Yelp
Lee's is considered the usually the lowest tier bun mai, which wouldn't ever cross our mind to get. Never thought I'd ever hit up a Lee's Sandwiches again. But local Vegas just doesn't have any places we've liked so far. It's a commercialized bun mi, that's lower quality than Banh Mi.Cge Cali's mass produced version. I thought it was the cheapest too? But looks like they can cost the same as other places too.
For Vegas, Lees could be comparable to other places due to its cheese head spread, and generic offering. The taste is the same. But it's usually the lowest tier due to its bread quality, with the amount of bread is a lot per bite, and fillings are sparse.
$6.95 combination
$7.25 combination special (includes pork).
For Vegas,
- SO still likes Co Anh's Sandwich and Noodles Kitchen for his banh mi due to huge amount of meat out into it.
- There is no banh mi place I like so far. Because of that I would consider Lee's Sandwich on my banh mi list. It wouldn't even cross my mind to be on my LA list though. SO really didn't like it. But at least the taste wasn't as off as other places for me. Other places will give more quality bread, more meat, and garnishes like cilantro to pickled carrots and radish.
