Worst Airport experience. Airport authority should instantly suspend their food license. How can anyone be so irresponsible about airport travellers health. They are selling NOT FULLY COOKED rice. Its disgusting. When we approached to them telling the rice is uncooked, they lady on the counter was like, “well i can’t do anything about that.” Being a grown woman that kind of response is very pathetic. Incident time and date: Nov 13 Wednesday, time 3:05 PM Atlanta time

Food was terrible here. This is the worst American Chinese food I've ever had in the US. Everything there was just too salty and soggy. The food seems to be sitting there forever. Fried rice was the worst. It's not even fully cooked! I just tossed away$15 meal here.

The associate went straight from sweeping the floor (with gloves) to boxing my food, without changing gloves. She even touched some of the food to put it back in the container …. using the same gloves she cleaned with. Also the food was dried out. I threw it away. It was truly revolting… I didn’t check their health score but I’m sure it’s very low. Hopefully someone with authority is able to read this and make changes - PLEASE do better - you should NOT serve food in these conditions!!! people could get sick!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The food was very cold and gross. The employees had a horrible attitude. It was pulling teeth to get them to do anything. They were lazy and unmotivated. The menu pricing was deceptive. There was a $1.00 up charge for a beef side. Not mentioned anywhere on the menu or informed by their incompetent employees. Worst airport restaurant experience I have ever had. I wish I would have checked Google reviews first as this seems to be a pattern for this establishment. I would avoid at all costs.

very poorly managed restaurant. staff was selling food not yet made or behind on orders. they were stacking boxes with orders and not fulfilling them (pictured) until a manager type came out and made some order of things. 1 staff member was literally standing around until the manager came out. you can see there's food on the line but they weren't even putting any food in the boxes. felt like a scam until the manager came out. update: the green beans and Veggie rolls were the only items out of this meal worth eating. I wasted 25 min waiting for my food as well as $20 and it wasn't worth any of it

Very much akin to Panda Express style Chinese food — not the highest quality but a very affordable price and quite the quick service. Best for a quickie meal in between flights at ATL airport. Staff and service were excellent! I don’t really understand reviews wanting high quality Chinese food for such a low price and in an airport. People should already expect that their 10USD will not get them far in terms of quality cuisine in a busy airport — set your expectations! Again, not the best food. A bit oily. Not the freshest… but for this price in an airport? It’s a fair deal. 3 stars only though — which is also fair!

I have 2 stars on the food because it wasn't too bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it and next flight I'll chose a different place. I chose 1 star on service because the young boy who made our plates was great but the cashier was to worried about making the other younger female coworker look stupid then to wait on customers. Hence to why I chose the 1 star for atmosphere. Two plates waiting to be paid for while she's telling the cashier to get out of her feelings. What happened to creating a positive work atmosphere so people didn't hate coming to work. She then was asking why I placed a fortune cookie on the other person's plate!!!! Had you been doing ur job you would have known we were together ....but it's just a fortune cookie get out of your feels 😉
