Where to order banh mi sandwiches in Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"Vietnamese banh mi chain Lee’s Sandwiches has three Las Vegas franchises, including a Chinatown location, a Silverado Ranch location, and a southwest location. Grilled pork, pork meatball, pate, sardine, and grilled chicken are a few banh mi options on the expansive menu, which also includes breakfast sandwiches and pastries." - Krista Diamond

I don’t know what Lee’s secret is, but they never run out of bread. Grilled pork bánh mì is my go-to, and no one does it quite like Lee’s Sandwiches in Chinatown. This place has been a staple for as long as I can remember, serving up consistently solid sandwiches with zero fuss. The grilled pork is flavorful, slightly sweet, and perfectly charred — tucked into a crisp 10” French baguette with crunchy pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, and just the right kick of jalapeño. It’s everything you want in a bánh mì. Service is fast, prices are more than reasonable, and the food always hits the spot. Don’t come here expecting ambiance — it’s all about the food and speed. That said, the parking lot is famously terrible. Tight spots, chaotic exits — it’s Las Vegas parking at its worst. But there’s free parking, and that counts for something. If you want a no-frills, quick, and tasty bánh mì, Lee’s is still the local go-to. Original Review: June 2025 FOUR STARS (Excellent) Superior. Memorable, high-quality food; unique environment; notable service. If you found this review helpful, please hit the ❤️ button and consider following me.

Always good fresh bread. Sesame balls were fresh and crunchy. Pork and chicken Bao were good with an egg in each one. Don't really like the dough for the Bao, bit too sweet and cake like. Great iced coffee and matcha green tea frap.

I went on the cultural pilgrimage that is to try Lee’s Sandwich which I’ve heard so much about. But is it suppose to taste like that? I had their vietnamese ice coffee which is pretty standard but nothing mind-blowingly different than the vietnamese ice coffee that I can get in Boston. The vietnamese sandwiches are more like french baguette than to the banh mi that I am accustomed to. The bread itself was not crisp and chewier than I was expecting. I ordered two types of banh mi, the lee’s combination and the grilled pork. There was not a lot of filling honestly and the grilled pork was the better of the two. I did enjoy the pate chaud though. They ran out of the pork one so I settled for chicken but it was also good. The pastry itself was flakey and the stuffing in the center was well seasoned and peppery.

Ive seen lee's frozen viet coffee concentrate in asian stores and am happy I got to finally try the sandwiches at this spot!! Also, considering this is my 1st time eating their sandwiches, i cant attest to quality from previous years. Decor feels like its stuck in 1990s. I like it. It looks like a nice place for young folks to hang out and eat snacks along with their sandwiches. The sandwich size is comparable to places in DC but not in NYC. I def prefer NYC sandwiches more but these were a nice / quick meal. The egg rolls were fine. They dont have the Woodear mushroom so its doesn't give me an authentic feel. I would come for a quick snack. I prefer NYC ones which are differently shaped (lees are more skinny tubular and NYC ones are more almond shaped) and more filled with ingredients. #11 only had 3 slices of cold cuts, pate, and the works. I think overall, $8.50 is overvalued for the filing amt. Even in NYC chinatown, you can get a bigger sized bahn mi with 2x meat for similar pricing. It isn't a must first try BUT it was nice to see the restuarant of the grocery store item I've seen so many times. Soda refills are 49 cents. The prepared food offerings are slacking Though. They only had one steamed bun and some baked pastries/egg rolls on display/for sale. #11 $8.50 5 pcs "egg" roll (pork and shrimp) $6.50

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Grilled Pork (#5) and Special Combination (#11) sandwiches. The baguette is warm with a soft center and a crunchy exterior. The vegetables of house pickle (carrots and radish) are sweet and crunchy and the jalapeno gives that blast of heat. The grilled pork is on the sweeter side as well but very delicious! Ambiance: 5/5 - large eating area with lots of tables and chairs. They have packaged food products for sale as you walk through the door that directs you to the counter. They have a large window for you to see the bread that are proofing but it was empty when we visited the location. The location is in a strip mall with a shared parking lot with other businesses so it can be quite challenging to get through. Service: 5/5 - short interaction but very quick and to the point. A gentleman calls out the number in English which is repeated by a speaker system in multiple languages. Value for price: 4/5 - yummy food, quick service, and reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, the portion size is a bit on the smaller end so we needed about 1.5 sandwiches to be satisfied.

