On 12/17/25 at LEE’S on E. Flamingo I purchased $495.54 worth of liquor. Prince tried crediting instead charged me 2 more times total $1,513.80. I called spoke to GM Prince calling Corporate promised to call me back. NO RETURN CALL. On the 18th spoke to Prince then Airona at Corporate. Escalated to It/Secuirty. Call GM Prince again. Both promised to return my call. NO RETURN CALL. Called again on 19th spoke to Airona same response. AGAIN NO RETURN CALL. IN TOTAL 8 CALLS WERE PLACED NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS RESPOND TOO BY GM PRINCE, AIRONA OR CORPORATE. On 12/20/25 I filed a dispute with our Bank. Finally my cc was credited back. Lee’s never APOLOGIZED OR credited the 3 times points promotion instead they chose to keep the points. Lee’s can check our loyalty number to see if we are customers with a profile they want to retain. Unfortunately they demonstrated their absolute lack of concern for a very good customers. They use deceptive practices with their points/loyalty program. Total lack of customer care translates in to lost customers.

Great selection of wine ,beer and liquor. The staff was so helpful and friendly.There is one particular young man named Thomas that was so friendly and helpful he knew alot about what i was looking for made my shopping experience a great one.Everything was fully stocked and very clean. Great shopping experience will definitely continue to shop there and tell my friends and family.

My go to for all my liquor needs. I usually buy vodka, and Lee's liquor has the best prices in town. I usually go to this location, and the inside is clean, and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for affordable alcohol there's nowhere better.

I'm so glad the Lee family didn't freak out after, ya know, 9/11, and cram a Korean AYCE BBQ joint in their spare broom closest. That Lee family, resilient in their plight and future stress positions are a beacon of hope for anyone who has a pulse.

I'm not sure why it has any negative reviews. They have a HUGE selection and it's mapped out well so you're not spending too much time searching for what you want. I've only had pleasant interactions with the employees, even laughing and joking around with them like they are friends. Only place to buy alcohol if you're not a Costco member.

Everything is good in this store except one of the cashier a white guy with a tattoo in his neck , his attitude is horrible, he never ask for your phone number to make points , never said anything like hello or something like that

I came to Lee's on El Capitan on Saturday and bought the new black bar that I saw on FB with VGK on it. The lady grabbed it for me. I got it home, wasn't the correct bottle. So brought it back next morning, Sunday and they will not exchange or return! It was their mistake. Their worker illed it off the shelf and rang me up after I showed her the picture. I was upset that it was $65 now I'm pissed i don't even have the correct bottle for that $65! F Lee's I will NOT be back!

I love Lee's Discount Liquor! The associates are so friendly and helpful. Whenever I need something particular I always come here. Everything is neatly organized and the store kept clean. You can also sign up for rewards and benefits using your phone number. I recommend it!

Went to the East Flamingo store Saturday the 8th. I'll never go to your store again on the weekend. And maybe never on any day based on the way I was treated by what I think was Security woman but not sure. Very rude. She couldn't answer my questions and I told her she was rude. I told her I'd never buy anything at store again, she said I don't care. The management on the weekdays has been nothing but nice and very helpful. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store. I can't believe that you have a employee of any kind that acted like this to the customers, shame on her shame on you.

Worst experience I've had in a long time Go to literally any other Lee's please. I don't know what this cashier's issue was but he left me feeling very uncomfortable and he was very unprofessional.

This Lee's Liquor has a very large inventory. Everything from cheap wine to expensive wine, several beer options and everything you need to make simple and complex drinks. The employees are very friendly. They are more than willing to help answer questions and make suggestions if you want it. Just ask! They do not try to push high end or more expensive products and brands. They simply explain both and give you options. This is an easy location to find with plenty of parking.

Stopped in today after work. Picked up two bottles of the Peach Roscato. The cashier charged my card twice. One price was $ 55.25, and the other price was $ 28.16 for my bottles. When I asked her why I was charged the price of the person before me, she informed me to call my bank and get it reversed. Never did get a straight answer as to how that could happen. Asked if she could give me the cash or the difference in wine. She couldn't do it. Was just a strange thing. So I will be extra careful with your cashiers next time I go there.

I get to vegas once or twice a month and always stop at Lees on E Flamingo. The staff there is super knowledgeable and helpful in finding what you are looking for! Make sure you add this to your stops when traveling to Vegas!

I have shopped at this location for over 15 years. When Mr Lee and his son Kenny passed away things have changed. Everyday liquor is competitively priced but Champagnes and Wines in the locked cooler are substantially higher than at Total WIne. I would love to continue to support them but 20 extra dollars here and there adds up to a nice bottle of wine.

