We loved everything! Beautiful, romantic, peaceful and harmonious place. Food in restaurant for dinner was truly the best we had in Greece. It’s not cheap, but so worth it. Their homemade limoncello is really good! Only things that were missing is an area for kids to play with a slide or something and some little things like hooks to hang your towels on in the apartments. Other than that, we loved it!

Upon arrival we received great service and a warm welcome from Effe. Throughout our week long stay we were treated kindly and with exceptional customer service. However I was slightly displeased with the waiting times at the restaurant and grew impatient at times. Apart from this we had an amazing stay and we would definitely visit again.

My boyfriend and I came to Leedas with our family and friends because we were getting married on the island and wanted a quiet, romantic and family friendly place to stay. Our stay was beyond perfect and the staff did absolute everything to make our stay special. We stayed at Leeda’s villa, Semili A and Danea A. This is a paradise! Calm with lovely gardens, a lovely swimming pool, very good breakfast/lunch and dinner in their restaurant Zefki. All fresh and local. Very much privacy. We got champagne for free to celebrate our wedding and they helped a lot with arranging things. This is our second stay and we will definelty be back one day!

Very nice place to stay on Zakynthos, situated at 20 minute drive from airport and Zakynthos town and yes, you definitely need a car to get there and do some visits. It all started with a warm welcome and good news that we got an upgrade regarding the room-apartment. We had a nice little house on 2 floors with 2 balconies and very nice view on Marathonisi. Staff is very helpful and kind. We enjoyed breakfast outside, close to the swimming pool. Very nice located to visit the island and make a boat trip from Port of Agios Sostris. It was a pleasure to have outside dinners with nice view, close to the swimming pool. Besides the menu, the chef prepared daily 2 or 3 suggestions.

The best food we ate during our stay and we tried a lot of restaurants ! The chef is amazing, the servers as well especially Lou, so kind and professional. We recommend this place to everyone, all the products come from their farm, and the view is incredible.

My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed our stay at Leeda's Village on Zakynthos. The friendly staff, the fresh and delicious food from the hotel's own garden, and the breathtaking sea view from the restaurant made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend Leeda's Village and look forward to our next visit.

Have just returned from an amazing 10 days at Leeds’s village, staying in a 2 bed apartment with our 2 kids (11 &8). It was absolutely perfect. |The site is very picturesque, with very pretty, rustic stone villas set in a beautiful olive grove. There are scenic views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. The whole area is really green and lush. It is such a peaceful and relaxing place. Lovely bar, restaurant and pool area. Our kids loved spending time at the pool, it was very clean and safe.|Our apartment was very comfortable (shady, cool and air conditioned, super comfortable beds and everything we needed). |Food was fantastic. Breakfast is plentiful and served in baskets with lots of different items (cheese pies, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit, croissants, cake, honey, jams, juice, coffee).|We also had the fish bbq one evening and 2 other evening meals. The farm fried potatoes are delicious - the best chips I have ever had. Food is traditional Greek but with a modern but rustic twist and made using produce from the family farm which is nearby. We had pizzas one evening too, they were delicious.|Staff are friendly and helpful. Thalia -the manager- is always available and has lots of tips for visiting places around the island.|Given the location out in the countryside, a car is needed to really make the most of your stay. We loved exploring the island. The olive press museum is nearby and well worth a visit. |We had a fantastic, very relaxing family holiday. Leeds’s village is bliss.

For people that follow my blog and my review on Uk and italian sites you do know that I only review either if it has been an amazing experience or a very bad one||||Unfortunately this time has been a bad one||We had such great expectations for this place as the website is truly amazing and you would expect a great stay||||What we already encountered in Zante, (as a surprise since on other islands we didn’t!) is that they are quite cheeky and clearly misleading the guests on their choice! ||||For instance on the website is stated under inhouse that they have a spa ( with picture) but once you reach the hotel they will tell you that the spa is at 5 km away! They can arrange for a masseurs to come to your place. Also the yoga you need to book it and they will come to your room, we asked about a facial and after few days no one replied!||||They very eager to explain that most of the food comes from the farm but for instance you are not going to have ANY juice ( at breakfast or trough the day ) that is not from a tetra pack and from concentrate …I find this really strange and lack of professionalism. Also just few vegetables and fruit and a special cheese come from the farm. Everything else is not! ||||At breakfast ( if you have a breakfast included like us ) you will have few pieces of bread and petite croissant , a bowl of Greek yoghurt , 2 kind of fruit which are always the same and …hold on …the only eggs you can have is 1 boiled eggs !no scrambled, no sunny side …only boiled and only one !I find this shocking ! ||||Many guest were complaining about this !||Anyway the biggest set back for us has been that on the day we arrive our plan was to relax and have dinner at the hotel every night as the food is advertised as special !||On that day Thalia who is the “manager”of the hotel inform us that the chef it has a personal problem and cannot work …for the next few days||||I understand things can happen but not to have a service for dinner ( or a plan b) for a place that is isolated in the mountains is really unprofessional ||||So we have to take the car ( that luckily we have ) and search for a mediocre taverna around ||||Small note for people that might need to work on computer : the wi fi signal is weak and completely absent at some point||||We were not the only guest complaining ||||On the good note the place is truly amazing and has potential as it really look like an old village but is run with a too much of a laid back attitude, which we found everywhere in the island. ||||It’s a lovely place for children, My daughter really enjoyed the company of the dog and play with them, the farm is lovely, such a shame for a big potential but not used! We met the owner in the farm and he is very nice and so proud of his land! I wish he would choose more experienced people to run it! ||||||This is a personal point of view and subjective review