Nice and open space. The setup there is very good and organized. Service was fast and prices were good. I ordered two egg rolls and the special combination sandwich. It was loaded with meat and was very hefty. For almost 8 bucks you got what you paid for. It tasted ok. I wish the bread was baked a little more. It was too white and too soft, after all its a baguette, not white slice bread. The other bad was that the sandwich had almost no mayo which is what binds everything together. I hope to try other items there, hopefully they will be better. Overall good for the value.

One of my favorite stops in Las Vegas Chinatown. The ice coffee ($6) is one of the best, I just wish I could get more coffee than ice ratio and at a cheaper price. The banh mi ($6+) is good, but I recall a few years ago the bread was fresher and better. Still a good banh mi and great ice coffee. Service is standard stuff and the other buns and hot pastry they sell are still delicious.

Yelp
Whenever I am in Las Vegas, it is a must to stop at Lee's Sandwiches at this point. This is my third time in Las Vegas within the last year and without fail, I am here. This is what we ordered: 2 Large Iced Lee's Coffee, BBQ Pork Banh Mi, Grilled Pork Banh Mi, and Special Combination Banh Mi. It was all ordered to eat later since we needed to grab food before we started getting ready for EDC. This was a quick 10-minute Uber drive from our hotel on the strip. It was a little busy inside, but we luckily beat the big crowd that came in after us.

Yelp
$7.45 #1 Combination Banh Mi. Lees is the lowest grade banh mi, which I never thought I'd consider ever. But for Vegas, it's probably the best banh mi there is in terms of decent taste. Alot of local places can offer more meat, better quality meat, or better bread but they are always off by something. Back in LA/OC, Lees would be a 2 star for me in terms of quality, affordability, and scarcity. So random, but they offer $3ish corn dogs, $3 fries, etc here too. It's located in a busy popular tourist plaza.

Yelp
The sandwiches are delicious. The bread has always been fresh and crispy but always nice and chewy at the same time. One thing I do wish is that the veggies were more pickled but I still love the sandwich overall. The coffee is so good. Nice and strong but the right mixture of condensed milk so it's not too overpowering. They also have the good ice. I love that they also have different snacks and candies to purchase around in the store. Definitely on our to do list every time we come to Vegas.

Yelp
Lee's Sandwiches has EXCEPTIONAL SANDWICHES and pretty awesome staff. I didn't realize this was so close to the strip. I Don't know what's with three stars but I call BS. Lee's deserve a five star.

Yelp
Delicious! The sandwiches aren't the best quality, but they definitely hit the spot when you're craving an authentic Banh Mi. Coffee is great if you love strong Vietnamese coffee. Ordering and waiting on the food took a hot minute and it was kinda humid/hot inside the restaurant, but nothing unbearable. Would go again if I were in the area.

Yelp
Havent been here in years, asked for light ice and i see they are still shorting me. Why are they so stingy? Is coffee really that expensive? So ridiculous. The sandwiches are still good though, great bread

Yelp
Honestly can't go wrong with a good Lee's sandwich. My go-to is always the #1 combo with extra pâté and an iced coffee that keeps you awake. They have tons of yummy Asian snacks too, so you don't have to go to Ranch 99 if you don't want to. Service is easy and fast, what more could you ask for?

Yelp
The elderly asian lady that worked the register 7/12 @ 5:24pm was rude even after giving us the wrong order. She could have apologized and corrected it but didn't. Instead someone else had to intervene. Some people should not be in customer service roles. The coffee is always great. Customer service only got one star since another lady came to the registry to help.

