Lee's Dumplings and stuff

This is the kind of place that unless its your destination, your peripheral vision is going to notice it. I went at about 2 PM on Thu. Only 2 seats in the place. I had the Chicken with Cilantro dumplings. My concerns on quantity were dismissed when I was served what you see in the pix. I left full and fully satisfied. You could smell them being prepared. Everything is made to order. Portions were generous with the moist chicken and accompanying sauce working perfectly. I am most definitely returning this weekend. If I liked it, you'll love it.

one of the best restaurants in the entire world is right here in kensington philadelphia. i seriously cannot recommend this place enough!! i eat here 1-2x a week and if i really could i would every day. all the options are so well done. the staff is so friendly and nice. you can tell they put so much heart into the food. the chow fun noodles are everything to me. they are super chill about food modifications and allergies. love it!!!!!!!!! 5 stars and beyond.

I am a large guy with a very high standard for quality food. Lee’s Dumpling, and I am not exaggerating, is truly a Philadelphia gem. The love and passion that goes into this restaurant can be felt from a mile away. Normally with fried rice, you can kind of expect how it’s going to taste. HOWEVER, I ordered the anchovy fried rice with chicken here and was immediately blown away by the umami, portion size and presentation. To top it all off, the value of this meal is insane. This was an elevated experience and Lee’s Dumpling will be my go to restaurant going forward.

The high rating for this place is accurate. They have a small eating area so a couple of people could dine there, but it’s mainly a take out kinda place. Our group of six, tried three different dumpling orders and six different entree orders. Everything we had was fantastic!! It was hard to pick a winner from the entrees, but the chicken ginger scallion dumplings were prob the favorite. The staff was very friendly and helped with us with some recommendations. We’ll definitely return!

Found it accidentally down the street from my Lash Salon. Had their pork over rice and chicken pad Thai it was so good!!! And their DUMPLINGS ARE STUFFEDDDD. When I say stuffed!!! It is packed with meat. I end up ordering to my hospital and saw the guy that rang me up in person the day before. Nice guy gave me great suggestions. It is definitely HOLE IN A WALL place 🤫

I ordered the shrimp pad Thai, and it was scrumptious. Super fresh with big chunks of scrambled eggs, crisp bean sprouts, and sweet spring onions to top it off. I got it with a side of chili crisps which was a great addition. It wasnt too "peanut buttery" or gummy. Can't wait to try their other items.

Small, functional space with tasteful decor. The two of us sat at the window counter. Both owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food came out quickly and piping hot. They spoiled me for eggplant salad -- compared with what I'd had before Lee's had a lighter sauce and better texture (cooked quickly at high heat). The dumplings themselves were of course amazing: plump, flavorful, not greasy.

Lee’s Dumplings and Stuff is seriously amazing! The portions are huge, and everything is packed with flavor. The dumplings were massive and stuffed to the brim—so good. The cheesesteak dumplings with sharp provolone? Absolute game-changer. That cheese gave it the perfect kick. The lemongrass pork rice dish was another winner. The pork was juicy and seasoned perfectly, and the egg on top was a nice touch. Every bite had so much going on in the best way. We also tried the Thai peanut noodle bowl and it was incredible! The Thai sauce was so good—creamy, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. On top of all that, the owner was super nice, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for hearty, delicious food, you’ve gotta check this place out!

Recently moved near Lee's and have been super excited to try it out. We got the chicken ginger scallion dumplings and the peanut noodles. The flavor was insane!!! So good! Especially the dumpling sauce. And the dumplings were THICK. The prices were a little high but the quality and quantity is worth it. Staff was really nice and service was good. We will be back!

Are you looking for high quality, freshly made, authentic Asian tasty menu? Then you are at the sweet spot! I ordered three hot selling items and they are superbly made and de-li-cious. Pls note this is a takeout or delivery type of restaurant. Currently no dine in. Grubhub/DoorDash have the most updated menu available for reference. Or simply call in if you have questions. Great services, friendly staff with the owner working on the same spot, and FLAVORFUL dishes. This is not an Americanized Asian place, the dishes are quite similar to ones I grew up with (born and raised in Taiwan). The flavor made me homesick if that makes sense. These are dishes brought me back to Southern Asia, my taste buds are greatly satisfied. Lee's effortlessly managed to deliver! They cook with love and only hand out full containers no cheating. It worths every penny. When you are fully occupied with tasks but want something delish or simply tired of cooking, this place is ready to serve your next quality meal(s). It's open Tue thru Fri 11am-8pm. I am definitely coming back for more!

Cute little spot on Front St. We went around 730 when most businesses around it were closed. For a second we thought we missed it but it was just tucked in-between. Small spot, super clean, fast casual. My partner for the dumplings and the fried rice. I got the chili noodles with tofu. Portions were large and we had more than half of our food leftover. Will be back!

We thought it was great! The noodles were fresh and a nice texture. The samosa dumplings were creative. Our only suggestions for improvement were we could not really taste the Szechuan numbing in the other dumpling- but that might be easily fixed if we add a note next time to amp up the spice (we like spicy). The owner and staff seemed super nice when I picked up - and wow is the place clean and peaceful! We will definitely order again.

Best dumplings I've ever had! Got the chicken,ginger,scallion and BF got Samosa. He'd like more vegetarian options but said the Sampsa was also delicious. Good size portion of dumplings but get extra sauce.

My girlfriend and I just moved to this area and was very excited to try Lee's! Great local spot with authentic, high-quality food. Prices are reasonable and well-worth given the quality and quantity of food they serve. Had the Thai Peanut Noodles which were fantastic, and the chicken ginger scallion dumplings which were so crispy and delicious. They make their own in-house dumpling sauce and I think I could drink a gallon of it by itself... Also important to note that it's take-out only. They have one of the cleanest kitchens I've seen in Philly, and all the staff were incredibly nice.

Got their food for the first time last night and it was so good! Flavors were spot on. I had the shrimp pad thai that was on as a special or new on the menu. Balanced, a nice amount of shrimp and it had eggs, a good amount of mung beans, and peanuts (on the side). Honestly the best pad thai I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be back and can't wait to try other dishes. And the people working there are kind and welcoming.
