount of pizza and soda to order and even provided a few extra pies. The pizza was delicious and generous. Great service! Thanks Kevin!

AVOID!!! This was by far the worst food experience that I've had in recent history. The staff were extremely rude and condescending. Refused to provide me with napkins or cups after ordering over $ 60 of food. One of waiters even used profanity with me. All of it was recorded on video. Please avoid this place. I truly hope that contractor leadership makes changes in the current employees.

I was having an issue redeeming one of my rewards on the app at this location. The two Kevins working handled this issue with such understanding, grace and genuine kindness. They are a true example of what customer service should be. Please honor them and recognize their excellent people skills.

I just waited 25 minutes for them to tell me they lost my order. They also can’t give me a refund and I have to email the company. Now I have to board my plane with no food. Completely apathetic staff to boot. Absolutely horrible. Follow up: I will say the owner responded to my flamethrower email almost immediately and apologized. Still waiting for the refund to my CC.

Disgusted!!! I asked for a Caesar salad. They came back with an aluminum tray with wilted iceberg yellowing lettuce cheese and croutons! I tried to return for a refund they wouldn’t refund ne my money. I left disappointed and extremely disgusted!

Google
Good pizza, but had to wait over half an hour, because there wasn't anyone there to wait on us. They had a sign up that said be back in 15 mins. They need more staff.

Yelp
All five of these stars go to the Kevins working in front. I had issues redeeming my Ledo reward at this location, and rather than giving me grief over it, the Kevins kindly gave me the pizza after showing the reward on my account and telling me to save it for another time. Kevin R mentioned that the app might want you to redeem rewards at locations outside of the airport, so if you have an issue redeeming a reward online here, keep that in mind. This is exactly how customer service should be. I hope these two are commended. This is the last Ledo pizza my bf will be eating for a while since we're both out of state and faaaaaar from any Ledo. But thank you for making this last one memorable.

Yelp
One guy working both the kitchen and register. So there was a long wait. The pizza wasn't even any good. Oily like we used to get at the school cafeteria. Dry tasteless crust.

Yelp
You know that pizza in Elementary school that was amazing as a kid? Not as great in your mid 30s. And the miserable woman at the counter was the complete opposite of the cool lunch lady.

Yelp
Actually.. Decent! I got the meatball sub and I'm full. I like the salty, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside roll. They gave me 4 meatballs of large size. Sauce wasn't bad either Price under $11 And yes I'm full. It's an airport win

Yelp
Late flight limits your food choices. Restaurants closed. Food court choices of sushi (yeah not gonna chance airport sushi with another flight to go), Subway (underwhelming but safe choice) But then I see Ledo's and think Even bad pizza is good, because it's PIZZA! So let's give them a chance. GOOD CALL! Walk to counter, there's grab and go pizzas or you can order to be made fresh, along with subs and calzones. That's a plus to me. Also grab and go beers and selzers..also a plus. Service very friendly and fast. Major plus when traveling! My husband and I went 14 inch Hawaiian pie. It's more than enough for 2 people. I had a local IPA, which I would have liked to keep in the can but wasn't given option. So it was poured badly in a plastic cup and I had to wait for the foam to go down. Pizza looked great and tasted good, (like a domino's pizza flatbread). But you couldn't pick it up to eat it because it's so thin & greasy, it falls apart in your hands. So we had to get forks to eat it. That said we knocked the whole thing off. It was yummy. Not really great pizza, but perfect situational satisfaction. I would definitely order from here again. I'm in this airport several times a year, so if I'm back in B and there's no restaurants open..I'll pick here again.

Yelp
Located in Terminal B of BWI airport. We stopped to pickup a square/rectangle pie from Ledo Pizza to snack on while waiting for our flight. Tried the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was salty and the dough was slightly undercooked. It is enough for 2 people as an entree and 4+ to snack on. Their pizzas are made to order and take about 15 minutes to be ready. Although they have some personal-sized pepperoni or cheese pizzas that are kept hot and ready to go for those in a rush to their flight.

Yelp
The first bites were amazing. It might be that I was starving when I got the pizza. The 14" was a great size. You can share this size. By the time I got halfway through, it tasted... not great. Sour, maybe? I paid a lot for this, so I eventually finished it. But I would not eat here again. There are other pizza places in this airport!

