LV sent a package to my friend in error (she wasn't charged). I helped her to return it to be honest citizens at our own cost. Trip into the city, traffic, gas, wasted afternoon. We were told to bring it out back and call at arrival.
We did this on arrival. As I was putting the box on the platform as instructed. A horrible, sour woman yelled at me incomprehensibly with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. I knew better than to engage and another staff member arrived a minute later to help us.
He was very nice, I told him about the horrible woman but I imagine he won't pass on the experience to the manager as he is stuck working with her.
Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Except that miserable, mean spirited woman. She should not be in customer service as she is a face of the company. Particularly in these trouble times, companies should welcome their customers.
Won't be returning. 😕
