Ledo Pizza (Woodmore Towne Centre)

Hello, Ledo never disappoints. Their pizza is delicious 😋. My son and I devoured our pizza. I ordered through the app while I was out front of the restaurant. My pizza was ready in about 5-7 minutes. The young man at the register was very pleasant. It was my birthday so I felt extra special that day.

I ordered a small pizza with light sauce but received a small pizza with no sauce at all. I requested a replacement and, during the process, a staff member loudly called out for regular sauce. I corrected her and clarified that I wanted light sauce. The replacement pizza was made with heavy sauce. When I explained the issue, the employee refused to remake the pizza according to my original order. Throughout the interaction, this particular staff member was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I normally go to the Largo location, but decided to go to the Ledos in Woodmore only because I was in the area and it was new. (never again) I ordered a large pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onions, extra cheese and pineapples. The pizza looked good but when I got home, there was almost no sauce on the pizza to the point where I had to go get some spaghetti sauce and just dip the pizza to actually eat it because it was so dry. (Largo Ledos I’m Sorry I’m coming home )

Not sure, what’s up with the bad reviews. But, I ventured out tonight to grab a pizza and my pizza was just being boxed as I came into the store, so it was hot and picture perfect. All the ingredients for the salad were fresh, crisp and tasty. From the time I placed the order over the phone, to the checkout process I received great customer service. Happy to have Ledo’s around the corner :)

We had an absolute amazing experience at this Ledo pizzeria! The food was outstanding and the customer service on point. Super friendly staff. Please check them out!

So I am in here eating the best pizza of my life and all I hear is a lady say "M'AM M'AM M'AM you did not pay for a drink" 😂 Y'all need to stop. These people are hard working and kind. Trying to steal a drink is ridiculous. Please be more respectful. Great pizza, great service.

My family and I absolutely love this Ledo!!! The service and food is great. It is always clean. Being coming here for over three months now with the same food and service quality everytime. Will continue to come here too. Thank you for being so good.

Clean store, greeted upon entry. Ordered online so time quoted for my order was spot on and my pizza and fries were piping hot and ready when I arrived. My go to neighborhood pizza spot!

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. They were kind to my children, patient over the phone, and greeted us with friendly personalities and smiles. The food is excellent as normal. The inside and outside was clean. There was music playing as well.

I absolutely love that there is now an option for beef pepperonis. One of the draws to Ledo's for me is the thick cut pepperonis. The beef pepperonis aren't as thick, but they still pack a punch and for that I will continue to patronize the business for my pizza fix.

Thin and buttery crust. Light and flavorful sauce. Long wait for pizza when ordering inside. Coulda ordered on the app and lessened the wait.

I love this location. The pizza is always amazing and the customer service is always great. The ingredients always are fresh and the dough is soft. I hope this location stays this way !!!!!

Friday night cheat meal lol Pizza was calling my name. Plus I kept see these advertisements for new FRIED pickles so I decided to give it a try. Ordered online and my order was ready when I got there, but thank goodness I checked my back before leaving because none of my dipping sauces were in the bag... Then the cashier/Manager had a nerve to tell me I needed to pay for them separately & in a rush not thinking I did. But while waiting I reviewed the menu and the Fried Pickle Spears is SERVED WITH BUFFALO RANCH DIPPING SAUCE & my TOASTED RAVIOLIS is also SERVED WITH LEDO SAUCE! Smh. After bringing this to her attention she tried to tell me the sauces are usually served on top of the appetizers which clearly isn't true because as many orders of TOASTED RAVIOLI's I have had, many sauces have always been served with and on the side... KUDOS to the young man that was working and confirmed I should not have been charged the additional $2.10 and refunded me. Smh...will I return??? Ehhh I guess if my husband is in the mood for Ledo's but as for myself- I think I'm good off this one. Too bad because my 8" veggie pizza with extra sauce was delicious! But I'm all about how establishments make me feel...valued...the respect and consideration they give their patrons... *Happy Yelping*

Food is delicious but the customer service was ass (Depending on how the lady at the front sees you)

ZERO STARS!!! Very poor service. I come here all the time. They messed up my order and instead of fixing it, the lady constantly interrupted me and insisted I was wrong. The lady was very rude and when I said I wanted a refund, she told me "Yea that's better anyway". Very rude. It was the lady in the front, short and with glasses. It's crazy because I'm the paying customer, yet I was treated terribly. No other employee stepped in to fix the situation, they just allowed her to speak to me in the way she was. Extremely unprofessional.

The pizza tasted good. It was hot and reasonably priced. A little stuck back out of eye sight but over all, a good place to eat pizza.

New awesome location. However the customer service is very below par. All juveniles in the building and inappropriate conversations at the register. Please just let me pick my food up and get out of here. Do better please! Don't let the comfortability of like cultures remove the professionalism of being a business.

They were very nice and accommodating. Good food. Clean restaurant. Highly recommend this for you and your family.