Yelp
Decent pizza. Polite service. Comfortable terminal eating area. Would return again for another pie!

Yelp
Shockingly good for pizza on the run in the airport. My sausage pizza was large and had ample topping and was piping hot. This is a great find where most options are limited menu, overpriced chains. The dining area was clean with plenty of seating.

Yelp
Sheena is a rock star! I wanted my late dinner/in between flights pizza cooked very lightly, and she nailed it. Most places make me repeat my request a dozen times as if I was speaking in Martian. Despite having other customers, Sheena multitasked like a pro and made sure I was happy with the finished product. Her kind Jamaican-accented disposition was well-received too. So if you're at BWI, stop in and see Sheena. And whoever owns this franchise, take notice of this extremely high achiever and her extraordinary customer service.

Yelp
Short review: Excellent pizza... I got an 8" cheese with two toppings: mushroom and onions... it was delicious and well-sized for one person. The service was also excellent. The young lady at the register was very kind and attentive and even asked me how the pizza was when I walked by to throw out my pizza box. We also went to a nearby starbucks and dunkin' donuts for my wife and brother-in-law and there was no comparison in the genuine care that I received at Ledo's! Long review: Went to the airport via light rail with my wife to drop off my brother-in-law. His flight was delayed by 2 hours and we didn't want to leave him bored in the airport so decided to stick around and get something to eat at the airport. My wife loves checking Yelp and Google to figure out where to eat and every single well-reviewed option (she wanted to try the sushi place- Gachi) was on the other side of security. Since he was the only one with a boarding pass, we only had a few options. Ledo's reviews were pretty bad but I decided I would try it out anyway. I almost got the 6" pizza, which includes a fountain drink but really wasn't interested in the drink and instead went with the "Build-our-own" 8", which costs $8.99 plus $1.25 per topping. I also considered the veggie option, which was close to $13 for the same size pizza so I decided to just make my own to save a few bucks. I got mushroom and onions, which combined super well on the pizza and were well worth the extra $2.50. I really can't recommend this place enough, I was really impressed and can't believe it had such a low rating! Also, if you are looking to kill time at the airport, check out the Observation Gallery near Ledo's (upper level near B/C security checkpoint) and the stained-gladd crab near concourse A.

Yelp
Pizza was very mid... not bad but mid. The thing that annoyed me was the awful customer service. The cashier was on the side looking for her phone when I asked her for a pizza. She looked at me then looked back down at her phone to finish what she was doing as if I hadn't said anything. A few seconds later she walked up, ringed me up (while still on her phone), with no politeness whatsoever. This was around 7 PM on June 25th. Awful experience

Yelp
I go Out of My way For Ledo Pizza! Airport Ledo is still good, but not as good as the restaurant. The 6inch was about a slice. Not enough for a meal. But it was a good slice. Salad wasn't fresh or crisp. Lettuce was a bit wilted and croutons didn't crunch. On the positive side, it was grab and go! No wait, no prep. Option of an 8inch was there, and that might be better next time.

Robert G.

Yelp
Had to wait 45 mins for an uncooked pizza waste of $16 girl at the cashier was rude. The pepperoni tasted bad. And they couldn't even cut the pizza all the way.

Josh A.

Yelp
A 6" pizza bundled with fountain soda costs $8.99 but the clerk wouldn't turn on the fountain. So I asked for A 6" pizza without soda and was told it was "$9" (I think she meant that it was also $8.99). Clerk, after giving me 5 minutes of attitude, called the owner who told her the same thing. She then offered to spend her own money to buy me a bottled soda but I left because I wasn't about to take money from a clerk, even a rude one. And before anyone gets on my case about the pricing, it's clear that the soda wasn't "free" with the 6" pizza because an 8" pizza cost $8.49 (without soda), fifty cents less. So clearly the soda was a decent chunk of the 6" pizza total price that she and the owner weren't admitting. The company or franchise owner should take some courses in mathematics, economics, logic, pricing, and customer service.

