Just in this magical whimsical store looking for something for my darling wife. Liv & Rach helped pick out the perfect jewelry stack by Brenda Grands. She absolutely loved the birthday gift! They wrapped it up perfectly so I didn’t have to do a thing but give it to her. Thank you so much ladies for making my shopping experience such an enjoyable. Lee & Birch Grand Rapids is top notch!

6/26 We came in last night and the nicest sale associate helped my daughter and I create multiple outfits. She went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed. I follow you on social media, she knew what outfits I had explained. She suggested more dresses to me, that I loved and purchased. Thank you Lee and Birch Grand Rapids for having such amazing staff that truly know how to make a mom feel good!!

Lee & Birch has a beautiful collection of high quality basics and unique statement pieces. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and the store is clean, organized, and inviting. If I was a local I would be shopping here all the time!

Today was my first time really shopping for clothes since having my baby earlier this year. I stopped by Lee & Birch today; my first visit ever. I picked out some pieces to try on, but couldn’t fit my baby stroller in the fitting room. The woman working was happy to set me up in the restroom to try on clothes, which had much more space for me to bring my baby in. She also offered great styling ideas and helpful opinions on the clothes I tried on, and picked out more outfits for me once I figured out what sizes and fits I liked. I left with several new garments that I feel great in :) it was so nice of the worker to be so accommodating and helpful!

Bought a dress at Lee and Birch a little less than a year ago and one of the threads that held a metal clasp broke right away while trying to situate my bra underneath the dress. Extremely surprised how easily this thread broke especially given that I was not tugging aggressively or pulling on the metal clasp or thread in any way. Never worn this dress out and already ruined. Might try and repair on my own but extremely cautious to go back to this store again. Super bummed :/

I started shopping at Lee and Birch online over COVID despite living right around the corner from them for years ! They have fabulous quality and wonderful FRIENDLY staff. Their price points range and have awesome sidewalk sales throughout the year. So if you’re looking for a deal, that’s the time to go. People complaining about them being too expensive apparently think they need to sell things for free and not make a profit as a small business. I will continue to support them as a local GR resident.

My cousin had been wanting to check out this clothing store and we were both pleasantly surprised that many of the price points were very affordable. And the store is spacious yet full of stuff...how do shopowners accomplish that bit of magic? We found gifts at different price points including for my grade school niece (never buy expensive jewelry for that age group) and a lovely velvet smoking jacket for me... which why am I not wearing that right now? The staff was lovely and helpful, pointing out sales and options and explaining the store's return policy. Did I mention it's in an old gas station? Cleanest former service station I've ever seen!

This store has lots of great brands at different price points. The selection is really great and the customer service is excellent !

Great selection but items seem to be poorly made. Three items I've purchased here over the last 2 years have come apart at the seams. Yes, I purchased the correct sizes but each time found the sewing was poorly done and in random spots on the garment the seam came apart. Not good for this price point.

This store has every piece of clothing that you need in your closet! Their selection of clothes is always so unique and there is so much to choose from! The style of clothing varies from basic tee's that everyone needs to the dress to wear out on the town! They have pieces of jewelry from around the country and even pieces made by local producers. From the atmosphere of the stores, to the employees working, each store is amazing!

Very cute little store in a former gas station. Small inventory, but chosen carefully so there is a little bit of everything. High quality at reasonable prices. I was in from out of town and my daughter needed a black dress for an event. She easily had several lovely dresses to pick from. There are also unique accessories. Staff was very friendly. Great shopping experience that beat going to the mall!

Shopping at Lee & Birch is a joy! From the beautiful merchandise to the friendly sales associates- it really is an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The staff is so knowledgeable about everything they carry and the way they work with you to put together an outfit is helpful yet low-pressure. They always offer multiple suggestions of how to wear a piece of clothing or jewelry which is really helpful when trying something that might not be my typical style. Speaking of jewelry- The jewelry selection is unparalleled. If you want to leave a store looking your best and feeling empowered, then I'd definitely recommend putting Lee & Birch at the top of your list!

Love this store! They have a great selection of super cute brands with a variety of price ranges. They have great accessories too. The stylists there are really genuine and personal, and it is evident that they care about helping you find what you need! Whether you need a full on personal shopper or just an opinion, the staff is there to help!

Lee & Birch has a wide variety of super cute, unique, upscale clothing. What I love about Lee & Birch is that they have carefully selected each brand carried within the store. They tailor to all ages and offer many different styles; whether it be a flowy top, or a piece of jewelry that may complete an outfit, or a dress that is bright and vibrant that will make a bold statement all on its own. Overall it is a great atmosphere to be in and the people that work their always make me walk away with a smile on my face and a Lee & Birch bag in my hand.

A little bit whimsy, a little bit downtown, Lee & Birch has an upscale, contemporary vibe that fits in perfectly with the neighborhood. Located in what was once a funky little auto repair shop, the store offers women's clothing and accessories comparable in price and style to say, Anthropologie, or White House/Black Market. The selection is a small but curated to provide seasonal styles and meet local tastes. I can tell that the staff knows their pieces and their customers well. On my most recent trip the friendly staff member even greeted a few people by first name - you don't see that at mall stores! The only downside I have encountered (other than I can't buy one of everything when I visit) is that parking is haphazard. The boutique is located on a busy corner so getting in and out can be tricky during rush hour. Still, it's worth the visit. I have no doubt something will grab your eye.

I was in town for a volleyball tournament and stopped in before my play time on Saturday. Not only were the sales associates friendly and caring but they genuinely wanted to help me find what I was looking for and took the time to ask me the right/beneficial questions. Without wasting a second, they found my size in a sweater at their second location and offered to ship it to me (at no extra charge). I went home to the east side of the state and two days later my sweater arrived. This store makes shopping fun, care-free and enjoyable. Everyone looking for a lively store with fun employees in the Grand Rapids area should stop in to see what Lee & Birch has to offer!
