Ledo Pizza

Very well! Would come again, limit the amount of food you can take because I have to bring some home lmao! Other than that, service was really really good. Food was excellent, it was better than most pizza places. There's a variety of food, even soup! The atmosphere was really calm since there wasn't a bundle of people. Which there should be a lot?? Because this place was excellent. Jaun was really well, the service he gave out was insanely good! Props to him give him a raise. Only spent 40 DOLLARS in 3 people for 4 dishes! Really recommend, also the songs hits. RECOMMENDED PLEASE THIS PLACE NEEDS MORE ATTENTION.

Food is always delicious. Perfect amount of toppings and sauce. Their fry game also has stepped up greatly, but even better is their cheese bread. Seriously it is the best cheese bread I've ever had. I would have given them 4 1/2 due to the lack of delivery, but this being a franchise it isn't their fault Ledos Senior Leadership think delivery is bad.

A must have each time I return to visit. Taste and crust is like no other. A 30 year craving 😋

My kids' favorite pizza and while it hasn't historically been my favorite, it has grown on me! Service for curbside is great - ready quickly and hot, so even though it's a pain they don't deliver, curbside makes it easy.

This pizza place has amazing pizza with a perfect crust and toppings. The cheese bread is delicious and cheesy, loved the red sauce with it.The customer service is excellent, making the visit great.

About par for ledos, river rd and wheaton are better. Not happy that Bethesda, Wheaton, Montgomery Mall are open till 10 PM Friday and Saturday. Rockville still thinks it's covid, closes at 9 everyday. I guess the owner is only doing this for fun. Most weekend nights are family can't get it together to be ordering pizza by 8:15. We drive to Mall or Wheaton. Just a thought owner.

Ledos pizza is always one of my favorites! The perfect ratio of cheese to sauce to dough was heavenly! The staff are very kind and the service is quick! The tables were very clean as well!

I recently had a great experience at Ledo Pizza! The unique square pizzas are delicious, with a perfectly flaky crust and a generous amount of toppings. The sauce has a nice tang, and the cheese is always fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. It’s a cozy spot for grabbing a meal with friends or family. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality pizza experience!

Average Ledo's location in the area. My boyfriend and I were craving pizza so we ordered online and picked up within 15 minutes (A+ on service). I ordered the deluxe (14 inch is my preferred size so I can have leftovers). My boyfriend got the meat lovers. Both were hot and delicious. I would just say the only down fall is their cost. It's quite pricey for the amount of food you receive. I know there were poor reviews previously but I believe mangers have changed. If you see google reviews, most of them gave good ratings. I'd continue to go here if I'm ever craving pizza.

It was a very quick visit for take out. I was just getting food on my lunch break so I happened to stop at Ledo. I placed my order in person and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. I have gotten Ledo for years and from different locations! My favorite and go to is the Hawaiian Pizza. Unpopular opinion: pineapple belongs on pizza! Today they had larger slices of ham and then on each slice. Usually I get the small slices and to be honest I prefer the smaller ones. Usually I only get the pizza but I've had their wings and those were good too but i've only had them at another location. The specific restaurant itself wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Fast service. Clean and organized. It's part of a two level building that's next to a hill parking lot thing so there is parking on the same level or below it which is accessible through the stairs.

The person that took our order was polite. The pizza was ready on time and delicious. Based on the low rating on this location I almost went to the North Potomac location I'm glad I went to the Rockville location as it is closer. We will be back!

This is the most common Ledo my family and I visit. I've never had an issue ordering online and picking up at the restaurant. The employees actually answer phone calls in a timely manner and are diligent with having the food ready on time. This location also offers beef pepperoni as an alternative to pork pepperoni. For my most recent order order, the amount of pepperoni on the pizza was unbelievable. Every inch of pizza was covered with toppings. The restaurant offers plenty of indoor seating and the restaurant is always clean whenever I've stopped by. I have also only had positive experiences with the employees there. There is parking right outside the restaurant and although it can be busy, I have not had issues finding a parking spot for carry-out.

I was expecting something totally different based on the (frankly terrible) reviews. I loved the square-shaped, "Maryland-style" pizza. I had the spicy honey and pepperoni craft pizza and loved the flaky crust. Recommend!

Cheese pizza is the only item I order from Ledo. No reason other than liking their pizzas. I've never been to this location however. Food came out on time, hot and tasty. Would order from again.

I can't make heads or tails of why this place is rated much lower than &Pizza and nearby CS Pizza. That said, Ledo is different. I believe the cheese is provolone? And the crust is also a different concept than traditional NY style pizza. But very well done.