Yelp
I always have to stop by for an banh mi and Vietnamese coffee when I'm visiting. Is it the best banh mi I've ever had? Nope. I've had better. But it's fresh and made to order. Plus the Vietnamese coffee with crushed ice is amazing, it keeps me going on a long day. They have a lot of options on the menu, and they also sell Asian snacks like shrimp chips and sweet treats.

Yelp
One of the nicer Lee's sandwich shops. They have a full array of sandwiches- Asian and European along with the appetizers too. They also have quick snacks and convenience foods too. This spot has plenty of seating if you want to sit down and eat.

Yelp
I had the pork sandwich - Asian style, and a cookie. It was good. It was definitely hard to beat the price. I enjoyed the sandwich.

Yelp
During my recent Las Vegas excursion, I enjoyed exploring numerous eateries on and off the famed Strip, particularly in the vibrant Asian districts nestled along Spring Mountain and Rainbow streets. Amidst my culinary adventures, one standout experience was indulging in the delectable offerings at Lee's Sandwiches. This gem became a recurring highlight of my trip, drawing me back three times throughout the week. While I sampled banh mi sandwiches from various establishments, Lee's rendition stood out for its exceptional freshness and generous meat portions. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, accentuated by bread that tasted as if it had just emerged from the oven. On top of the delightful banh mi, I had the pleasure of experiencing Lee's Vietnamese coffee for the first time--a decision I certainly didn't regret. This beverage swiftly secured a spot among my favorites, boasting a perfect balance of robust coffee and sweet undertones. Whether you're a coffee lover or simply seeking a lovely accompaniment to your meal or dessert, this Vietnamese coffee is an absolute must-try. Despite being part of a larger chain spanning the West Coast, this particular branch of Lee's Sandwiches exceeded my expectations with its stellar banh mi and steam buns featuring succulent pork, savory mushrooms, and egg. Thus, I was genuinely surprised to discover its middling rating on Yelp, as my personal experience warrants nothing short of a glowing 5-star review. However, it's worth noting that the dining experience at Lee's Sandwiches is not without its quirks. The parking lot can be chaotic, especially during peak hours, so I'd recommend arriving early or opting for off-peak dining times to avoid the frenzy. In conclusion, Lee's Sandwiches is a culinary treasure in the heart of Las Vegas, offering unparalleled banh mi sandwiches and Vietnamese coffee that leave a lasting impression. As for me, I'll undoubtedly return to Lee's every time I find myself in Vegas, eager to savor their exquisite offerings again.

Yelp
Food: good selection of traditional Vietnamese sandwiches as well as croissants/American style -not sure what's happening with other traditional selections of pre-made dishes and desserts Service: slow at times but overall friendly and productive Ambiance: decent sitting arrangements with deli cafe type atmosphere

Yelp
I saw this place on the fly! I have been craving a Vietnamese sandwich with the red pork! There version has picked veggies and jalapeños for a kick cilantro and some type of sauce. They make the bread in house daily so we were served our sandwiches on fresh bread that made it so delicious! The woman at the counter was very friendly and welcoming I wasn't sure what sandwich it was and we talked through it until I knew I was ordering the correct one she was so patient and kind! They are a pretty big size so plenty of seating they also have lots of other stuff for you to choose from, we are so glad we stopped here and I will probably e craving this until I eat it again!

Yelp
I'm pretty sure this is rodent hair on the bread. Or someone got a hair cut in the kitchen. Or maybe insect legs? Unsure. Disgusting nonetheless.

Yelp
This was an amazing hidden gem the fresh breads and meats are delicious you should give them a try I've had this location and my wife had the other on rainbow and nether disappointed this is my opinion always please try for yourself

Yelp
Not like it used to be. Limited sandwich options. Low inventory. Barely any meat in my pork sandwich. Good bread and veggies. Cafeteria type seating. Friendly service.

