Google
Family-run fruit and produce stand with excellent selection and prices. Great deals on seasonal produce. My favorite part is the random bonus items in the fridges, which often include clam-shell salad greens / misc salad kits / dressings / juices. Shop local and support Lee's!

Google
A cheapest place to shop grocery. I will try to shop here for vegetables and fruits before I shop other place. Their food price is more cheaper than others.

Google
This is a real produce market, organized, clean, easy to navigate and didn't find a single " rotten" item anywhere. This is going to be my favorite Produce market 😁 Again I went shopping and thoroughly enjoyed the quality, the quality, nothing over ripe in fact it's as if I had picked the produce myself 😋🤸. And The couple that run the business are very polite and pleasant, Kudos

Google
Always a good experience here, great value and great prices. Support local! I usually get produce for the week here or if i'm in search of korean or latino specifics. They also have a few gems here that are donated every week so you never know what you'll find. I got a quart of Ellenos lemon curd puree for $1.50 since they're "best by" tomorrow. Hoping to make an impromptu lemon pie with it.

Google
I can't believe how awesome Mrs. Lee is and her prices are great. They also support the foodbank and have helped us when we're in a bind.

Google
favorite place to get produce in seattle. i moved away and after coming back 6 years later, i was so excited to see nothing had changed. great prices, friendly folks, excellent produce.

Google
Great place for veggies and staples. Often have fresh pasta, eggs, milk. I often find great meat in their freezer. Their veggie prices are ALWAYS cheaper than larger stores. Family ran as well! Keep White Center like this! My wife and i generally visit here every other night to purchase our evenings necessary veggies.

Google
Best family owned grocery with a lot of organic options! Sue is so nice. They always have fresh produce no matter the season. Love this little grocery in the heart of White Center.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Cheaper than the grocery store, and the farmers market too. I compare prices everywhere I go. Here are some example prices as of June 17, 2024: (I have been shopping since late 2020 here and all of these prices have stayed the same, so far..) Green onions: $0.79 each 5lb bag of salad greens: $4.99 each (my favorite) Apples: $1.49 per lb Mushrooms: $3.99 per lb Dates: $4.99 per lb Medium Avocado: $1.50 I'm blanking on the prices of onions rn.. :/ They are friendly here. One cool thing is every once in awhile the lady, I assume Mrs. Lee, occasionally even throws things in for free, or rounds down the price. I have also asked her for advice last fall for squash. One time I was buying a 5lb bag of greens and she noticed it was bad, and she said "No no!" and went and got a different bag for me. When the man, I assume Mr. Lee checks me out, which is the usual, I have started signing my name on the receipt with a smiley face at the end, and sometimes he looks at it and smiles too. I am thankful for this place.

Yelp
Lee's is an amazing produce stand. They always have a huge selection of fresh produce as well as some specialty items that are hard to find at a regular grocery store. They have a huge selection of spices and a few specialty international staples. The prices are unbeatable and the owners are super nice.

Yelp
Place is legit. I got tons of fruit and veggies, plus a huge tub of authentic Kimchi, Ginger, and Garlic (at $5 apiece!!!) for wayyy less than what you would spend at the grocery store. The stuff is all local and so fresh you gotta wash the dirt off when you get home. Definitely go here for all your fruit, veggies, and oriental/Mexican food supplies. I found this huge bag of sweet potato pasta that is only 70 calories a serving, super low carb count, and no fat, for $4! I also found the biggest bag of spinach I have ever seen in my life for sale at a store- even bigger than Costco. Think like a small trash bag size of spinach. If you have a family you need that! Or if you are just really healthy you could finish it in like a week probably. A mini bonus was that I wanted to buy some gerber daisies and he gave them to me for free. What a sweetheart! I'm coming back Lee!

Yelp
This plane IS legit. For $20 we get vegetable that QFC or Safeway would charge us $75 for. Plus the vegetables are in better shape a nd last longer than a lot of the other vegetable vendors. Family owned, friendly, local. We try to get all our veggies here.

Yelp
Amazing quality for a a great price. Everyone here is very friendly and always ensures you leave with the highest quality product. Ditch your local supermarket and shop all your fruit and vegetable needs here. You'll be glad you did.

Yelp
Was looking for korean rice cake and they had it... it's a good produce place. The owner was very helpful. Glad I stopped by and checked it out. White center needs a korean grocery store

Yelp
Lee's has THE MOST adorable groceries !!! I love juicing and this is my one stop shop !!! Juicing can cost an arm and leg . But thanks to Lee's I can afford tk be healthy. I once saw a patch of basil for $1, normally $5+ at Safeway ! And now they're having organic girl super greens for $1.50 buy one get one off !! Please support small businesses! This is a win win situation folks !

Yelp
Great place to get reduced price produce (because it is generally close to the expiration date). Just make sure that you check the expiration dates and condition of produce before buying. As long as you know this going in, there should be no surprises. The only downside is that the selection can vary wildly from day to day, but that is part of their business model. It just makes for a shopping adventure!