We came in as a very large group (13 of us) on a Saturday night... We did call before coming and the staff put together some tables and made it work for us. They also were very accommodating during out visit. They were moderately busy when we went, so we were thankful they were able to accommodate us! The service and food were great! One person got their Greek salad with chicken and she loved it, plus it was a rather large salad. I tried a couple of types of their pizza and they were both nicely done, fresh, and piping hot! The sauce was decent, not a "NY or Napaleon" style, but decent nonetheless. Overall, we had no complaints... it was great for us as a large family to gather and eat!

Delicious pizza! I love how everything is perfectly balanced--every bite is a delight! This is the only location I come to from Germantown.

Great pizza and wings but horrible service. The server/manager Juan was very rude and argumentative he didn't pay attention to what I was ordering so my pizza came out wrong instead of apologizing and fixing the problem it turned into a full blown argument between us as he continued to taunt me with threatening jesters... I never felt threatened in a establishment that I came to spend money in ...a date night with my husband turned into a nightmare

Crunchy bacon, pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, green peppers, & onions. Can a pizza get any better than the Ledo's Deluxe? Absolutely not! Ordered curbside. Ready for pickup in about 15mins. Brought to my car piping hot. Customer friendly service.

I've gone to plenty of ledos and this one by far is the worst one I've EVER BEEN TO. I ordered a southern steak and cheese and got a plain steak and cheese with barely any cheese hardly any meat im thinking I'm about to have an amazing steak and cheese for lunch but that's not what happen worst decision. I'll be coming back tomorrow to get my refund because this is unacceptable you think because it's in Rockville you would get something worth your cost but they just out here robbing people.

Finally this place has reopened after the pandemic. There can never be a replacement for the original Adelphi location on University Blvd but the pizza, garlic bread with cheese, Italian salad with peperocini, and fresh tomato sauce keep the legend alive in the heart of Rockville, Maryland the second biggest city in the state of Maryland!

Literally the most disgusting pizza and wings I've ever had. I actually threw up after. The young girl at the counter had wonderful customer service and the area was clean. I couldn't believe how tasteless the food was. Not to mention the dough was very soft and undercooked.

Under new management It's a real shame that this Ledos which is now run by the sons of the Wheaton location have to endure the "one and a half star" rating left by the previous owners. The place has been spruced up, everyone there is happy to serve you. We asked for pizza to be medium well done with crispy edges and it was perfect. Ledos has a special biscuit crust which doesn't work well when Doughy. I'm looking forward to this location to get beer Welcome to the neighborhood.

Love this Ledos!! You all are the best! I'm so thrilled the new management took over. Their pizza/food looks like the advertisements, that says a lot. Keep it up you guys;) you have a solid customer here.

New owner (super friendly and welcoming) Renovated interior (nice touch) Great food (most importantly) I was leery because the previous owner was SO awful, but after checking things out for myself I'm glad to say Rockville Ledo's is back and stronger than ever.

So I was feeling like some Ledo pizza this evening and decided to call in a pick up order to take home. First of all whoever took our order over the phone was rushing and had no personal skills and then once I picked up the order the manager was at the front and didn't say hello he just said, picking up or dining in! Like ok wow no good evening or anything. So the customer skills I wasn't impressed with. Now for the pizza it was Amazing and you can't go wrong with a LG pizza with pepperoni from Ledos. Not a bad way to spend $23. So I probably would've given 4stars but this place lost a star due to the customer service.

This is the new LEDOS in Rockville Pike ! New management New design New athmosphere ,the food taste fresh and the owner is very pleasant ! This is my second time coming to this new Ledos since its new management ,I like everything from the service to the food ,this will be our new hangout and of course still the best pizza and chicken wings in town,try it this time and You wont regret ! Kudos to the new owner and staff thanks for bringing LEDOS back to Rockville !

This Ledo has changed owners and are now owned by my favorite people that own the Wheaton location. Pizza was fresh lots of toppings and tasted great! I will be going here from now on!

We were so happy to come back to this friendly. Delicious place. We had a crispy bacon pizza with pineapple (don't judge) and a house salad with the famous Romano cheese dressing. This was a nice follow up to the spectacular retirement party we had here recently. We will be regulars!!

This location is under new management and it has been remodeled! Looks very nice and the owners are very nice! We always have such a great experience every time we go.

We were warned away from this location 2 years ago when we first moved here, but when I saw on the Support MoCo Restaurants page that they had new owners, I couldn't wait to try it out! I ordered online for curbside pickup, and my order came out perfectly. (There was some confusion originally because I placed my order, and then I went in and added something by clicking on "Edit Order" in my confirmation email. Apparently it created two orders for the kitchen crew, but they called instantly to clarify and were super friendly on the phone.) The pizza was delicious with super thick pepperoni, loads of toppings, and the crust was perfectly flaky. The Buffalo chicken calzone had the perfect amount of sauce and cheese and wasn't greasy at all. My husband enjoyed his boneless wings, and the kids said the breadsticks were also really good. Seriously, forget anything that you heard about this place from "before" and give it a shot! The new owners and staff are making delicious food with friendly service!