Yelp
My boyfriend love this place. To me this place was decent for their banh mi when you were super hungry. I do wish that the bread can be crispier. The amount of meat was just right. Their coffee was good. This place is so conveniently located next to several desserts places that I liked. The parking lots has plenty of spots. This place is self service. Orders in the line and when they called your number you pick up your food.

Yelp
Great sugarcane drinks served promptly. Conveniently located in a plaza with plenty of indoor seating and accessible restrooms, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Yelp
Cheap eats. Pretty consistent quality. I typically come here in the morning. Not to busy at that time so food is ready fast. Never had an issue with service. Love their coffee and snacks.

Yelp
Special promo was buy steamed or fried pork and get 1 free fresh baguette. Simple meal of sliced steamed pork with baguette was enough to satisfy me. Very friendly and patience cashier while I taking long looking at the menu.

Yelp
Large place with Asian or European style sandwiches. Fresh baguettes baked every 30 mins. DELICIOUS! Many varieties and customations available. Incredible smoothies. Very friendly staff. Very clean. We will DEFINITELY go back. Again, fresh bread for sandwiches was AMAZING
google avatar

Yelp
This is the worst Banh Mi I ever ate, it was completely tasteless! Why they did not put any seasoning on the Banh MI? Do they even know how to make it? Or the staff did not get trained well? I will not come back.
google avatar

Claude R.

Yelp
My first time here after driving by for years. The sandwich is simple. I got a number 4 grilled chicken. Not a lot of meat. I was expecting something different slices chicken breast). There was little dark meat sautéed chicken pieces in what tasted like a teriyaki type sauce. It was fine. The stand out is the fresh baguette. I would have been just as happy with just a loaded veggie sandwich.
google avatar

Chi H.

Yelp
First time here and they packed their banh mi really good, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Coffee was good just too much ice. 2nd time, they skimp on filling the banh mi up when we Uber Eats. The egg rolls were good but their wings was not good. Too salty and too much breading. 3rd time, got a pate chaud, coffee, sugarcane and durian smoothie. Sugarcane was horrible and taste artificial. Smoothie was okay. The pastry was skimpy. Not enough meat in the meat pie. Service was decent and the place is spacious and clean. I think I like the mom and pop store better than this chain.

Yelp
I love bahn mi. Hue Thai was my favorite before we lost it to Covid. I've given Lees 3 different chances to prove my opinion of them wrong before leaving this review. Price point is great. Vietnamese coffee is good- they even have that good, good ice. And their pork-shrimp egg rolls are great. However, every time I've had a sandwich from them, something just tastes off. I've had their bbq pork, grilled pork and the last time I tried their chicken bahn mi. I can't pinpoint it... but something in the flavor of their meat has me gagging.
google avatar

Chloe C.

Yelp
viet coffee - ok this one's actually p good but it's like 89% ice and u can't adjust the ice and it's like $7 banh mi - all of them are bad. like idk the whole thing is just bad, there's barely any meat/veggies/anything inside
google avatar

Yelp
Been here over the years, never did a review Great place to go get a nice Asian or European Style Sandwich. Lot of variety, good service most of the time, lot of turn over with employees. Dining area is spacious & clean. Like that they have open restrooms.Service is prompt. Prices have risen since Covid accordingly. Usually order the #1 combination & # 6 BBQ pork Sandwiches. Boba drinks are delicious. Great place to get a delicious food fix quick!
google avatar

Yelp
I can't remember the last time I had Lee's Vietnamese coffee, but it was overdue. I couldn't pass it up while in Vegas. They had quick service and the place is huge. The coffee was the same as I remember in CA. Banh mi sandwiches looked good too, but that's for another visit.
google avatar

Cynthia C.

