You're in the world's busiest airport. You already know the prices will be high, there can be a huge fluctuation in food quality and freshness from hour to hour and day to day, and the employees see literally thousands of people per day. Just engage with the staff: smile, say hello, be polite. Make them feel seen and appreciated and you'll get great service and possibly some extra noodles or spring rolls, wink wink, The food didn't knock my socks off, but I'd say it was really good for an airport, and $13 for the items was acceptable. 👍 🥡

Employees aren’t friendly. There is a $1.00 up charge for beef that’s not mentioned. They gave me like 2 slices of beef in my beef & broccoli. Very skimpy with food. The beef & broccoli was super salty and kinda gross. The rice was blah. The only good thing was my sesame chicken. Would not recommend. Also asked employee where forks were. She said at the end of their area. I looked and told her there are only 2 forks left. She just laughed.

Skip this place. The server had a bad attitude from the start, which set the tone for the whole experience. Portions were ridiculously small for what they charge — seriously overpriced for subpar food. Oh they charged extra for certain items but it wasn’t posted anywhere. No hot mustard either, which just added to the disappointment. Everything about the meal felt like a letdown. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I should’ve looked at the reviews and realized this is not worth buying from (dismal rating of less than 1.9). True to the rating, the food is awful. Primarily because it’s over salty. Not just salty but curl-your -toe dry-your-throat dehydrate-your-blood SALTY!!! Why they had to use this much salt (or soy sauce) I don’t really know since there seems to be some flavor to begin with but now overwhelmed by salt. Did I mentioned all’s salty?

I’m giving 4 stars only because I’m worried Google will filter out low ratings, but this place is absolutely not worth visiting. The food portion was tiny and overly salty. They charged an extra $1 for beef but only gave three small slices, and this surcharge was never mentioned upfront. On top of that, the soda was labeled $2.99 but was rounded up to $3 without notice. Dishonest and disappointing.

Meat was cold. Veggies were starting to turn color. Rice tasted old. Very disappointing.

I typically leave reviews on positive experiences to help boost businesses, however, I felt compelled to leave this review to Management for their awareness. This location is hands down the worst in comparison to other locations. My date: 7/17 around 6:10pm. I, and others, stood in line unnecessarily long due to the two ladies working, who spent more time conversing with each other, backs turned, doing unnecessary busy work and seeming to be purposely ignore customers, conveying that they had no interest in making sure customers were served quickly. There was no understanding from these two employees that this is an airport - efficiency is key! The soul food counter next door was pumping out customers while our line didn’t move. I was the sixth person in line and it took 20-25 min. I would have left, but now I didn’t have the time to invest in making another food choice or wait in another line. Multiple people made comments, subsequently stepping out of line and leaving. When they did engage with a customer they acted as though the customer was there to serve them and that the customer was interrupting their conversation. Lastly, the food was very disappointing! Rice: dry. Chicken: super salty. With this being an airport location, people may not feel leaving a review will change anything. There are many frequent travelers, such as myself, that like to hit their favorite spots at the airports they pass through. Having a bad experience results in your restaurant no longer being a favorite. Management - take notice.

I made a mistake with the food and my stomach hurt!! Walk a little and turn left, there are many well-known restaurants. Don't waste your money here! Go eat a bagel.