Their website said they had 7 different brands of sangiovese so we drove an hour to the store hoping to buy a case. When we got there, couldn't find a single bottle. Asked cashier: he told us to ask someone else. The 'someone else' was a stock guy - he said he'd never heard of it. After 45' of looking, he told us 'people need to look for themselves.' Needless to say, wasted trip. While there, we noted that most of the wines we usually buy at the grocery store just down the street were $3-4 more expensive here. Short story: misleading advertising, insouciant service, overpriced. We won't make that mistake again.

Lees is cool. I have been two times in the last few weeks randomly. They are the most stocked liquor supermarket in Las Vegas! Its unbelievable the size and amount of different types of booze they carry. And a Hell of a lot cheaper then any grocery store or small business. Why pay more when you can get your groove on here and save a few bucks? I got a bit lost in the store and there were several workers stocking shelves and were kind enough to show me to the right aisle. Thank you! Super easy to check out, nice employees. My go to spot when I roll into Las Vegas to grab drinks for the room! They have a few different spots and I usually hit the Blue Diamond location and sometimes the one of Flamingo! Well if you want to avoid sticker shock on and near the strip for booze, then this is your place! Great selection and solid prices to match!

In the past 40 years, we've purchased thousands of dollars of liquor from Lees. I called today to ask if I could get 3 (!!!!) boxes with the bottle dividers??? "Nope!" I was rudely told they "keep those inside for customers buying liquor!!! But there are smashed ones out back - that I can tape together!!!" Pretty sure past ownership/management of Lees (Mr Lee) NEVER treated a customer like this. Wow. Is all I can say. Just WOW. Conversely a competitor store (Total Wine) told me they have lots of boxes - just come whenever... lady was super helpful & polite.

My wife stops off once a week as she works practically next door to the place. I had to do an emergency move across town, and i needed cardboard boxes. I asked the lady at the front, "Can i please have some cardboard boxes, please?" She looked confused... she yelled out to the manager and said, " This gentleman is asking for cardboard boxes. Can we give him the ones that we are putting into the crusher... the manager gave a sharp NO. i was like, "Really??" I will be going to Wal Mart from now on...

Cruzan rum is here. Lots of flavors and great prices. Highly recommend for all of your Rum cake needs. Lol. Even creamed rum liquor. Get the deals while they are hot!

The store on 4230 Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV has issues. First, we had to call their corporate headquarters over being racially profiled several years ago, before the Pandemic. Their employee admitted to following us around the store thinking my husband and I were going to steal something. This, despite having an account with them with all of our info, having spent a lot of money in this store over many years, as well as being seniors. For an apology, we were sent a $10 gift card. In this latest incident on December 14, 2023, my husband and I bought around $250 worth of wine and champagne. After leaving the store, I had a feeling something didn't add up. When I checked the receipt, we were overcharged for some bottlles of the champagne, which was supposed to be $9.99 on sale. When I returned to the store and brought this to the attention of Natalie, one of the managers, she tried to convince me I was wrong. When I repeatedly showed her the overpayment, deceptively buried in the receipt, she relunctantly admitted to it, calling it a "computer glitch." Then comes the cashier, Beth, who starts arguing with me that I was mistaken even when her manager had just admitted the "computer glitch." Interesting the "glitch" was in their favor. This confrontation took over 30 minutes. I, yet again, reached out to Corporate to report this incident the next day. Spoke to Ariana, and was told Rich or Chris of the management team would call us. It's been a week and we've heard crickets. Avoid this store. Whoever is running it, if in fact Mr. Lee and his son passed away, don't have a clue about customer service! If you must shop here, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS! If not, you might be ripped off, as their receipts are purposely hard to decipher.

So I don't understand how a million dollar company charges for uniforms . 25$ for a sweatshirt 15$ for a shirt that I must wear... That is 4 hours of work just to pay for uniforms.... I can't afford to work for you Lee 's

Stopped in on my way home from work to pick up some kirsch for a cake I'm baking this weekend. No one was able to direct me. A kind distributor who was stocking shelves actually assisted me. Unfortunately, the shelves are scarce and very limited in offerings when it comes to Brandy. but I was able to find something similar to what I needed. When I went to check out I saw some pints and smaller airplane bottles and was looking at them to see if I could find a smaller bottle than what I was buying or something that would work better than what I had. Three employees were 20 feet away from where I was looking at the selection having a disagreement, bantering back and forth, boy did the female of the group have a mouth of a sailor. Definitely not workplace appropriate words regardless where you work. Just a gross mouth She suddenly screams at me "Your behind a register " in a very reprimanding and rude tone. I said "excuse me" and she screamed at me louder. I looked at her and just walked away. A simple "we're you looking for something special", or "can I help you with something, your behind a register " would have been much better customer service. I turned and walked away, paid, and left. I had a work call so sat in my car for a moment before I left. As I was leaving, the same rude girl walked out of the store and got in her white Nissan and bolted, she cut me off in the parking lot and ripped out of there like a bat out of hell. Apparently she needed to get her Jack in the box (seriously I was behind her going to the freeway) Just the worst experience ever! Hopefully, the manager will see this and talk to their employees. Teach them to take heated conversations off the floor eat a minimum, Just an awful experience in this place. Plenty of people walking around needing help to find things, shelves to stock or floors to sweep rather than have arguments on the floor and screaming at customers. Go to Total Wine or find a different location. Very ghetto in here!