Yelp
Lee's used to be so good but I noticed their consistency is dropping with quality. The last couple of times my food wasn't fresh. I ordered the #6 BBQ PORK. The pork was hard and overcooked. The bread wasn't fresh either and a bit hard. The Thai tea I ordered was supposed to be blended and the cashier even confirmed it was going to be blended but when I received it, it was iced. The boba was old. The consistency was chewy on the outside and hard on the inside. It's not really comfortable to talk to the workers up front because they have a bad attitude. The whole vibe in there is negative and unwelcoming. I hope to see them renovate this location because it's run down and dirty. The tables are never clean. The restroom is so dirty and broken. The restroom door is janky. The whole restaurant needs a deep clean. It could be so nice if they put a little money into decor, seating, and fixing their restrooms.

Yelp
I love this place. During pandemic shut down my company ordered us sandwiches everyday from about 6 different sandwich shops. I was always happy when it was Lee's sandwich day! I thought I need to find the place. Well months went on I left that job. Now I work off Spring Mountain. I took a drive to see what was around and there was Lee's Sandwich Shop. I had to stop in. I am so glad I did. Not just a sandwich shop. They offer a variety of boba, smoothies, and teas. They have asian and euro options. plus egg rolls and other appetizers. As well as asian snacks and grocery. Next time I stop in I want to try the coconut waffles! I had a veggie on a croissant and it was exactly as I remember. Fresh avocado, real cheese, tasty sturdy croissant. So good. Since I work over there now it's going to be a regular stop.

Yelp
Whenever I'm craving a satisfying meal, I find myself drawn to the BBQ sandwich at this spot - and it never disappoints. Its delectable flavors and consistent quality have made it a weekly staple for me. During my recent visit, I decided to venture out and try the chicken eggroll. While it didn't quite live up to my expectations and was a tad dry, I didn't mind much as I was primarily there for the iconic BBQ sandwich. With its succulent, tender meat and rich barbecue sauce, this sandwich is the real star of the show. It's evident that the focus here is on delivering top-notch flavors in every bite, and that's precisely why I keep coming back week after week. If you're in the mood for a truly delicious sandwich experience, this place is a must-visit.

Yelp
Delish ! Fresh baguettes baked onsite . Fresh ingredients. ! We had the #1 & #85. Also order the red bean and mung bean sesame balls and the bbq pork bahn bao. All were delicious ! Definitely recommended !

Yelp
Great bahn mi sandwich and great prices !! Spring rolls were fresh !! Everything made to order. It's a self serve place and clean !! Enjoy. Our sandwich was only $7 and it was a full sandwich!!

Yelp
Ever since this place opened, I love their products! First and foremost, I used to come here for fresh baked goods. Their french bread is amazing, especially when it's fresh out of the oven. Their croissants are absolutely delicious too! They are not overly sweet, and the texture is very good. I love their sandwiches made with the croissants. It adds very nice flavor to the meal. Another great reason I love coming to this place because they sell a variety of delicious, deli style dishes too. I love their Sesame Balls, and some meat filled pastries! Also, they sell my favorite French butter too! It's little bit pricey ($14.99) for a small container but it's really delicious! Service can be very fast or very slow depending on the time of day and especially if you are waiting for the freshest rolls to come out of the oven. But the employees are always very nice here! The sandwich shop has a huge dining area. Always very clean! Parking can be tricky due to the location, but it is worth walking from a little further away if you can't park immediately at the entrance.

Yelp
As always Lees sandwiches delivered. It definitely does not have the best decor or ambiance, and the parking can be hard to come by. But the Vietnamese coffee is definitely worth it. Although it is not the best bang mi in the city it is a very good one definitely in the top 5 I have tried. The service is also pretty good. But not the best. They sell different foods and snacks also inside the restaurant that are prepared separately. The restroom is definitely not the best but it is clean. Would I recommend here definitely yes the food is definitely good and we all go to restaurant for food the rest is just the icing on the cake. So yes definitely go to Lees if you by one it will be worth it. They have several locations here in Las Veg

Yelp
First time here, we got the Asian sandwich meal, tried the infamous ice coffee, pork bun, pate bun, everything yum. Definitely will go back
google avatar

Yang N.

