Lee's Grocery

I went the other day and there’s a really good selection of vegetarian and halal noodles and other various items. Definitely my new favorite store.

I was super impressed with this store. It was my first visit and the variety of products here is crazy! From fresh to frozen to shelf stable items I found was really kind of exciting for me as a home cook foodie. Frozen egg rolls were awesome. I Come from an area where bean sprouts go bad and slimy with a day or two and I was able to use the bean sprouts from here well into their 4th day with no worry at all. Produce seems super fresh. I haven't seen anywhere else with actual tanks for crabs/lobsters/etc. I didn't purchase any this time, but they looked clean and there was activity/movement in the tanks. I dunno, I loved this store. Employees were nice and friendly.

The largest Asian food market in the area, this grocery store has a wide variety of fresh/frozen and packaged items for sale. Although nowhere as large or extensive as an H Mart, they do have a decent selection. I've been here several times but as it is out of the way I tend to only come occasionally when I know I need several items, specifically varietal fresh mushrooms. I wish I had the time and money to really explore. They do seem to cater more towards the Vietnamese and Thai population (which duh) so you may not find that Japanese, Chinese or Indian item(s) you're looking for. If you're looking for something specific, it can be a little difficult getting help. They do get busy on the weekends like every other store.

Lee is a good Asian supermarket in south Mississippi. On Thursday through the weekend they have fresh produce all assorted vegetables. Friendly people there to help guide you to get stuff you need. Lee's has everything for Asian food preparation - full meat preparation available - extensive frozen food selection - lots of spices, sauces, teas, pastas, bulk rice and drinks. Only complaint is limited number of green vegetables and root vegetables available.

I wish there was an international market closer to Gulfport, but Lees is pretty unbeatable even if that came to reality. Their staff are friendly, their selection is immaculate. The amount of fresh and hard to find ingredients is delightfully shocking. I shop there as often as i can. It's always clean and the setup makes sense.

I just stopped by there and got two Dungeness crabs, even though they’re in a clear enclosure when the guy took the crabs he didn’t hold them up or anything to show before he just put them in a bag. I got home and one’s dead I called to inform them the lady stated she’ll have the manager call. However she returned my call and stated the guy said they were alive … And that I can still steam 🤔 I don’t know how long that thing has been dead y’all should be able to give more solutions than going off what y’all employee said I would feel better if you had said you ran the cameras and it was alive !!

I am impressed to find a good size Asian supermarket in a small town like Biloxi. This market have pretty much anything. Nice and clean.