I see you have fewer stars here at this location, no surprise. I have had to go back every two weeks with my receipt because I was double charged on my debit card for a bottle. Not the receipt, but it double charged to my account. This has been at least one and a half months ago. As if I will forget about it. I am not. Check your debit transactions this is so slick. They refuse to refund my money. They say they have to email IT department. For such a large store why can they not just refund at the register or customer service like every other store?! because they have no intention of giving me back my money that`s why.

My wife brought home a bottle of a very popular flavored whisky (in a sealed gift box). I had tried that whiskey before and didn't like it, so I asked her to return it for a bottle of the unflavored one. The staff at Lee's would not take back the still unopened whiskey, despite the fact that they had sold out of their stock of this particular whiskey. How stupid and short sighted of them; this is clearly a hot seller. That's OK Lee... I'll just take my future business to Total Wine, same prices without the attitude.

As much as I have had good experiences shopping at Lee's Liquor, today was not good at all !!! I called to see if they had gift cards and was told they did. I went to the one closest to my house and was told they do not have them at that location, so to try another. I went to another and was told they only take cash! Lee's does not make it easy to purchase a gift card !!! So many people shop at Lee's and yet they do not sell their gift cards online, which would make it so easy to send a gift! Not only that, if they have preferred customers as well as frequent customers, wouldn't it be nice if they kept a record of what these customers prefer so that you can buy a gift as well ?? Needless to say, our shopping experience today was very disappointing !!!

I went to this store because it was on my way home. I couldn't decide between Truly or White claw so I decided to try something new and bought Bon and Viv spiked seltzer... I figured whats something new. I got sick after drinking some and thought something at work made me sick and didn't pay much attention btw I bought a 12 pack! A few days later and I kept drinking them and I looked 5 days later after my purchase and realized they haven't gotten rid of their old stuff! This fucking alcohol expired June 11, 2019! It's 1/30/2020 people! Shit should of been gone a long time ago! This caused me to get a fever for 2 days! Check the expiration dates or you'll end up sick!

Solid place to get liquor. Local tip from a friend. Good bargains near the strip. Parking is adequate. They have specials. And have a good array for choices. Workers are also very helpful to find you your poison. Thanks Mr Lee But you gotta have a henny on your rack!

Lee's Liquor has Great selection of wine, beer liquor at great prices. The people are helpful and friendly. It's a great place to stop. It is right off the freeway Thank you Laura

It's great place for a wide and varied selection of wines, spirits, beer, liquor, etc. and they also have a whole aisle for things like soda, margarita mix, grenadine, and the like! I especially like their selection of craft beers. Prices are decent and they even have sales on some items too! Service is nothing to complain about. Not too many people around either so you can take your time checking everything out.

Very rude cashier, and the other one seemed aloof to anything that was going on. Sit in line they let others come in front of me it felt racist. I definitely will not be back. The one thing I could say was the young people that was working in the store stock in the shelves were nice. I didn't wanna have to do it but drove down the street and got what I needed. To another store because I refuse to pay my money in a place where I'm treated like trash no thank you.

Been a customer of this particular Lees for years and have never had a problem with any staff until today. Pregnant cashier with a nasty attitude. She's rude and non helpful. Would rather pay supermarket prices and avoid going to this store altogether while she is employed there. Recently returned to this Lees and was happy to see that the cashier I was referring to earlier is now on maternity leave. No longer have a problem with this establishment. Was there today and Charles V was a great help and a very pleasant person to deal with. Further proof that one bad apple does not have to spoil the whole bunch. And for the record with the exception of that particular cashier, everyone at this location is pleasant and very knowledgeable. I recommend this location.

When I went to Lees Liquor spent well over $100 computers are down trying to get points added to my account is a joke. Called the office they say I have points that are going to expire on 3 days!! I don't live anywhere near Lees liquor store I'm in a total different state! Be sure to ask to use your points when your at register. I'm sure I've had plenty of points expire. Had no clue this is how they run there points system. They used to sent $25 checks in mail. Do yourself a favor shop at Total wine! They are cheaper and they have a much better point system!!

I don't visit Lees anywhere unless it's maybe one of those rare occasions where it just happens to be directly on my way. Went today on East Flamingo. Manager and staff clueless and not very customer oriented. This is a depressing place and needs to be gutted and updated. BUT why bother when they are making money. Their chilled wine storage was full of non middle of the road bizzare sparklers. The best of all was the overflowing garbage greeter at the front door. Overflowing full of take out rubbish and god knows what. Not to visit again.