Yelp
The sandwiches were good but our sodas came out flat. Even when they fixed the CO2 it still came out flat they ended up giving us bottled coke. The cashier seemed a bit lost in customer service. Combos come with egg rolls but they one had one left. If we wanted the combo she said we still had to pay full price with one less egg roll ‍ lately we come and there are no spring rolls or other options that we want are unavailable, customer service use to be better too Quick update!!! Just went to the restroom and one of the employees just left without washing their hands!! what the heck is going on?! I definitely won't be returning

Yelp
My usual first stop when I'm visiting Vegas would be In-N-Out. Not anymore. Lee's is now where I'm going first when I'm in town. The Vietnamese iced coffee alone is enough to make me want to visit again! It's strong, but not too sweet (unlike others I've had). The crushed ice also takes the drink to the next level. I just wish half the drink wasn't iced.. either way, it's DELICIOUS. The banh mis are a good snack but kinda overhyped. But I think the bread could be better. :( I would get it if I was hungry and in a pinch, but I think there is better out there. Surprisingly, the pork+shrimp spring rolls are SOOO GOOD. I was nervous to try it but I'm very glad I did. The wrapper is crispy and flaky. The stuffing is well seasoned and they don't skimp on the shrimp or pork!!! I miss Lee's so much -- can't wait to be back!!

Yelp
I stopped around 7ish pm to grab a quick Vietnamese ice coffee. They were quite busy with orders. They had 5 staff on the floor helping customers. The operation looked pretty quick since assembling the sandwich should be quick. But I literally waited almost 15 mins for just 1 order of coffee. It shouldn't take more than 2 mins to make. Finally when I got inpatient for my order, I asked the lady at the front register if anyone was making the coffee and why is it taking so long. She immediately felt defensive and said "oh! I don't handle the back. Let me check." She when turned around to the back to ask who was making coffee.. All the sudden you see a lady run across from the bread oven to the drink station to get my coffee drink which took less than 1 minute! Omg!!! I can't believe they totally forgot my order. I was also disappointed the coffee wasn't even good. It tasted watered down and didn't have the buttery texture. Blehhhhh.. the service was horrible and food quality was poor. It will be awhile before I come back to Lees.

Yelp
I've always been a big fan of Lee's Sandwiches. My go-to sandwich is #14 Pork Loaf and sometimes I'll add pate to it. I would ask for the veggies on the side so the sandwich doesn't get soggy by the time I get home unless I'm eating it immediately after purchase, then I'll have the veggies in the sandwich. Anyway, when I'm in Las Vegas, this is the Lee's I go to for my goodies. When I was here back in July 2022, I didn't get sandwiches, but I got their croissants and sesame balls with red bean. Unfortunately, their croissants was a bit dense IMHO... they were heavy and doughy... I was hoping they would be lighter and fluffier like the Costco croissants. Sesame balls were good though. Sometimes I'll get their long baguettes, but I didn't this time around. Last but not least, Lee's famous Vietnamese ice coffee... so delicious! I want one right now LOL. It is very addicting though. If you're watching your caffeine intake, you may want to get a small. I'm not a big fan of coffee in general. But for Lee's ice coffee, it's large for me every time! Btw, they have to put tons of crushed ice in the coffee because it's very heavy in coffee taste, hence, you want the ice to lighten the taste a bit... just let it sit a little, but not too much otherwise, it will become watered down. I have not had any other Vietnamese ice coffee that has beaten Lee's. If you know of any, please share with me. I would like to do a taste test comparison LOL. Come and get your Lee's grub on in Chinatown Las Vegas! Besides sandwiches, they also have lots of snacks and fruit smoothies/drinks to choose from... something for everyone! Happy Lee'ing!