Service was amazing, from phone orders to sitting down enjoying dinner with friends and family . The two brothers that took over really have put the customer first, Along with surrounding their self with great employees that truly care about there service for the customers.

WORSE location ever!! manager is EXTREMELY rude!! No greeting at all when you walk in, employees ALL seem to have an attitude and food is always made incorrectly no matter how many times you repeat the order! This location needs new management ASAP. No wonder place was totally empty when I walked in besides an employee who was eating at the table.

I'm kinda with the crowd here. This Ledo's, which was once my family's haunt when I was young, used to be the cat's meow of pizza places. Back then, this place was CROWDED- so crowded that they ended up adding an additional section with tables. That section is now closed up and is part of a record store. The thing that always get's me about this place is the consistently poor service. Let's play this out for you for a second. Me: " Ok, could I have an ice tea and I'll take the soup salad and breadsticks with the Italian wedding soup- dressing on the side for my salad" Server: "Ok... *opens the menu* what do you want? Me: *almost thinking it's a joke* *I stare intently at him for a second- realize he's not kidding* - Me: " could I start with an ice tea and I'll take the soup salad and breadsticks with the Italian wedding soup " Server: " The Italian wedding soup ?" Me: "yes- and dressing on the side for the salad" The owner (manager) brought most of my food out in between him yelling audibly at his staff to either - go clean tables! -go get table 11's order! The owner (manager) put that food on my table and said "that should be everything." No - "enjoy your meal" or "let me know if you need anything else". As for the yelling manager, It was just so inappropriate. Inappropriate enough for another table to comment to the waiter, "you know you shouldn't let your boss yell at you like that." Eeek Awkward. It seems that every time I've gone here in the recent past, the waiters are on their first day on the job and are crashing and burning with little to no tables. That being said, the food is always good. I love my salad soup and breadsticks. Though the breadsticks could have used a little more time in the oven. I can't reconcile the atrocious service. I'll go to the one behind Montgomery Mall. Service there is fantastic each time I've been.

Their employees are stealing from customers!!!! Please look at your receipt at all times and be sure to write in the total amount. I ordered a pizza for pickup this past Friday and was in a rush so I just signed it and left. Big mistake, someone decided to write themselves a tip for $16.34. WTH!!!! Luckily my credit card issuer caught this and I will be disputing the charge. I was a frequent customer to this Ledo's but I will never go back to a fraud place like this again. The cashier or whoever gets tips from customer walk-ins should be fired.

My sisters birthday was this past weekend and my father picked up three Sicilian style thin pizzas for the event. We had a meat lovers, white pizza and, a veggie. I worked in the industry for many years and I can honestly say that this is definitely worth checking out. I'm a vegetarian so I was over the moon that they had veggie options. I had the veggie and the white. I am part Sicilian so I love the fact that they serve the square cut which is how they do it in Sicily. Small easy to handle square pieces. The crust is thin and the crust crispy. Great!

I call in whenever i am in the area because i love ledo and if im hungry and close automatically i need my fix. I do get annoyed that i guess my zip code throws them off they always confirm that its in rockville and make sure im coming...i get it but its annoying. The food however, is always on point. That cant even wait til you get home type of on point. My pizza always tastes perfect, not too burnt not undercooked, thick and cheesy and never hit or miss. Yummmm! Once inside the service also is never bad.

I love Ledo's It is one of the best pizza in the area. Always cooked perfect and love the fact they sell their own sauce. It is excellent Highly recommend

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars! To reinforce what customers have stated here, the manager at this Rockville location is very inconsiderate and as unhelpful as possible and generally seems to be dedicated to providing an overall negative experience to customers, which is a sharp contrast to any other location that I have visited! I actually reported my terrible experience to Ledo's Corporate office in Annapolis, MD to inform them of how this individual is lowering the company's standards with his unpleasant behavior. I happened to be on the Pike and had not read the terrible reviews prior to deciding to go to this Rockville location because I mistakenly thought it was a "normal" Ledo Pizza, which is certainly not the case! As other customers documented, this man needs to either change his behavior or allow someone who cares about customers to take over because he certainly doesn't represent the values of the original Ledo Restaurant in Adelphi, MD (currently in College Park) nor does he represent the values of any of the Ledo Pizza franchisees for that matter.

