You're in the world's busiest airport. You already know the prices will be high, there can be a huge fluctuation in food quality and freshness from hour to hour and day to day, and the employees see literally thousands of people per day. Just engage with the staff: smile, say hello, be polite. Make them feel seen and appreciated and you'll get great service and possibly some extra noodles or spring rolls, wink wink, The food didn't knock my socks off, but I'd say it was really good for an airport, and $13 for the items was acceptable. 👍 🥡