This was my first visit here sad I know but I usually go to Total Wine so I decided to give this place a try since it's closer. The store looks deceiving from the outside because it is huge inside. Several selections of beer, wine, liquor and mixers as well as gift baskets and mini items. Juliec helped me and she was great suggested a few different whiskeys and bourbons that were favorite and taught me a few things about what to look for in a whiskey. I've never had anyone take the time to walk me through the different types of whiskeys and recommend a few based on what I normally drink. This will definitely be my go to place for now on sorry Total Wine.

I no longer shop at this location. The homeless population in the alley is downright dangerous to drivers but the main reason is that they have no shopping carts. The store staff just shrugs and says the homeless have stolen them all. Try to shop without a cart! I now frequent total wine In Henderson which is a gorgeous store and makes the extra drive so worth it. Lees obviously has no pride in their store and the staff does not care.

I haven't seen Lindsey and everyone else here is cool. Going from 1 star for 4 now for that haha. They usually have stock of good selection and I haven't run into not finding what I want at this location.

Sure you may find a discount liquor store a few bucks cheaper than Lee's. But I have watched these guys grow, from the beginning until where they are now, and I don't mind supporting the Vegas liquor store even if it means spending a tad more. Not to mention variety, they have such a great selection. Wines, beers, spirits, upscale pricy stuff, mixers, and even goodies like blue cheese stuffed olives. About half of the time I go, they are doing a tasting. Love that! Also, they support other local Vegas business's so that's a huge plus! I have never experienced anything less than remarkable service. Even when I called to check on a certain product, the employee knew they carried the product but doubled checked to make sure it was in stock before me coming down. They offer a points program as well for discounts and offers. Always happy, every time.

Woot Woot! I can see the curvature of the earth in here! Man is this place big! I love a big ol' liqueur store! Yep Yep! Huge selection of wine, lot's to drool over! Amazing amount of booze to chooze from.. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you make a selection. This Lees is pretty close, but I have been to others and they are all pretty much the same, some are larger (if you can believe that)! Get in here, the prices are better than most stores and the selection is definitely amazing! Please do not drink and drive. No really, just don't..

This Lee's has everything that one might need to make the smallest drinks all the way to making complicated drinks such as long island iced t's. Lucky for us long island iced t's were what we were shopping for. This complicated drink takes seven different types of alcohol and we found them all for under 40 dollars. This included Captain Morgan brand rum. The only turn offs of the store is the wait time to pay and the store hours. When did reach the register had excellent service.

Wham. Bam. Where's the beer ma'am? This Lee's Discount Liquor spot is decent for your basic needs but not always reliable when it comes to craft brews. Most of the cold case is usually empty. Thankfully, I found my Jospeh James brown and was able to make my way out. I grabbed a few 2-liters for my roomie as well. Their wine and booze selection is fierce. Next time I need all the fixings for a mean manhattan, I know just the place.

This is a must stop if you are in Vegas and trying to drink on a budget. We walked out of there with several bottles of liquor and mixers for only $55. The selection is insane, the prices are great. Only complaint is the place was a bit dirty, but that can be overlooked. :)

Be careful with your reward points when shopping. Until 03/17/2020 I had 3800 points. On 5/12/2021 check how many points I have and there were 481 left! Today 6/30/2021 after shopping I saw on the note that I have 335 points. I called 702-451-0100 Customer Service, the woman who answered me was terribly rude and started argue with me after she couldn't give me an adequate explanation of where my points were going and hung up the phone. So be careful and watch your reward points!!!

This place is dope. Was driving around following craft beer leads on yelp and ended up here. Thank you Yelp, for steering me to the right spot! They have a lot of craft beer selections, a lot of which i've never seen before. And having a 500+ unique beer rating on Untappd, i'm running out of places to find such variety in a one-stop shop. Dare i say they have a better selection than my local BevMo? Yes, i do dare. So i picked up some Brew Dog Libertine Black Ale, Speakeasy Blind Tiger Imperial IPA, Hop box Imperial IPA from Joseph James Brewing, and Hop Juice from Left Coast Brewing, and that just about summed up my weekend experience in Vegas. kicked it on the balcony high above the bellagio fountains and played my downloaded Craps game on my phone. LOL F- that $8 fizzy yellow crap in the minibar at the hotel, go take a drive down E Flamingo Rd and get some quality booze for an awesome price.

I wish I could give you ZERO stars. We ordered liquor and you do not have the decency to let us know you can not deliver. What was that $10 delivery fee for? You took our money and now do not answer your phone. I have to now deal with my credit card company to get my money back, 8 days later! I am done with you. I will forever go to Total Wine, even if it is out of my way, and 10 times more. You dropped the ball BAD! PURE GREED!