If you're DYING for pizza and only had an hour to live and every other restaurant that served pizza were destroyed, demolished, or disintegrated...... I would recommend coming here. Although you may not get your pizza before you die. The place is clean as far as cheap chain restaurants go. So there's that going for you. The waiters are all young and still in school and you can tell some were trying their best as others just did not give a duck (yes...I said duck). But even with the waiters trying their best, just wasn't up to par and they definitely need some schooling in service. The manager on the other hand needs to show some effort and come out to the front to assist. Just watching his servers fail...horrible. Anywho, as for the food. It was okay? The dough wasn't as crispy as normal (but my buddy Andrew really enjoyed that) and it took FOREVER to get the pizza and the waters. I just ended up asking for a pitcher of water since it was so slow. These are easy fixes, so I hope management reads these and fixes up their problems as soon as possible. 2/5 stars you pizza eating monsters.

Ledo's customer 40+ years Worked making pizza 5+ years Own my own pizza oven That will hopefully establish my pizza bona fides I have been a customer at this shop for as long as it's been there. I'm not sure how long the current owner has been there, but things have changed. The food is great, standard Ledo, the service and restaurant not so much!! I went to Lido's, in Rockville last night to pick up some pizza for a quick dinner after a long day. I called in my order, Italian Salad Spicy toasted ravioli Plain white pizza Plain red pizza Should be simple enough. I've taken an order like this countless times when I worked at a pizza shop. Picked up my order, and headed home. Once home, and dishing out the pizza imagine my surprise when my "Plain Red Pizza" has italian meats, and peperoccini on it. Generally no big deal, everyone makes mistakes even though my wife can now not eat any of this pizza. I placed a simple courtesy call to the restaurant to let them know they gave me the wrong pizza, and maybe someone else got mine. The owner got on the phone, looked up the order (he was the person who took the order on the phone) and said "Oh I see what happened, you ordered a red pizza, and here that means our Italian Red pizza, which is what you got." (I ordered a Plain red pizzza not italian red) Huh????? He continued to explain to me that I had ordered incorrectly, and it was clearly a misunderstanding. All our customers know this and order it that way. Huh???? I've ordered a plain red pizza on several continents, and have never been given a pizza with meat, and peppers before. He did offer to remake the pizza and I could drive back to the restaurant and pick it up, but we all know that short of not having anything to eat no one is going to do that. No, I'm sorry, no offer to come back and he'll make it right, nothing. Several other reviews comment on the poor service, and that's a shame because this was once a great place to get a nostalgic pizza. There are MANY pizza options in Rockville, I would think they would try just a little bit to offer good service. This Ledo also does not sell beer or wine, and the dining room has not been updated in over 20 years. It feels run down, and it's fairly empty most evenings. What a shame. Next time I feel like having a Ledo pizza I'll drive the extra 8 miles to the one in Darnestown, sorry they call themselves North Potomac now lol

Ledos has been remodeled and is under new management and all the improvements really show! The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The pizza is cooked perfectly! We used to have to say "well done" just to get a normal cooked pizza, but now the pizza comes out just right. The carry out orders are always really easy and great customer service on the phone. If you're someone who went to Ledos under the old management please give this another try as it is night and day with the new managements leadership and awesome staff. 10/10 will be back again!

Live close by and was excited when they brought Ledo back. Love Ledo, especially this particular store. Sam is the man. Food was amazing. Will be going there a lot.

Manager is not really fitting to be a manager. By far the worst manager I've ever seen in my life. To be honest, this place is the worst ledos I have been too. It seems they're always getting new servers because either they quit or get fired, who knows. They're always learning how to serve so you never get someone that knows what they're doing, and are always pretty slow. The food besides the pizza, tastes ok, because the pizza is pretty good. Glad they didn't mess up the recipe all ledo pizzas use at least. P.S. DO NOT TRUST THE CAKES AND DESSERTS. THEY SIT THERE FOR DAYS, even weeks, AND THERE ARE NO EXPIRATION DATES ON THEM (they are wrapped in plastic)

Sad. That's all I can say. Turned away a large order because it was too last minute (a different local pizza spot was totally fine with fulfilling the order and super nice just btw) very unwilling to work to work with me over it and made me feel like I had done something very wrong by ordering the pizzas. Was weird about giving me a refund too and when I received notification of the refund it said that they were refunding me because I never picked up my order... not the truth.

Visited this location for the first time and had the best experience! The inside was very nicely decorated and very clean! Service was friendly- they seem to have a great team! We called ahead to see if they could play the Ravens preseason game on one of the TVs, and they had it on for us when we arrived! Really was one of the best Ledo's I've ever been to!

Glad to see they reopened. Last owner seemed to be always mad, food was good but inside it had a bad vibe. New management is so very much better, very friendly folks there. Since my old favorite "Pizza Oven" closed this has been my go-to, it's the closest thing to them, thin crust and sweet tomato sauce that hits the spot. I do wish their pepperoni was a tad thinner though.