Yelp
awful pizza. the crust is like a perforated flatbread. my special needs deaf brother went up to the counter to purchase their overpriced water. when i went up to assist, i asked where his change was. they had no change! the young females behind the counter said they told him. well my brother cant hear and he just naturally nods and agrees with anyone who asks a question. so i asked for his money back and they can have their water. refused refund even though still at counter. they complained I was rude. I was not rude, however, I was firm. My expectation was that they offer Customer Service. Obviously they are not used to being held accountable or challenged or questioned about their behavior. They lash out first comment that comes to mind which is everybody else is rude but not me. not. but at least I am not A thief. Appreciate the manager at least getting my brother some of his change. He should have authorized a refund. The Gen-Z attitude towards customer service is non- existent. They blames my brother for not telling them he was deaf- SN!? Total absence of ability to think outside the box. And ruse as well. next time they need to decline cash payments if change is required or better yet be professional and have change at their store front.

Yelp
I was SO happy to find Ledo's as an option now at BWI Airport on Concourse B. They were doing a brisk business, but they were handling the line very efficiently. In addition to regular menu items, they have several "ready to go" pizza options. I chose a 6 inch pepperoni pizza (4 slices), which also includes a salad at no additional cost if you wish. They also offer an 8 inch ready to go pizza option. So for under ten dollars, I was able to satisfy my Ledo's cravings without interrupting the flow of my travel one bit. Win win!

Yelp
Very poor customer service. My card was charged over three weeks after the visit, and I had two identical charges. Contacted corporate and after a week with no response, contacted again. They said the owner should have contacted me. Finally he does-via text. This owner refused to even have the courtesy to give me a phone call and kept changing the story saying that his computer system was down for two weeks then it was down for three and it was down for over three and told me that the charges were legitimate for a specific date. I asked him to give me the proof and he said he didn't have any because he wasn't actually in the office and didn't have the transaction record. I continue to ask him to call me and told him that this texting thing was unacceptable and he still refused to call me and finally passed the buck off on his Store manager making him call me which I also told him was completely unacceptable to pass the buck. So here I was thinking that my card had been compromised because there's two charges that are identical posted the same day which were a month past the date that I ever visited the restaurant. My option was to cancel my card and have to pay a fee to have another one overnighted because I have since moved out of state and this was the only access that I had to my funds. I asked them to make things right and the owner's response was well we didn't get paid for three weeks because the system was down so imagine how hard that was on us. My response was well I did not cause that problem for you but you directly caused the problem for me and to this date has still received no offer to make any of the situation right.

Yelp
Ledo Pizza at BWI airport..... person who took my order never put down his phone ..... then forgot to give my order to the cook in the back before he went on break...... 30 min wait for a sub sandwich...... worst service ever

LM B.

Yelp
This was the classic cardboard pizza. I have low expectations for airport food. But even this failed to meet my expectations expectation. Gamble for a better meal at another place.

Lesley M.

Yelp
Early morning traveler where I needed breakfast. Subway was not serving breakfast so I thought I'd give Ledo's a try. I grabbed a bacon, egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich. The bottom of the bagel was SOOOOOO incredibly hard and dried out that it was non-edible. Thankful the top of the bagel was still somewhat soft.

Yelp
I love Ledo's pizza. But the one at BWI leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a calzone and was told it would take 8-10 minutes. After 20, I started asking questions. The guy putting stuff in and out of the oven told me five different times it was coming right up. 10 minutes later I asked for a refund, which took the manager on hand another five minutes. Then they told me I could have it if I would wait a few more minutes. If you're in BWI, stop by and see if it's ready, yet.

Yelp
The food here was good but the service was exceptional. My boyfriend and I had ordered a calzone. Unfortunately, their fryer was out of commission and we were not able to order wings but the gentleman gave us a free drink to make up for it. Then when we got our three meat calzone, the meat (pork sausage I believe) was not fully cooked and was still pink. The gentleman was super apologetic about it and remade the calzones. He was very personable and definitely left a lasting impression on us.

Yelp
Stopped here during my layover flight. Had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Worker was not friendly- didn't greet us or apologize for the wait. Ended up getting terrible food poisoning from the pepperoni pizza. Still sick after 7 days- had to be hospitalized for a day. Ruined my vacation plans because of the food poisoning. Would NOT recommend.