Yelp
It's like the Grocery Outlet for produce. But in the best way possible. Varying selections of produce each day. They carry your basic items like garlic, onions, greens, potatoes, etc. Plus I've seen large bags of restaurant quality mixed greens, organic raspberries, and organic mangoes for cheapsies. My last visit, they had both organic granny smith and gala apples for 79 cents a pound. It's great here. Pro-Tip: Don't forget your reusable bags. They only provide empty produce boxes. Much like Costco.

Yelp
I found so many great things here, and I was so surprised with the prices! Amazing deals for high quality, fresh produce. Way less than you would spend at the local grocery store. They gouge! Come here and find out what you're missing!

Kandice K.

Yelp
Great, fresh produce at AMAZING prices! Also, a really great way to shop local and support small businesses.

Yelp
Do you need something specific and only have time to stop at one place? Don't go here. Could you purchase a range of fruits and veggies, and you are looking for a deal? GO HERE! It's true, I now have prejudice against the prices of produce at grocery stores because of Lee's. The prices are INSANE. As other Yelpers have mentioned, be sure to check expiration dates. This isn't the place to stock up on stuff because it is typically nearing expiration, but this is TOTALLY the place to go if you want it quick and cheap. The staff is friendly, and I can always find something that tickles my fancy here. Other cool thing- they often have pre-packaged salads from places like QFC and Met Mart that are usually like $5; they mark it down much cheaper. I have found Friday afternoon to be my most rewarding times in here. If you haven't been here, go here and embrace the treasure hunt!

Yelp
This place has ruined me. There's no way for me to go into Safeway and buy bananas or carrots anymore. I feel so ripped off going to one of my local grocery stores and buying fruit or veggies. There's just no way you can go to Safeway and get a box or veggies and fruit for $15. I will make two shopping trips if veggies or fruit is needed. I live probably about 10 or 15 minutes away, so in a way, it is "out of the way" for me to come here when Safeway and QFC are about 3 minutes away from me. However, the prices at Lee's make it worth it. I'm always so surprised when they get done ringing up the two baskets that I have and are like, "$17.22." Like, how!??!?! Seriously - go support this family and buy your fruits and veggies from them.

Yelp
Great family-owned produce stop tucked out of the way off of 17th. The Nasatkas are friendly and very helpful. Along with groceries they sell homemade kimchi and short rib kalbi, and custom party trays. I haven't tried these yet, but now i know where to go when I want them! I scored major produce here with the $1.25 bags. Took home nopales and righteous shiitakes and sweet, fresh figs. Kicking myself that I didn't grab the big bag of avocados! I had more than i could eat - I shared with several friends. There are sundries and dry goods inside. Bulk grains are affordable. Lee's really shines with their produce selection which changes daily, so you need to come in and look around to find the best deals and the freshest stuff. The Java Joint is really popular - I saw an endless stream of patrons while I shopped for my dinner.

Yelp
What an awesome array of really good foods. Items I've never seen before. You can't beat the prices and this women-run shop goes the extra mile. They even peel and bag fresh corn!

Ashlyn P.

Yelp
Awesome grocery stand with a large selection of fruits and veggies! They have many tropical produce I would have never tried if I hadn't gone here. However, recently some of our fruit we bought was a little bruised when we got into the car. Either way, I love this place and come here often.

Yelp
My family and I heard about this for the first time Wednesday!! So of course we had to go and boy were we impressed! Loved it!!! So awesome! Anytime we're off island on the seattle side we are totally stopping in! Even my mother who was visiting from California said when she comes back that she was stopping by when she gets back in June!

Yelp
Nice place to get fresh veggies of all different sorts! The pricing is very fair and their hours are pretty much when there's daylight. The variety is better than expected and they have a few asian and mexican products for sale as well. Kept very clean and the staff is super friendly. Looking forward to buying more groceries from here.

Yelp
I've been going to Lee's for 5+ years. Nice, hard working family. Great prices. The give us good deals, sometimes free, when we are buying to feed the poor. Try it--you'll probably like it. I do.

Amity H.

Yelp
I love Lee's Produce. This is a long-standing family business with great product and some of the best prices in town!!! Could not recommend more.

Yelp
Great little gem in West Seattle/White Center area. In addition to plenty of affordable produce, they also have a good supply of Asian (especially Korean) groceries, which saves me a trip to Uwajimaya!

Yelp
I LOVE Lee's! Best kept secret in Seattle. Been going for years and will continue to support this locally owned business.

Yelp
The White Center Food Bank has partnered with Lee's Produce since May of this year through our 2010 Healthy Food Gift Certificate Program. This market was selected for participation in the program because of the quality and price of the produce they stock. I have received very positive feedback from food bank clients who have used their certificates at Lee's Produce and were very pleased. The pre-packaged $1.25 bags are a real hit.

Yelp
Absolutely Wonderful. Super friendly family run business offering an enormously bountiful array of produce for super inexpensive. I love coming here and seeing what is being offered. A good mix of conventional and organic. Also some dry goods. Be ready to enjoy as the produce within a couple days because it's ripe!

Yelp
a family-friendly business that sells fresh produce/fruit among other items. they also operate a great expresso stand called java joint on site. this family has been very active in the community through their volunteer involvements and donations. whenever we have a communty event, we can count on them for a box of banana or apple. look for the mural that will be up soon on the wall of the store that celebrates the cultural diversity of white center...
