Lee + White has emerged as one of Atlanta’s most exciting mixed-use destinations. The redevelopment of the West End community’s former “Warehouse Row” showcases a mix of cutting-edge breweries, restaurants, retailers and food manufacturers. Now Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners are moving forward with the next phase in the transformation of Lee + White, a model of adaptive re-use development. With a focus on contributing to the growth and energy of Atlanta’s historic West End, the next chapter in the Lee + White redevelopment will diversify the project’s offerings to include a food hall, unique retail spaces and creative loft offices. The ongoing redevelopment will continue in a spirit that recognizes the West End’s rich history while seeking community input to create an authentic urban experience. This development philosophy will expand an already diverse roster of tenants who are proud to be a part of the West End community and one of Atlanta’s trendsetting mixed-use developments.

"You can spend all day at the West End’s Lee + White Complex—it features a collection of local breweries, a distillery with whisky slushies, and a food hall. Stop by Hop City Craft Beer & Wine, where you can sit at the bar and have a drink or sneak into their nocturnal hideaway, Bovino After Dark, for cocktails. If the weather’s nice, Monday Night Brewing has a huge wrap-around patio and outdoor seating area with a fire pit. At ASW Distillery you can sample whiskey flights at the barrel-shaped bistro tables and fruity slushies, while at Wild Heaven Beer you’ll find the outpost of one of our favorite tacos in the city at El Tesoro. It all sits on the Westside Beltline Trail, which (if you're still not done) you can use to walk to Best End Brewing and its vacation-like tropical patio." - nina reeder, juli horsford, jacinta howard
"Lee + White is an adaptive reuse development in the West End neighborhood that consists of former warehouse spaces transformed into destinations like Best End Brewing and ASW Distillery, with a food hall addition on the way. The specialty here is anything quaffable: Beer lovers should hit up Monday Night Garage, where Monday Night Brewing dreams up sours and barrel-aged brews in a spacious, funky tasting room. Even those who don't drink can enjoy a trip to the development with a stop at Honeysuckle Gelato, or Cultured South for a glass of kombucha. If you're hungry, try Boxcar, an American cuisine restaurant with splashy art and an extensive beer list (it's owned by the team behind Hop City, one of Atlanta's most iconic craft beer shops)." - Lia Picard, Jennifer Bradley Franklin
"You’ll find this food hall at the edge of the Lee + White Complex in the West End. Compared to PCM and Krog, this food hall is more of a mini market, but its airy vibe perfectly matches the breezy mood after a BeltLine stroll. Plus, the lines and crowds here are more manageable. So head here for tasty burgers from Good Azz Burgers, huge hot dogs loaded with relish and onions from The Hot Dog Factory, or a tropical drink at the island-style bar, Strangers In Paradise. And even if you're at one of Malt Disney's breweries, consider ending here for dessert—with some of the creamiest gelato in town from Honeysuckle Gelato or a great peach cobbler from Sweet Red Peach." - Jacinta Howard