Yelp
I really want to give this more stars, but it's just not my thing. For the cost (definitely cheap eats relative to the rest of things in the square/Las Vegas at large), it's probably closer to 4.5 stars for someone who really loves banh mi. Also, would probably be a good place to go for a late night sandwich as they're only one of the 24 hour open places nearby. FOOD: - SUPER fresh bread! Best part of the experience is the warm, soft, perfectly chewy bread - Flavor is fine? Nothing that really stands out to me as very unique or really moist/perfectly textured meats. - Lee's iced coffee: yummy! very strong coffee and some condensed milk (?) mixed in. Very fun take on a classic coffee with a different flavor. Might've been a bit too intense, but once the ice melted a bit, the flavor was more approachable and enjoyable. SERVICE: - Nice and friendly! - I had no idea what to order and joked with the cashier to tell me what's the most popular - BBQ pork asian sandwich was it! It was a helpful and fun interaction. AMBIANCE: - Feels like casual food court (even though it's not - it's just Lee's) - Very clean for how many people roll through! I would return with someone who loves banh mi more than I do!

Yelp
I like getting the baguettes here, but today was very disappointing. The old lady, Lupe, was working as the cashier and she basically forgot to put the baguettes in the warmer so I was sitting at the counter for 5 minutes before she comes over and ask me if I was waiting for something. Duh...I was waiting for the baguettes. So she goes and put the baguettes in the warmer. Then I had to wait another 6 minutes. When I heard the warmer beep, I got off the seat and I could see the cashier try to put the baguette in the sleeve, but her hands were touching the baguette. She didn't wash her hands and been handling cash. I just think that's disgusting. For this establishment, you guys need to practice better hygiene. Use tongs to put the baguette in the sleeve. She almost dropped the baguette and used her hands. I'm not eating the baguette, but my husband will.

Yelp
!!!!!!!! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! I've been to this place a few times and today I had the worst experience. I went in around 12:40pm today (8/2) and there was a very long line. Usually this place is pretty empty, and today was pretty busy maybe it's because lunch time? Anyways, I stood in line for 20 minutes and when it was my turn to place an order . When I was starting to place an order, the guy in his 50s at the cashier then told me they ONLY ACCEPT CASH!!!! I was like what?????? I asked him, "why are you telling me this?" He did not even responded to me, he looked as if he did not care. Then he told me the same thing again. I flipped out. I waited 20 minutes for nothing. There was no single sign that was put up by the door or anywhere that says 'ONLY CASH'. I was so upset!!!!!!!!!!! Who carries cash these days? Like seriously!!! I walked out immediately and I am writing this in my car. If there would've been any sign anywhere, I would've been okay with it. But there wasn't any. This place is so SHADY. Why are you not even put up a sign that you only accept cash????? Are trying to evade tax? To avoid credit card processing fees????? I am going to write a letter to corporate. This gotta stop. I freakin wasted my 20 minutes!!! What a waste!!!!

Yelp
I used to love this place so much and have fond memories of the delicious sandwiches, authentic Asian desserts, fluffy warm buns and refreshing drinks. Sadly this place has gone down, mainly in services. I was craving some "banh mi" Vietnamese combo sandwiches so I drove all the way across town for them. As I walked in the venue was nearly empty, only about 4-5 people in there. A couple of customers ahead of me who already ordered and waiting for theirs. I was next and approached the register. I saw 2 employees standing in front of me talking about something but no one looked at me or greeted me or attempt to help me. After about 5 minutes they looked at me and walked away without saying anything to me. I waited another 5 mins until a guy walked towards me from the back kitchen and ask if I would like to order. He was efficient and quick with ringing up my orders and my orders came just as I asked. The sandwiches and drinks were still delicious. They no longer have the Asian desserts that I love and I asked about them. The gentleman informed me the lady who make them are no longer available. Behind him I saw at least 4 other employees preparing the food and talking. If only they make customers a priority and greet customers properly I think they can improve. Also bring back the dessert or offer other alternatives please
